Zamira lets her do so! All right, then. Let's eat.

Of course, I'd offer to make her something too, but a week is a bit of short notice to make two dresses. She says with a shrug.

Don't worry. I'll buy something for Abigail.

[Lex-Kat]

Judy just shakes her head sadly. She gets up, goes to abox on the wall.

She comes back and holds out her hand to Garth. Here's a bandage.

Garth nods and takes the bandage. He takes his thumb and dries it off and puts the bandage on.

" Hehe, thanks... I'm Garth by the way. " He says with a smile and puts his whittling work down for now.

[Lex-Kat]

Judy the Assassin. I'm part of security here. She sits back down and takes another bite of apple.

Garth nods. " Ah, well nice to meet you Judy. " He says with a smile. " I don't really have a job around here yet. " The man with the slightly reptilian eyes says.

{Shania's Room}


((Both. But mostly the strawberries, at the moment.))

I'm glad you like it. Shania says with smile.

I'm... sorry for startling you earlier. Shania frowns. I... didn't think...... she doesn't finish the sentence.

{Shania's Room}

Shirley looks up at Shania, realising her embarrassment. "It's okay," she comforts, "you didn't know." Her tone quickly glides into a slight awkwardness, but with that sliver of humour that everyone needs to survive. "It's just a leg. I can still fly as well as any fool." However, her eyes wander downward--to Shania's legs. It's a subtle voice that would require some effort to hear: "(But I'd like to walk like I use to)..." Her mind quickly shakes off this dreadful thought and she returns to the bowl, now nursing her second strawberry. The heart aching face of hers is gone, replaced by one that is ambivalent.

{Main Cabin}

Most people don't.

{Shania's room}

Maybe, we can find someone to fix your leg? There's some smart people here. Shania suggests.

((She was talking about the psychic intrusion. ))

[The Bushranger]

((*huggles Judy*))

[Kitchen]

Shrike grins and pulls off two slices of pizza. "Perhaps you should ask the others if they want some?"

Garth laughs and nods. " I suppose that is true though I don't want to be a vagabond. So I'll do my fair share. " He says and picks up his whittling wood back up.

[horngeek]

Zamira nods. Anyone else want some pizza?

[Boo]

My bad. Although Shirley still has no idea about the mental intrusion--having never experienced such a thing before. It's more or less like a dream to her now. She's not even sure if it really happened.

{Shania's Room}

Shirley refocuses herself. "How do you mean?" Fix her leg? "Where I come from, if you lose a leg, you're on your own." It's no wonder her home has such a high mortality rate.

Where I'm from, they can make false legs, that work almost as good as your original. But here, there are also magical people who work miracles. So I'm not sure what they can do.

Shania takes a few blueberries and pops one into her mouth. I can ask one of the medical people to come look, if you want?

The whole prospect of regaining her leg sounded promising, but the word "medic" had a horrible ring to it. Nervous, she replied with a simple "Okay." Her body revealed her shyness.

Shrike is still eating pizza in the kitchen.

And so is Zamira!

When she's done. So, how was that?

[The Bushranger]

"Delicious. I think you and Danielle should exchange cooking tips sometime, she loves cooking."
Shrike chuckles.
"Of course, even more, she loves to eat..."

I can imagine. She told me about her metabolism.

Zamira chuckles. Little ball of energy is the best way to sum it up, in my opinion.

[The Bushranger]

"You have no idea."
Shrike rolls her eyes good-naturedly.
"If you could find a way to harness her hyper-ness for energy, you'd have a perpetual motion machine."

[horngeek]

Heh. Well, as long as you could keep her in there, anyway.

She just keeps going.

[The Bushranger]

"See, you put her on a treadmill so she can just keep going and going and going..."

Shrike giggles her way straight into deadtime.

And Zamira giggles along with her!

[The Bushranger]

Shrike finally composes herself, leans against the counter, and crosses her arms. "So, are you planning on attending this conference then, Z?"

[horngeek]

Zamira nods. Yes, I am. Might head into the city, see if I can get a dress for it...

you want to come for that?

[The Bushranger]

"Do you even have to ask if I want to?" Shrike chuckles. "I'll come along. Somebody has to tell you if you look good in them."

[horngeek]

Zamira grins. All right, then. Let's get going, shall we?

Shrike bows theatrically.
"Lead the way, lover mine."
