Re: Shadow of Fire--A Webcomic
"hey we're being those weird post-modern people who point out cliches and stuff."
"eh, that is not all that special I mean whats the point? lets go be stupid heroes anyways for kicks and giggles"
OR its gonna be using post modern elements for dramatic or even horrifying ways instead of the usual humorous bent

Re: Shadow of Fire--A Webcomic
So basically Post-Modern Deconstructionism? Aren't we almost doing that already?
EDIT: OH DEAR GOD WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ART MOVEMENTS IN A THREAD ABOUT A FANTASY WEBCOMIC USING STICK FIGURES.

Re: Shadow of Fire--A Webcomic
frack I have no idea- art movements can sometimes last for decades and then the movement after that can backlash against the previous one, art movements are weird, we really have no way of knowing where it will go next, especially now that the internet is bringing freedom of expression to a whole new level, all art movements could be going on right now, or none of them or they're changing more rapidly, or whatever, there isn't really any predictability to it.

Heh, well look at it this way. We may have broken the Fourth Wall, but we haven't made any D&D references yet.

Re: Shadow of Fire--A Webcomic
Oh, hey look, only a month between the two. I think I'm getting faster.
The actual comic 4 is actually much bigger. This is just the first part.
Oh, and I'm trying the traditional gutters.
Look, if I argue with you, I must take up the contrary position.
That's Flying Circus, not Holy Grail.
Yes it is.
No it isn't.Last edited by Maximum Zersk; 2010-09-05 at 02:49 AM.

Re: Shadow of Fire--A Webcomic
Okay, I was hoping this next comic would be done in a day or two, but I'm experimenting with this comic a bit. I'll try to finish it by Sunday. If I do not make it, you may hit me as hard as you can...
With this Herring.

Sahaar: Of course!
