The passengers all gather around Philistine and look menacing.

I'm Vlad to see that we can throw you overboard.
If we don't there's gonna be Helgraf to pay.
Yeah, sorry that it sucks to be you.
Its a bloody shame, but we've got to find the pirates.

Let's hurry. Its past sunset already, its almost Twilight.
Can we stop with the vampire puns? its getting rather long in the tooth.
You don't appreciate our razor sharp wit?
Okay, that was stretching it. We've ran out of puns. Time to end this.

The crowd turns to evict Philistine, but he's already half-way to shore. As he hits land, he's greeted by 3 men in formal attire. Philistine smirks. I've read the narrations. You pretend to be my friend and then turn on me. I'm ready for you!

He charges the vampires and a horrific battle ensues. However, the battle is so intense that we can't describe it on these forums for fear of breaking rule number 4. At the end of the fight, 4 vampires leave the scene. 3 return to the island, but a familiar figure floats on the water's surface back to the ship.

However, few people notice this as they all go search his room, looking for proof that he was a pirate. Alas, they find his ticket stub and all things seem to be in order.

Philistine was thrown overboard and converted into a vampire. He was a passenger. Now he's the walking undead returned to stroll the ship after sundown.

Please send all night actions to Alarra, Indurain, and Atreyu. Night will probably be 48 hours do to Atreyu going to a concert in a town 2 hours away tomorrow and not getting back til late. Maybe Indy can take care of it, though.

[Philistine]

Please, don't make me angryhungry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angryhungry.

He feels the need to feed grip him. He watches the passengers stroll by, completely unaware of his presence. However, this people are his friends, and he would not dare feed off them. He tries to fight the hunger, but the constant rumble of his stomach reminds him of the need. He knows he cannot fight the hunger much longer. But how can he feed without hurting his friends.

Then it comes to him, the pirates. His only hope is to catch the pirates in action. He thinks to himself, ‘If I were a pirate, who would I attack next?’. The name comes to him. ‘Of course’ he thinks smugly. He heads off, searching for the room of the next pirate victim.

Somewhere else on the ship:

A fish sits in his bowl, watching as his owner, a young man sits, musing over a volume of pirate lore. He studies it carefully, trying to discern some secret to catching the scoundrels who have ruined his pleasure cruise. He is so immersed in the books, that Griever doesn’t hear the sound of his door creaking open. The fish sees it all, but lacks the vocal chords to give warning.

“Pirates are dirty. Yes, I know that.” The man says, clearly frustrated at the fruitlessness of his search, oblivious of the man with the sword behind him, or the fish waiving his fins in front of him.

“Pirates are smelly. Well, that goes without saying.”

“Pirates have no regard for human life. Those cretins are barely human themselves.”

“Is there anything in there about how much pirates hate stuffy, pompous kids?” Says a voice from behind the young man. He spins, nearly falling off his chair.

“You? What are you doi-? Of course, it all makes sense. However, you will find I’m not so easy to kill as you thought.”

“Oh, I think I’ll manage. This sword is pretty easy to use. I just stick you with the pointy end.”

“Strike me down, and I shall become more powerful than you can imagine.”

“Oh, at least be original with your last words.” The pirate sighs, before stabbing Griever with his sword.

“Have a seat Obi-Wan.”

The body of Griever collapses to the ground.

“That was pretty painless.” The pirate laughs to himself.

“Yes, but this won’t be.”

The pirate spins, only to find himself face to face with a floating ball of light.

“Wha-“ The pirate says, or at least attempts to say before he’s knocked backwards as the light flashes intensely.

“I told you. I have become more powerful than you.”

“Ah, a real fight. Finally.”

The pirate swipes his sword at the light, but it passes right through.

“Oh, stop that. It tickles.” The energy says, blasting the pirate once more with blinding light.

The pirate swings again, slicing madly at the light in front of him.

“There’s nothing you can do to contain my power.” The light taunts.

“Contain…of course.” The pirate looks around the room, and spots a flailing goldfish in his bowl. He dashes past the ball of light, grabs the bowl. Quickly emptying it’s contents, he leaps towards the floating energy. The room darkens, as suddenly, all of that light, is now trapped in a small fish bowl. The pirate covers the lid of the bowl with a nearby book.

“Won’t take my boys long to figure out what to do with you now. Your time is through.”

Laughing, the pirate leaves the room. In a turn of horrible irony, it was then that evolution kicked in for one fish, as with his last breath he utters the words.

“I tried to warn you.”

Meanwhile:

He sits outside the window of one of his fellow passengers. He is sure the pirate attack will be any moment now. He is staring so intently that he fails to notice as the first slivers of light begin to crest over the ocean. He only realizes his error as those rays hit his skin, causing an intense pain to shoot up his arm. Like fire coursing through his body, he lets out a terrible scream, as his body burns to ash, and blows away in the sea breeze.

Summary: Griever was attacked in the night and killed. He was Archonic Energy. (Feuder).

Also, Philistine was not a very good vampire, and stayed out past his bedtime. He burned to a crisp and is now totally dead.

A cloud of energy plots in his room. He scowls, frustrated that his hated foe, the Hippie, still lives. A letter is slid under his door. He opens it, reading

The energy being goes to investigate, and finds a key to room 2F. Soon, he's at the door, and entering the room. On a pedestal sits a large sharp looking key and a strange helmet.

He picks up the strange key in a pincerlike claw and gasps as he places the hat on his head. A strange high-pitched chanting fills his mind and he starts to sing along. Who's the leader of the club

The key glows and a strange door appears that Archonic Energy steps into and off of the ship forever.

Before the door closes, a hook handed captain peeks out and snarls. I'm the original purple hat wearing pirate! You haven't seen the last of me, Supagoof! I haven't forgotten you leaving me out of the game!!! Oh and BAH! Pirates 2 was better!

Meanwhile, Philistine waits below deck, hoping for a pirate to appear, in order to feed. Sadly, no pirates, nor do any passengers cross his path. The need for blood overwhelms him and he runs up to the deck, desperately searching for sustenance. Alas, the sun has risen and its yellow rays ignite Philistine's now undead form and a pile of ash is all that remains.


Griever was drafted into a battle against the Heartless. He'll have amazing adventures and make many new friends and even be turned into a mermaid, but that is a story for a different time. He was sent away by Pirates and he was Archonic Energy, a feuder.

Philistine was burned to ash. He was a vampire.

Day begins and will last approximately 48 hours, unless something happens.

As the ship pulls in to Olde West Island, you see a quaint, but dusty, main street, and spreading out behind it, a wide expanse of dessert.

Along the main street, you see three buildings with large wooden signs proclaiming their 'annual sale'. These buildings are: the court house, the sheriff's office, and the post office. You find this a bit odd, as these aren't normally the type of establishments to have sales. You can spend gold that you have at any of the three establishments by sending a pm to me.

You may also choose to search the dessert (pudding and brownie fields, specifically) behind town. There are 39 plots. Please post search attempts in the thread. And...pay attention to what's been searched. We will not be telling you if you search somewhere that someone's already been, there will just be no possibility of finding something there.

And we'll be here for some time, so feel free to do both, if you would like.
