What did we say about flying creatures charging, again? Incompatible? In this match, for example, could I have simply charged instead of using a maneuver? Would I have to fly higher than you and then dive? Would it be impossible because I'd have to be higher than you at the beginning of my action? Or is diving irrelevant as long as I can fly in a straight line?

I do believe you need LOS from the beginning of your action, and need to be 10 feet above me when you declare the charge. Which means that if you used a move action granted by, say, a Belt of Battle to get above me, then as long as you had LOS at the start of your action, you'd be fine.

And potions are banned? What the hell...

That's like banning Power Attack. Useful, but not unbalancing. Lemme find something else... I have an Idea.
