People say the old survivors didn't act much like they had lost an old friend.

Sure did in my case. They were too choked up to say a word.

Currently looking for fixes. I've verified the cache and disabled my add-ons (which I accomplished by deleting Add-On Support), but it hasn't worked. Hopefully it'll be fixed tomorrow.

Oh, and I didn't find any golf clubs, either! M60s, sure. No golf clubs.

Hells yeah I did.

And wow, these maps are freaking sprawling for this game. There's so many places to go and things to do.
I love all the new graffiti, including being name dropped as King of Zombies. The suitcase with guns and money was a really nice, simple touch. All the commons wearing Midnight Crew shirts was hilarious. Louis on his mounted gun killed tanks in seconds, it was ludicrous. That sewer gauntlet is going to be a nightmare on Vs.
What didn't I like? That I didn't find Bill's body or the M60. And there's maybe not enough new dialogue? Oh yeah, and the AI is a bit wonky. Nick responded to some music by shooting the Wedding Witch in the face.

But we have got to get some Vs up in there soon.

THOUGHTS:

Realism Vs is hard because it requires you to keep track of all your teammates at all times. Keeping within sight of each other is often impossible, since rochelle will always run around the corner for some pills.

As such, the whole element of "COMPETENT TEAMMATES SAVE THEIR FRIENDS, INCOMPETENT ONES DO NOT. AS SUCH, PEOPLE WITH INCOMPETENT TEAMMATES DIE. " is magnified greatly.

Apparently some people find this frustrating!

Huh. The M60 actually makes the special ammo types last for more than half a minute. Incendiaries are still kinda useless, but I guess they could make frag rounds useful. For, well, probably only one person on a team, but hey, that's still an upgrade. Shame it doesn't reload it when you change ammo types, though.

According to Turtle it was indeed the source mod thing. He reloaded the server(I believe) and (should) have added us back as Admins. I'll be checking once I get home today if it is working and if the maps are loaded.
