[ACRO] Crazy Ol Magtok's Battle Arena of Terror! (COMBAT! I)

She ran over, internally slamming her head into the imaginary desk in front of her. "Of course, the weapon racks. Well that didn't work. I guess I'll have to think of something else."

Out of ideas, and now beginning to get tired from swinging that massive lance around, she momentarily rested, staying a cautious distance and only swinging if he got too close to her.

Spartacus also keeps his distance for now, net in one hand, trident in the other. Through the cuts and holes in him, she'll see metal and servos moving, giving him movement. Yep, he's a robot, of some kind.

Locii's not surprised, she figured that he was mechanical a good while ago, but it wasn't like Locii was completely organic either. Seeing it definitively let her come up with an idea... but she then realized to her dismay she couldn't reach down to the ground to pick any sort of sand up in the first place to throw into the exposed gears.

They seemed at a stalemate, which Locii was perfectly fine with, she had everything to gain from a stall and lull, resting her heart, and recharging her 'phantasmic generator', while the 'tin head' would only wear itself down by running longer, at least that was her assumption based on it being a typical machine.

Spartacus slowly starts to spin the net above his head, making a whirring sound as he moves closer, trident in front to hold her back.

It was this kind of thing that made her really want to know how to use weapons in general, but alas, that couldn't be helped. The girl made some fake charges but was in general moving back and stalling for time. Although she quickly made a blind dash, observing the bar and watching it near once again and formulating a plan.

She put the lance in a 'hitch' on her body and grabbed up several of the smaller knives, daggers, and whatever she could, as ammunition and half hoping that he'd charge her and try to take advantage of her shift into throwing weapons rather than keeping her lance up, so that she could use the incorporeal generator when it came back online, with him attempting to engage instead of her..

He falls for it and moves forward, throwing the net at her and following through with the trident. The net is pretty fast though and is rather large.

Locii smiled wide, letting herself fall into the net and get trapped by it, being knocked backwards. She just hoped he calculated it right while throwing that last knife.

There it was, and just in time too. As he got right next to Locii and struck with his trident, she went incorporeal and tried that same impalation trick again, moving out of the way of the trident itself. She 'really' would not want to let herself come back inside of it.

This time, Locii is able to get him right in the chest, though it's likely she's still gashed in the side by the trident. After a short struggle, it appears that he's too damaged and stops moving.

Locii raised her lance in triumph, not noticing the blood due to the sheer adrenaline and painkillers coursing through ehr veins. But come the sensation did, causing her to drop it to the ground and clutch both hands desperately to the wound, gasping slightly and rushing to the side in victory, but needing something to cover and bandage the 'spillage' with.

"Give three cheers for the winner, Locii!" Dexter, the announcer says. "I admit, it wasn't the bloodiest battle we've seen, but I promise you that we'll do better ne- wait, what's this?! Spartacus is moving!"

Sure enough, the android is stirring, standing. It looks at Locii for a moment with a blank stare before reaching into a pocket and tossing a small bundle to her. She'll see that it's a roll of basic bandages and it feels as if something weighty is inside.

He turns and walks away. "Hmph. Oh well, looks like that'll be it for this fight then. We'll have to get rid of the Mercy components for the next model." The racks of weapons start to sink back to where they came.

Tag team combat to the death nao? Rules are simple. It's one on one combat. You must make a tag by declaring TAG! at which time the character in the arena is teleported out, and is replaced in the exact same position but the other fighter.

Also X and Richard are both Non-Cannon.

I'm ready.

So I kill people nao?

Din and Yamako are getting ready , also non canon

X and Richard finish their preparations. They are nao just waiting to be announced and any rules twists to be announce and to be given the word "go".

Din and Yamako have agreed on Din going in first, and are now ready, just waiting for their announcement

"Welcome again to the Arena! Tonight's a special match. Team vs. Team, To The Death!" The respective doors open. "The winner(s) will be rewarded with 5,000 gold, so fight well and hard." Dexter says, grinning. "Now, one of you step forward and spin the Wheel!"

X steps up and spins said wheel.

Din and Yamako watch with varying degrees of nervousness

The wheel spins, a gong sounding with every pass of a section. It lands on what seems to be a squarish whirl. Dexter laughs as the ground starts to rumble. "Welcome to a Labyrinth Match!" Stone walls rise out of the ground, separating everyone from everyone else as the maze forms.

"Try not to get lost!"

X laughs.

So we is go nao? I is eat the elf nao? She is looks tasty!

Richard shift into a Drider and draws his pistols.

So then...Shoot people nao?

Din draws her bow instantly, speaking into the headset Yamako gave her "Come and find me"

Yamako becomes incorporeal, and drifts through the walls to Din

"lets go hunting!"

She turns solid again, and draws her guns

the pair of them walk together, back to back, Yamako using thermal imaging, while Din is detecting magic

X and Richard walk into the maze and immediately split up. X follows the Maze, and Richard is climbing over the walls using them spider legs.

Yamako sees something big and worm on her visor "I've found the yeti!"

And the Yeti smashes through the wall right in front of her.

And I found you.

He tries to back hand Yamako away so he can fight his target. The tasty looking Elf

Yamako's reflexes are superhuman, so she manages to duck the back hand, but is in no position to attack right now. Din starts to rapidly fire arrows at him, aiming for his head and his chest

Dexter laughs over the intercoms. "Silly Mime, those chains are stronger than that! They're meant to hold even the toughest fighters and mightiest mages! The crowd won't be denied blood tonight!" The crowd roars in their approval and bloodlust, trying to taunt the two into a real fight.

In other words, the manacles have been enchanted to be nigh indestructible. Of course, depending on how thin Mime's wrists are, he could simply squeeze his hand out with a bit of effort if he doesn't mind losing a bit of skin.

While he probably could squeeze his wrists out of the handcuffs, hurtling towards the ground at a massive speed is not the place to do it.

Mime hits the ground with excessive force, his arm breaking with the impact, and his legs getting severely bruised.

He sniffs a couple of times, before bawling silent, tears streaming down his face.

Oh no...

He didn't? He's not going to...

"W-wait!" Memzee stutters rather haltingly. "Don't start crying, please? You shouldn't even be out here in the first place. This is supposed to be a battle to the death!"

Aaww...

If this is some sort of clever gambit on the Mime's part it seems to be working pretty well.

"Just... Just tap out or something. I... we can do that, right?"

Probably not.

Clever gambit? You know this is Mime, right? I'm still not sure he has any idea what's going on.

Nope, he's just crying, and cradling his broken arm as best he can, while looking very hurt at Memzee.

A fresh lot of tears start streaming down his face, somehow not managing to disrupt the white and black.

A pixie appears next to Mime's ear, trying to stay hidden from Memzee and the crowd. "Play dead. Play dead. You're a good mime, I know you can play dead well."

Memzee glances back and forth.

Then bites her lip.

This isn't what she was expecting to get into at all. A fight with some huge beefy meat-head maybe. But not against one of her friends. And certainly not against the poor Mime.

Rather hesitantly she leans forward a bit, putting out one foot to plant it on the Mime's chest and shove him over backwards in a bid to pin him to the ground. Hopefully that'll be enough...

Because she really isn't sure that she can just...

Just kill someone who can hardly even fight back...

She's not nearly angry enough right now for her demon bloodlust to be kicking in.

Mime isn't really in a state to be listening to anything right now. He just cries more when the pixie appears next to his ear, and tries to turn and hug it, Memzee's foot ending up in his back, pushing him face-first into the ground.

He'll then curl up into a ball and the ground, hugging the pixie or not, and rock slowly.
