Default Martial Study Variant; Use maneuver system without ToB Classes

Alright, I don't know if something like this has been done before, but this should be useful for anyone who wants to add Maneuvers to a game without using the ToB classes.

    Martial Study [General]
By studying the basics of a martial discipline, you learn to focus your ki and perfect the form needed to use a maneuver. As a result, you gain the use of a combat maneuver.
Prerequisites: You must not have any levels in a class that grants maneuvers known, such as Crusader, Swordsage, or Warblade. You instantly lose the benefits of this feat if you take levels in a class that grants maneuvers known, excluding prestige classes.
Benefits: When you gain this feat, you must choose a discipline of martial maneuvers, such as Desert Wind. The key skill for the chosen discipline becomes a class skill for all your classes (current and future).
Select any maneuver from the chosen discipline for which you meet the prerequisites. You can use this maneuver once per encounter as a martial adept of your initiator level.
Your initiator level is initially equal to half your character level, and increases by +1 when you take this feat, to a maximum of your ECL.
Normal: Your Initiator Level is equal to half your levels in non martial adept classes plus your levels in martial adept classes.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Each time you take it after the first your Initiator Level increases by another +1, to a maximum of your ECL, and you can either choose a new discipline, gaining one of its maneuvers and its key skill as a class skill, as described above, or you can choose a maneuver from a discipline to which you have already gained access by means of this feat. In either case, you must meet the maneuver's prerequisite.
Special: A fighter can select Martial Study as a bonus feat.
Special: A monk may choose to give up her slow fall ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 4th level and every 2 levels thereafter.
Special: A paladin may choose to give up her remove disease ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 6th level and every 3 levels thereafter.
Special: A ranger may choose to give up her animal companion ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 4th level, 9th level, and every 3 levels thereafter.
Special: A barbarian may choose to give up her damage reduction ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 7th level and every 3 levels thereafter.
Special: A rogue may give up her sneak attack ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 1st level and every 2 levels thereafter.
Special: A bard may give up her bardic music ability to gain this feat as a bonus feat at 1st level and every 3 levels thereafter.

    Martial Stance [General]
You have mastered the fundamentals of a martial discipline, and you are now able to master one of its stances.
Prerequisites: One martial maneuver. You must not have any levels in a class that grants maneuvers known, such as Crusader, Swordsage, or Warblade. You instantly lose the benefits of this feat if you take levels in a class that grants maneuvers known, including martial adept prestige classes.
Benefits: When you gain this feat, you can select any stance from a discipline in which you already know at least one maneuver. You must meet the normal prerequisite of the stance. Your martial adept level for using htis maneuver is equal to your initiator level. Your initiator level is increased by +1, to a maximum of your ECL.
Normal: Your Initiator Level is equal to half your levels in non martial adept classes plus your levels in martial adept classes.
Special: You can choose this feat more than once. When you take this feat again, your initiator level is increased by another +1, to a maximum of your ECL, and you gain knowledge of a new stance. You do not have to choose a stance from the same discipline you selected from the first time, but you must know at least one martial maneuver form the discipline of the stance you choose.
Special: A fighter can select Martial Stance as a bonus feat.

    Analysis: Coming soon.

I'm confused. Aren't there already feats that do this?

Martial Study is a feat from ToB, but there it is much more limited. This feat is much more powerful, but is balanced by the fact that you cannot also take Martial Adept classes. This version also works as a quick and easy way for any non-specasting class to essentially become a martial adept class.
