It was strange how panicked the citizens of Lupinsville became after hearing the dying words of DM77. Neighbors accusing friends, brothers accusing sisters...

At the end of the day, it seemed that, though it was not a majority by any stretch of the means, more people were accusing Murska than anybody else.

Murska shouts in protest, mostly about not being given a real chance, and how completely Bovine Feces it is that he was chosen at random when it is clear he didn't do anything wrong.

Taking Murska out to the center of town, where Hangman's Tree (renamed and dedicated in DM77's "You Will Vote For Me For Mayor" Campaign), Murska is strung up and left to hung. After Murska's legs cease to twitch, you all realize that he was not a werewolf. A quick check of his pockets indicate that he was naught but a lone villager, just as scared, frightened, and confused as most of the rest of you. The key word being MOST of you...it seems your work, oh citizens of Lupinsville, has just begun...

Day 1 is over, and Night 1 has begun. Get me those PM's. I'll be travelling all this afternoon, and I'll get to send you the replies when I get where I'm going, which will probably be late afternoon/early evening United States Mountain Standard Time, assuming I receive all of the PM's before then.

The problem with being an auto-lynch replacement is that it nullifies the whole first round death thing. I shall consider the option, ask around on Werewolf Central and will let you know. Keep an eye out in your inbox and Central, and I'll let you know prior to Day 2 beginning.

As for everybody else, nights in Lupinville get mighty cold and the howls seem to come from everywhere...

Doreen slept uneasily that night. She lay, half awake remembering the horror she found when she returned from working at the mill.

All day, she'd heard murmurs of suspicion. Some even looked at her, but she ignored them. There was nothing to be frightened of. They'd killed the monster already. They'd see, they just needed time to calm down.

But then she saw the crowd dissapating from the Hanging Tree. Curious, she walked closer. Until she noticed that someone was hanging there. What had happened? Who was it? As she walked closer, her mind began to deny what it was she saw.

No.... No!!! She wailed and ran to the hanging form of Murska. Hugging herself to his dead legs.

She had collapsed soon after, weeping at her loss. Why? Why had they done this to us? She asked no one.

Then she remembered her daughter. She slowly got to her feet and went home. The villagers, they were the real monsters. She couldn't trust any of them now. So she hundled in her bed, holding her precious daughter in her arms. I'll protect you baby. She whispered as her daughter slept.

I'm going to my grandma's and getting back on Monday. I'll have a little internet access, but won't be posting as much.

Then I'm gonna be going on musical camp from Tuesday through to Thursday, with absolutely no internet access.

It would be nice if I weren't auto-lynched over this period.

By the gods, that boy can wake the dead...

--Plodding over to the door, he jerks it open, and glares at the young man through the crack.--

Get you to YimmytheSneak's house. He's retained our practice equipment. Bring it and him back here, with a bucket of water.

Due to the relatively silent evening, the entire town heard Mustiado's cry that he was being attacked. The screams echoed throughout the valley, even causing the Great Wolf Bell (erected by edict from DM77, as a show of prosperity and as a sound for mandatory meal times...come to think of it, when did 8 meals a day plus snacks become normal?!) to hum.

Finally emerging from your homes, you run to see what became of your dear friend Mustiado...

It seems that there won't be much to bury.

After the brief funeral, a search of Mustiado's home shows absolutely nothing of note. Another innocent has perished...

(Irbis, you sealed Murska's fate and Murska is a player best left alive until you can confirm he's evil or start to suspect it. I'd ask the question, "why did you want to make sure Murska died," but I think I know the answer....WOLF!)

Why thank you Uncle Festy (Aunt Celebratey says to say "hi"). Er... not so sure Trog is happy at the prospect of being back. Trog needs to find a Realtor somewhere hereabouts and sell Trog's hut. Maybe run a nice ad.
