The Endless Dungeon - Grim the not so well liked

You awaken in the center of a 10ft by 15ft room with stone walls, ceilings, and floors. A torch is burning on the wall behind you, while the other three walls have closed, metal doors with brackets allowing you to bar them from the inside. Unfortunately, only two metal rods are lying on the floor.

Does it work(or to cheesy? Martial stance+Hitting Fast Healing ally)

Cheese, so long as it's legal is both accepted and encouraged. Fast healing's been used to good effect by others as well.

Polly and i should probaly go looking around in this room to see where we ended up,
and if its more then meets the eye. (Tought)

*it floats and hovers within 10ft of me doing its own checks, while i slowly go around poking the floor with my 10ft pole,
while keeping an eye out for anything intresting on my way to close off the top door and the right door
(after poking and picking up the two bars ofc, if all goes well).* (Action)

[If It encounters or notices anything dangerous it'll turn to a Dark Red Glow.]
[Its usualy Green if nothing intresting happens that i need to be notified off]

Nothing dangerous found in this room by either you or Polly, despite poking and prodding the doors a bit.

*I stuff away my pole, and draw my shield and javelin,
opening the southern door (as i closed/locked the other 2 see previous post) and carefully look in,
Javlin in hand preparing a ready action to toss it at the first and if multiple closest hostile creature i see.*
