And like I mentioned before. There is no competition for espada ranks. I am taking the proposed candidates in the presented spots and assigning Edward Callahan as segunda and Sereg Arturo as septima.

I was considering rebooting Kayi, now that I actually know how I want to play her she's about 50 billion times more interesting than when I started playing her. I think it would be interesting, at least, to see. Though her powers would probably change somewhat to fit more with an animal.

So, moving on: what would Mei be expected to do?

My current plan is to divide the city in twelve areas. Ten districts beneath the dome, distributed as sections of a circle. The undercity in the forest of menos beneath, which would take the place of the current Palacio Real. And finally the Hive far bellow even the forest of menos, this last one being simply the caves that constitute the royal's inner sanctum.

The espada, if it isn't obvious now, are the administrators of the ten districts (do whatever you want of your particular district, heck, make a bordello if you want hornYgeek ). That is their more usual duty, aside from that one they are wartime generals, of course, and other than that serve the royals as their specific abilities best allow.

As instances of the last one, Arcelia is a messenger, Genoveva is a jailor (and probably will keep Las Noches' equivalent of a police), and I am guessing Alejandro is a sage (running the equivalent of 12th division among Hollows).

I was originally considering having Kayi basically be Von Geister's "Fraccion" but I dunno how well that would go over. If no one opposes I may rework a write up for her and post her as an Espada Candidate.
