There was this old build that was a soulknife and shape mind blade to throw fists, where is it?

I haven't seen that one, but it sounds pretty straightforward. You could do something similar (and more powerful) with Kensai, which lets you apply weapon enhancements (say, Throwing and Returning) to your weapon of choice, which can be your fists.
