Also, I thought the myth was that a picture steals your entire soul? Certainly how it works in Martin Mystery
    It depends how "Awakening" works.

The way I see it, Awakening is an internal change, not an external one. When your "Unawakened", your mind dosn't accept any page-stuff you see, and so provides an explanation. Deegan's arm looks normal, Raoul dosn't have horns, Eyedolls are just people wearing sunglasses, ect.

However, when for some reason your mind is forced to accept these things, you awaken, and you can see things for how they are. It's not that there is any magical affect hiding page-stuff from the unawakened, it's just that their minds ignore it.

Wierd. He reminds me a bit of Yahiko. My guess? A threesome between Yahiko, Kenshin, and Sano.

Ben is screwed, Link is a librarian = no Lexions for Ben to copy=lose.
On a side note its a Link like character vs a Kirby like character. Nintendo anyone?

Ben is gonna win though.. Kirby style.
EDIT: NO HES NOT GOING TO EAT HIM! Kirby can do other things like... uhhh...

For people who don't play super smash brothers (any of the 3), Kamikaze Kirby is when Kirby sucks someone in but doesn't swallow. He then waddles off the edge and spit people out near the endless pit of doom. Kirby then puffs up back to the stage leaving everyone else to fall.

I don't think Ben can. His weapon absorbs page abilities as far as we know, he can hit with Eye Flash, but once that's out, I don't think Ben can even win.

Really Ben's weapon seem to be best used with a partner so that if the page stops using spells entirely then he still has something to pull magic from.

You forget Ben know martial arts. Since whitebox weapons are designed to fight abyssals, I think it is just a rapier agains humans, so this is just a classic case of Rogue v. Monk, and we all know who is going to win when the Monk is wilier than the Rogue.

Huh. Ben took up a fencer's stance. Nice to see, especially against a foe armed with a foil. The foe has a projectile weapon and a melee weapon, we know that much. The Bibliography can act as a shield for both, and combined with Ben's martial art's training, he's on steady defensive ground. It'll be mounting any sort of offense that might be a problem. Of course... he might not have to. I'll be intrigued to see how this turns out!

And now for a movie quote:
"I'm really beginning to question your teaching methods!"

Hmmm... no. Kirbys pink, so hes better.
In all seriousness, Ben gets his lexions not from defeating an opponent, but by fighting them.

    KAMIKAZE KIRBY!

You know how Pages seem to get some innate physical boots (Re-read Ben's fight with Roy)? Librarians get innate badass boosts.
