I actually feel a lot better about my poor luck with the RNG now: I realised last night that I have something more rare than any hat. I have a Gentle Mann's service medal, and you can't craft them, get them randomly, or even idle for them.

We also technically have a voice server, but we haven't been able to get it working quite right. I'm planning on working on it some tonight, but I have a feeling we'll have to switch from Mumble to Ventrillo until GameServers gets it's act together with Mumble. TeamSpeak 3 should be a good option once it's out of Beta.

My external hard drive started making the dreaded three-clicks noise. My external hard drive is where all of my Steam games are stored. My external hard drive is also my only backup copy to a computer which could theoretically die at any minute. My external hard drive is now in the freezer, in a desperate attempt to save it.

This actually saddens me more than it would be if it was the other one... Ive given up on episode 3, but I loved those games dearly.

Edit: Now pissed at valve: Crafting server being the annoyance it is has just voided 2 of my metal crafts, but still taken the items.
