Damien sends out an Ohrwurm. But tells it to keep completely unobservable. Same as he is. He then tells it to find out if there are any incompatibilities, natural or otherwise, between Charity and his strength potion.

Tyril looks a bit surprised as Yamako presents her the cup, she places her spear against the wall and accepts it with a clumsy bow, now holding it with her laft hand and the amulets with her right. "Thanks... Yamako, I am Tyril Ward, servant of the burning light."

The Ohrwurm finds that aside from a few supernatural traits that are fairly mild by Acro standards, and the severe malnutrition and emaciation, Charity is otherwise a normal human.

"The war," Charity mumbles. "Have to warn..."

A war? And Eb5 says there are no risks? That settles D#m7+5's mind. He hovers the incorporeal, invisible potion into the IV bag, and turns its contents, but not the flask, corporeal. Just a couple seconds until it reaches her blood...

Tyril looks at Charity as well. "I do not know, but she have been mentioning a war before, I assumed it just had something to do with the corruption, it makes people go insane."

She curls up both amulets in her right hand, holing them firmly.

Charity suddenly gasps as the strength potion hits her bloodstream, and sits upright.

"Please! We have to warn them! The army is coming. They're killing everyone in their path!"

D#m7+5 slips the bottle into his stachel, and then says, "Oh." And turns back into Damien.

He then listens.

Tyril shakes her head "She's confused, the corruption have taken a tool on her mind, it might just be something from her past..." But she did sound a bit worried.

"The catpeople," Charity says. "Corpses, everywhere..." She looks around in confusion, starting to make sense of the scene. "I'm back at GLoG?"

Tyril smiled, looking down at Charity, "Yes, I brought you here. Your back now, saved, your corruption is gone and your recovering." She paused and took a look around "And I guess this is GloG?"

"Yeah, the infirmary." Telepathically, he adds, "You'll be a bit tired in about 45 minutes. Not like how you were a few minutes ago, though. I mixed your IV with a potion to wake you up. I would've just poured it into your mouth, but our fearless leader of the medical room didn't like the idea. Don't worry, I had an Ohrwurm make sure no harm would befall you."

"Now wait. What happened? What's this about corruption, and what's this about a war?" The first question is directed at the Elf-lady, and the second at Charity.

Charity looks at her hands, which appear nearly skeletal. "No... the war is over. Just nightmares."

[Shadowcaller]

Tyril nodded and let the dark amulet Charity had worn around her neck out. Hanging right in grip.

"This is the corruption, an amulet of Onyx, it transformed..." Her voice strains a bit here "...Charity into a demon."

"It was forced upon her by the creature Maelstrus, it have a lot of these cursed amulets, many woman have already fallen to him and I'm here to put a stop to it, and I'm afraid I might need some aid..."

I think I've seen one of those before. I killed the wearer in self defense,It had taken her completely , I didn't know at the time. I'll help you the best I can

"What kind of help? I'm not sure how much help I could provide."

"The only thing I dare ask from you is that you somehow could protect Charity while I try to save the others. Maelstrus is a monster, pure and simple, it will try to corrupted Charity again, I just know it."

Tyril let the other silver hourglass shaped necklace drop out, hanging right next to the dark amulet.

"This one is mine, it will cure the corrupted ones. Do you know any of them?"

"Tyril... you should take it to Zee," Charity says. "I... I tried to push her away. I was so frightened."

The demonification had amplified her cowardice, her worst trait.

I'm sorry. I don't know any others. but I hereby swear that I will defend Charity till the last breath Yamako has a determined look on her face. she dosen't want to see the people around her suffer, and would gladly die for that.

"This I can do as well." He turns to Charity, and three Ohrwurms are created at his shoulder, which float over to her.

"This is E-flat, this is G, and this is B-flat. They'll help you out with anything you need, and E-flat can come fetch me if you tell him to."

"That's okay. We're from a future Creation," Nimai says as she walks with Caros along the lake.

Tyril bows before Yamako and Damien "I'm grateful, you are one of the few honorable persons I have met in this world, may you both be blessed by the light I thank you with all my heart."

Then she turns to Charity, "Zee snapped, she couldn't control herself. She got out of my grip and told me to save you.... so I did.
It wasn't easy to leave her there, but she gave me no choice.

She could be anywhere by now.

Any ideas where I should start looking? Memzee was a demon of the succubus type."

Meanwhile, Ghost-Vidalia continues to water and fertalize her Ghost-Rose Garden.

Even thought it's winter, the Ghost-Roses are growing remarkably well.

"I always saw her in Trog's before, but... I don't know. What if Maelstrus called her back?" Charity bows her head. "I should have given her the amulet when she begged for it."

The commotion in the infirmary catches Brendan's ear and he raises an eyebrow, looking in that direction...

Happy's body was well preserved in the Shadow Realms, and the head by a Gentle Repose spell. But the head was somewhat damaged by the divination spell cast by Ghavrion - removing the tongue, along with an eye and ear. The tongue was returned to the mouth and the eye pushed back into the socket, but the ear seems to be missing.

The ghost sits quietly, the head watching Quinn.

Quinn undeadtimes, getting ready to get to work, if she can...

But then the commotion catches her attention, too, and, being rather closer to said commotion the telepath/paladin/Champion of Neirian turns torwards them first.

Triage. Happy isn't getting any deader, after all.

"Charity...? What's happened?" she hurries over.

Zamira starts to stir from deadtime.

"It's okay Charity. Memzee wanted you to have it, she changed her mind. I think she could have taken it as you were so weak, but she didn't.

Besides, I couldn't stand watching you become that thing... I couldn't... it was for the best. Memzee can take care of herself, even thought the corruption had taken an heavy tool on her mind."

Tyril paused, she had to say something comforting as well, she decided to take a sip from the coffee Yamako had given her and then continued.

"But that doesn't mean she won't be saved, I will go to this trog travern and find her Charity, I trust Yamako and the others will protect you from that disgusting monster."
