I NEED A Gmod screen recorder.

I need a good gmod screen recorder that WORKS!

I've tryed Fraps, hypercam, Something called WeGame (Which, btw, doesn't do anything....), errr.....and one other. None of them seem to record!

I have some old videos on my computer, but they don't have a watermark, so i have no idea what i made them with

What program do you guys use for source gameplay recording?

(Programs that save to a WMV format is prefered)

Um... try Debut Video Capture and play in a window?

Try CamStudio. Crappy frame rate, and it might film interlaced, so... eh. Test it out.

CamStudio only records to AVI 1.0 though. (2GB file size limit or it becomes a garbled mess.)

Edit: Just read a couple of reviews for debut.....it apparently installs about a billion other programs with it, and it's a very short trial......

Uh... no it's not (freeware) and it doesn't (They're optional and not selected by default).

Yeah I just downloaded it and am making my video right now. (Heaving in a bathtub racing down a luge track...don't ask)

It's a pretty good program, though it does ad a bunch of links desgiesed as files in your startmenu/launch tab thing.

Just ran into another totaly random problem.....

Whenever I boot up gmod, I see the loading screen, then the screen turns black and doesn't turn back......the game hasn't frozen, I can exit it with no problem, and it has never done this before.....HELP?

No need to worry even if you are not able to do it with Gmod Screen Recorder. BB Rec and Air Shou will help you a lot with that.
