Well he's only in the citadel in Mareinas if i don't use my comic, so he could just telport to the scizian front and although there is meant to be some action in Merinas there clearly isn't.

There isn't anything important in the Schizian Front, just some minor criminal activity, while in Merinas the Peacekeepers are searching for Lorna's emerald and the ALF is there to stop them.

Also, should you want to make a Merinas comic, there are no "rookie" Peacekeepers like the ones in your non-canon comic, they are all highly-trained Special Ops. If you want cannon fodder use zombies.

Something's wrong with inkscape. I can't make things a layer higher, and when I try to make it a layer lower, it acts like everything is one object, and goes straight to the bottom.

It's harder to work with one layer, but it can be done. just do that for your current comic, then reinstall, or hope the problem fixes itself.

Yes. Bottom of the Tools sidebar, and it has the handy shortcut of "d".

I always only use one layer... I never bothered to figure out how to take advantage of multiple layers.
