Re: Bibliography
Well, for the guest comics, anything is fine really. But please send them to me directly so that I can put them up whenever I need a hiatus (might be soon since I'm going to Shanghai to check out the expo).
I don't really have an updating schedule, but I do try for one page a day. Possibly two sometimes.

Re: Bibliography
Would 4th Edition work for Bibliography? I haven't played it, but I know there are daily and at-will powers and stuff. It would be easier to port to an existing system than to try and start from the ground up

That or one of the various other point based systems: Hero, Gurps(with one of the expansions, most likely), etc.

Re: Bibliography
A game that uses the Storyteller/Storytelling System would be perfect for this.

I thought that was just a visual joke, like exaggerated expressions.

Re: Bibliography
To be honest, mangas aren't generally my cup of tea. The reason I'm following this one is purely because I read this forum, so it's put just in front of my eyes. If drawing people as troll-things is just another manga convention, like the :3 face or the giant floating sweatdrops, then that one was too obscure for me to know of it.

Another page. (Two this time!)
I'm getting more and more focused on the art now. It's making me take longer on individual pages.

Hmm. What, mythologically speaking, stuns nerves? The design makes me think of honeycomb, some sort of bee?

Re: Bibliography
For some reason, I get the feeling that this new power isn't simply stunning nerves, but rather control over the body part. In this case, his arm.
I don't know why, though...

Re: Bibliography
Even though it SHOULD be Ouranos...
You know, as in:
Spoiler
Anyway, I was thinking. We're looking at the codex themselves for inspiration of what different type of things they may be. What about looking at mythological and folklore beings themselves?
From folklore and mythos I can remember, we have:
The Mermen
The Wulfmen
The Vampires
The Angels (Would be interesting if the codex members' names were themed. )
We may get:
The Giants
Actual Lycanthropes (Though that may be connected to the Lunar Codex)
Demons
Djinns (Elagune, if you make Djinns, do them right, PLEASE. )
Roc?
Leviathan
Krakenianian
Draconian
Phoenix
Chimera
Oni
Spirit/Youkai
Fae (I'm talking about the evil Fae, here.)
Goblinoid
Undead
Alien
Golem
