...what. By all the names of the Nine, that's anticlimactic.

Wow. That's insane.

And while we don't have confirmation from Psionic yet, I'll go out on a limb and say it's over. I count 50 damage, all told. It would basically be enough to kill both of you, or close to it.

...wow. Granted I was hoping to do the exact same thing to you but ... wow.

Mr. Q is reduced to -6 by the AoO.

It doesn't matter but as an aside yes, Mr. Q did get the bonus on his ranged attack. The map specifically says high ground grants a +1 untyped bonus on attacks with no restrictions to melee. I'm pretty sure than anything specifically stated as true on a map always supersede generic raw when applicable.
