It seems that druids are much more plentiful here as well. Where I come from they are very rare, and only come once in a few generations. As she talks of druids, she seems to almost revere them.

Magtok quickly tries to step back and keep Elly between himself and the monster, nervously keeping the thing just in the corner of his vision as he finally finds a gun, which he loads with shaky hands that drop a few rounds onto the sand out of terror.

Elle stares at the odd creature for another few moments before replying to Magtok, "Yeah. Let's. Probably other things to get up to... and these folks can deal with the... thing." She waves goodbye at it with a strained smile, just in case.

Magtok shivers as it leaves, and doesn't bend down to pick up any of the dropped ammunition. No, it can keep that stuff for all he cares.

Y-yeah. To the AuxCave.

Magtok gulps down a mouthful of blood left behind from the jaw-reattachment, and whilst nervously biting his lip, he pulls together a small portal for them to quickly climb through. Magtok's hoping the small size will keep it from following them, even if that doesn't entirely make sense.

Quinn smiles and tries to return the favour to Toby. "Thanks, love..."

Jamie just smiles and giggles, putting her hands over her nose!

Toby notices this, and decides to take Jamie off to their room and put her to sleep in her crib. Then he comes back, pulls an overlarge greatcoat out from his satchel, bundles Quinn up in it, carries her off to their room, and falls asleep cuddled up against her.
