Toby, really more of a skinny, scrawny oaf, cheerfully hugs Jamie. Well quick growth or not, you're not dating until exactly eighteen years from now, baby... He steps over to give Quinn a kiss on the cheek before putting Jamie down and deadtiming.

We...I...was attacked. she says, looking mildly confused, and holding her head. Memory-altering poisons aren't so good.


The angel baby watches her new friend and Tobias interacting.
She's smiling.

Shrike follows! Drawing her daiklave and swinging it, enjoying the sound it makes as it zings through the air.

Jamie, not knowing what on earth Toby means, pouts a little after Toby puts her down, then crawls over to her new friend and goes to hug her!


Quinn smiles sympathetically and puts a hand on the mother's shoulder. "Do you rememeber your name?" she asks, softly.

Zamira looks at Shrike. Have a spar?

The angel baby hugs Jamie, smiles, laughs.


Of course I do. she says. It's...uh... pausing......K...Kr...I...I...I don't remember, she breaks down, tears falling.

And now Quinn goes to hug somebody, putting her arms around the angel in a comforting fashion. "Shh. It's alright. I know how to help people get memories back." She is a telepath, after all. "But you need to heal more first. For now, how about I call you Kristin?" she asks.



Jamie giggles and tries to start tickling her playmate!

"Oh, you're so on." Shrike laughs, and brings her blade up in salute. "En garde!"

Zamira takes up a stance, and shifts into her war form. This'll be interesting...

Her claws aren't out, though.

She does hug back. Yes, that's fine, she says.

So her name's Kristin now! That's the second character I have who was named by somebody else.


The baby giggles as she's tickled, unable to fight back.

Jamie shows mercy after a minute, flopping back on her back and closing her eyes.
Nap attack!


"You're welcome. It's the least I can do." Quinn looks over at the children, and giggles a little. "Looks like they're getting along just fine..."

And Shrike flows into the attack, leaping forwards!

The baby angel smiles, and decides she wants to nap too. She lies down next to Jamie, and starts sleeping.

"I yield!" Shrike calls, chuckling as she lands on her backside!

Jamie snuggles up to her new friend. Awwwwwww...

Quinn nods happily. "Jamie is mine and Tobias', yes. She's as adorable as her daddy is, too." From the expression on her face, it's clear how taken she is by Toby. "Aww...."

Zamira shifts back to human form as she chuckles. Good match.

I guess...snuggling back? And napping.


That's sweet, says Kristin, with a happy smile on her face.

"Best I've had in awhile." Shrike agrees, flopping back onto the ground and looking up at the sky.

"They are." Quinn considers asking if she remembers the baby's name, but decides not to for the moment. "Do you need something to eat or drink?"

Zamira grins. So, what do I get for winning?

The look on her face makes it obvious she's joking.

I... as if on cue, her stomach growls. You usually get hungry after dying. Yeah, I guess so.

It does take a lot out of you...
"Well, wait here and I'll get you something, alright?"
Quinn goes to stand, brushing her frazzled hair back, and stumbling as she discovers her knees are still a bit weak.

However, when Quinn stumbles, she hops up; Are you alright?

"One day's free pass from losing?" Shrike laughs and goes to push herself up. "I think that's a good reward."

Quinn nods. "I'm fine...I haven't used that particular ability of mine before, it took more out of me than I thought. I'll be alright." She smiles, then heads to the kitchen.

Returning after a moment with two bowls of goulash!

All right. What do you want to do now?

Kristin smiles, and sits back down.

When the soupy substance arrives, she says, "That looks pretty good, what is it?"

"Shower, eat, plot terrible revenge on monkeys."
Grinning, Shrike turns to head to the first of those things!

"It's called goulash. It's full of beets and beef and is good for keeping you warm and full." Quinn takes a seat, smiles, and digs in!

And Zamira follows!

Well, she'll wait for Shrike.

All right. Just as long as you don't fall into a coma again.

Brianna gets some more water!

And we don't have a gym, but you could just exercise outside.

I'll do my best, doctor. Bianca waits for Brianna to leave. She then lays back down.

She would leave, but she doesn't wish to get stuck in the Shadows without someone to help her.
