Hrm...would it be reasonable for Urama to know that Kaguya is Kyo's apprentice, of sorts? Given that Urama is Chains' personal attendant, I think Urama knows a few things about Shoku...maybe.

Kaguya and Hana are both visabely removed from the Shoku, so its safe to know they both are. Hana just seems to have disappeared. Totally intentional.

I might submit a character or two, though not for a little while. Mostly villains, since I haven't played many and could use the experience.

Two things:
I noticed that not all of the Swordsmen seem to own one of the original seven swords. Have I read correctly, or are all the weapons accounted for?

How would a character work who can teleport, but only at night? I was thinking Shoku member - he could fill a role similar to Zetsu.
