Found this thing a while ago. Made for a female Solar, the swan design is interesting...

not sure who, though.

"Caros. I need the hearthstone now." Anshu glances up at the warstrider. "Is it functional?"

Melody looks worried and asks, Is she going to be alright? What happened to her?

Yeah, it is.

...Swan design... I remember one of my past lives built this thing for a Zenith, but I don't know who they reincarnated as.

Caros pulls the Hearthstone out of his Daiklave and hands it to Anshu. Is this about that attack on Inside?

Shrike may see the glint of the warstrider.

Meidani does, and starts wandering over.

Shrike does, and follows Zamira over, eying the Imperial Walker 'strider with a distinct glint of interest in her eyes.

"She will be fine if she ever learns to practice proper self-sustenance," Nurse Piper says disapprovingly. "Honestly, I don't know who gave that woman the authority to practice medicine."

Melody frowns. She's a Paladin of Neirian. You should be more respectful.

Of course, Melody's a lot more loyal to the paladin, now that she's resurrected Happy.

Meidani places her hand on the side of the warstrider. I... I think this was mine.

Caros looks at her. As does Zamira, who's wandered over with Shrike!

Anshu nods and takes the hearthstone. "It is," he says, removing his shirt to reveal an orichalcum tattoo of a straight-sided daiklave, blade down, overlapping a set of merchant's scales. In the weighing pans and in the hilt of the sword, jewels glitter.

Anshu frowns in concentration, and the jewel in the hilt pops out into his empty hand, leaving behind a patch of bare skin, into which the Zenith presses the Oramus-aspected hearthstone. The glowing green gem sinks smoothly into his flesh, and the orichalcum inks flash.

Caros sighs. I'll probably have to use Stormwind Rider to get the warstrider there...

since it was yours, Meidani, I think you should pilot it.

Meidani nods. All right. I'll probably need some help to get in...

Quinn keeps sleeping. And snoring.

Shrike looks over at Meidani in surprise, then looks back at the 'strider again, racking her brain.

[horngeek]

Zamira did have a 'strider, but that one's moonsilver.

And she has no idea where it is.}}

"Wear tight clothes," Anshu advises the other Zenith. "There are all sorts of things to get snagged on in those." He puts his shirt back on and tucks the hearthstone into the hidden pocket; his hand comes back out holding his Windblade, which he tosses to the ground and lets unfold.

"Then Neirian should tell her paladin to take proper nourishment," Nurse Piper says.

[horngeek]

I'll help. Anshu's right, though. Wear as little as possible. Both because of snagging and... well, you don't have any air conditioning, it's going to be hot in there.

Meidani raises an eyebrow. All right. Let me get changed.

She heads off to her cabin!

Toby undeadtimes and takes in Quinn's current condition at a glance. He sighs and walks over to sit on the side of her bed, hoping that if he doesn't look at Happy, she won't notice or remember him.

"Nice to see you Tobias," Happy says. "Come on, Melody, we should let her rest."

{Infirmary}

Good point. Melody turns to Happy. What do you wanna do now, Momma? Should we visit Reinholdt?

Neirian takes note to admonish Quinn later for not taking proper care of herself. She also reminds herself that she needs a new voice to talk to Quinn and others in the mortal world.

(Outside)

Shrike chuckles and shakes her head bemusedly, having missed Anshu's body-gem trick.

She winks at Zamira, though. "Wonder what she's gonna change into?"

Quinn, despite snoozing and snoring, shifts closer to Tobias as he sits on the edge of the bed, and smiles a little, sensing his presence.

Very little, probably. From what I remember, it's really hot inside a warstrider.

Zamira is proved right when Meidani comes out wearing... a cloak obviously intended to cover up. She's faintly blushing.

I'll take this off when I get in.

She starts climbing up to the cockpit.

The Druid smiles at Happy but avoids any kind of challenging eye contact. Likewise, ma'am. Then he leans back and gently strokes Quinn's cheek.

Crodelus stands up and goes over to the artists. "Hello." he'll say in a barely successful attempt at a friendly sounding voice, "I hope you don't mind if I look at these. I've always been fond of artwork."

"Reinholdt? What for?"

Anshu steps onto his Windblade. "If you'd like, I can see about getting you one of our pilot's jumpsuits later," he tells Meidani as he rises into the air.

(Outside)

Shrike chuckles, and takes the opportunity to appraise the view of her fellow Solar.

And offer a wolf-whistle, too.

As she hugs Zamira. "So...should we go along with the others, love?"

Quinn turns her head a little and sighs happily at the stroking, but is, perhaps alas for Toby, still too worn out to wake up.

Meidani glares at Shrike as she gets in.

We'll see.

Now, can you please look away?

Once he does so, she'll start strapping herself into the warstrider.

Then close the cockpit when she's done.

Zamira nods. All right.

Caros speaks up. I'm going to take Meidani along with Stormwind Rider, so if you two want to come along, you're welcome.

Zamira nods.

Anshu turns toward the Palace of Doors and fires his Windblade's thrusters, flying off in a rush of wind.

[Infirmary]

"Reinholdt? What for?"

Because I'm worried about him, Momma. Melody frowns. And this time, we are going together. She gives Happy a "I'm not taking no for an answer" look.

[Infirmary]

"Why? What happened?"

And then she blinks.

"How long was I gone?"

[The Bushranger]

[Outside]

She. Shrike isn't genderbent at the moment.
She does, however, look away.

"Works for me. Not sure I want to be supporting an 'empire', but, there you go..."

[horngeek]

It's not the Empire. It's the people who are getting killed.

...pretty much everyone in GLoG will have heard that.

Caros nods, and yells up to Meidani. You've got a Warstrider-sized Reaper Daiklave and an Essence Cannon! And there's a system designed to let you speak with the outside world more easily, but that's all!

The warstrider nods, and stands.
