A staff is perfectly fine, I believe he meant the part about his powers in relation to DnD terms

It was stated at some point that there's no uniform for the ALF.

Nameless made long time ago some grim reapish looking outfit which was supposed to be ALFs uniform(I'm not sure and I don't want to dig it up now)....anyway, he used it for all mooks from citadel already:

No, the ALF doesn't have uniforms. They don't have enough money or interest to hire professional tailors.

I believe Lying said it was "soh'vis", but I'm not sure.

I'm quite certain it's So (so as in "So, what's up?") - Vihse (As in "vice" in "Service")

Its a bit plain and boring but white.

Also by the whole cleric to fighter/ranger thing I just meant that he could use magic to heal and other, although basic, spells and other wise was like a fighter, weather with guns or with weapons.

You're not constrained by D&D in FI, in fact there is no game system at all. You can remain with it if that's what you're comfortable with, but no-one is forcing you to. EDIT: Also I should remind you that any D&D healing spell, if facing a bullet wound, won't do much. You have to remove the bullet before applying any Cure X (or Heal) spell.

Also I thought it wasn't clear that's why I posted it, he is basically being chased though the city everyone is in by a group of soldiers, like a normal generic squad

Its just a normal door, the area has similar colours because I didn't want to have an obviously brown building in an area full of green/blue ones etc.
