Actually, typically a man lasts between 5 and 10 minutes if all they're doing is the act. But if they do other things as well it lasts longer, yes.

I posted this in the other thread, but it was at the tail end so I don't think people noticed. I'm reposting it here.


I did some more art, and I want your opinions. Then I want your advice on an issue I have

Here's the thing. The Protagonist (From the Domestic Security Forces side) is the guy in the top right, and I like the character design I made for him, he's fairly straight laced and professional, Lawful Neutral to the core if you want to throw around DnD terms. The only problem is (And this is a problem anytime you are designing a character in uniform) he looks too generic. He's a DSF officer, but there is almost nothing to differentiate him from any generic background DSF officers I have lying around. I could make them all bald, which would be easy, but even then all that differentiates him is his hair, which due to the hat, you can barely see.

Also, the top three characters are all named, while the bottom are generic designs. The guy in the middle top is usually wearing the same uniform as the guy top-right, but I wanted to show off the coat they wear when it's cold/rainy outside.

So yeah, any comments on the designs? Or advice for my dillema.

You want to make him more recognizable? Give him a pompom hat (comes with his rank). Or long sleeves (different uniform style). Or an eye patch (very easily noticed). Or a scar on the face (same deal).

The problem is distinguishing him from other people of his same rank. Also, it would be nice to have something distinguishing about him when he's out of uniform. And considering his personality, he's unlikely to alter his uniform, even in ways nobody would care about.

Ooh, I like the idea of an Eyepatch or scar. He could get it in the first "Chapter" as it were.
Any general comments on the artwork, or other suggestions for making him more distinguishable.

Artwork seems like your usual style, except that it's way more detailed. (going off of what I remember of Rob&Jack) Not sure if that's a good thing or not because while they contribute to the "wow, a lot of work was put in to this", it can be a bit visually "messy" in my opinion.

Soooooooo.....is my comic canon?

This is pretty much up to you to decide if I made your characters act too out of character in it, or if you'll let this comic be canon because of the Rule Of Funny.

I think that might be pushing it a tad Q. The rule of funny is not invincible.

But the rule of funny which allows the most badass Evoker to wear roller skates, possibly until the end of the plot? Acceptable

I like the comics Xartyve. I however notice that Victor's scanner is switching places as he looks left and right. And it's pretty cool how they interact with each other pretty well.

Well in stickverse, where elbows dont exist and shadows are a fools paradise things like scanner location are drops in a hurricane.

Darklord Bright has the final say on that. They are his characters and for that might not be as big a leap as we might think. I dunno.

Quite possibly. Rebooted Q, at least. He's very different from regular Q.

Rebooted Q is a pacifist and quite possibly a ladies man, unlike his violent and dateless predessesor. I think I'd add quite a few more flaws on him to balence it out, though. You'll see.
