I have a question. The FFRPs I have been in have been mainly story-based. Because of that, all characters needed to be posted on the main thread before I was allowed to play them.

Do I have to do that here. I apologize if this has already been answered.

Oh, and I've decided that I'll kill off relatively few of my remaining characters, because I've already killed off ~50 or something. All the ones who I still like will have epilogues (which I'm in the process of writing). ((Well, they'll all still survive as long as I don't get frustrated enough to want to write one.))


I like that Fanny Pack! It looks so much better than normal ugly ones.

You can do it whatever. You can make a character, play them, then register or register, create and then play or play, create and then register or maybe create and register and never play or etc. etc.

Nexus has always been more of an open, character based RP, rather than story based. There is no approval stage for your characters, but if your character is hideously sue-like, I'm sure some of us will see fit to tell you anyway.


Usually we tell people to keep their character sheets more vague to start with in the ability and personality areas, and then develop them as they get a feel for their character.

Nexus characters - Active
Alysha - Happy-go-lucky Keyblade Warrior. Who is also a vampire.
Darsy - Martial artist with elemental abilities. Loves fighting and drinking.
Krystal - Mutant that produces sharp crystals from her joints. Sees herself as a hero of sorts.
Ivaz - Twin sister of Zavi. Ivaz revels in the pain of others.
Ravanys - Fire-wielding tiefling bounty hunter..



Nexus Characters - Inactive/Dead
AJ - Winged woman, ex-soldier, remembers almost nothing of her past.
Base Spirits - Ten spirits from Wen Rahte, each being the embodiment of a specific Base.
Delta 88 - Shy and timid cyborg girl who remembers nothing before she became part robot.
Demon Queen - Former resident of Wen Rahte, she is an Abyssal Exalted with a demon bound to her. Will do what it takes to survive.
Merna - Wife of Quinsar, former mercenary from Wen Rahte.
Peter - Young man stuck with a strange contraption on his back.
Runner - Former Autobot scout, will avoid fighting if he can.
Silva - Former mercenary from Wen Rahte. Tends to go looking for trouble.
Syra - Reluctant Keyblade Warrior. Isn't fond of going out of her way to help, and isn't sure why the Keyblade chose her.
Talia - Alt universe daughter of Nightcrawler and Scarlet Witch
Zavi - Twin sister of Ivaz. Is as skilled of a mercenary as Ivaz, but doesn't really enjoy the pain she causes.
Zaydon - My only dead character at the moment.

So, uh, presuming I decide to try to come back to FFRP, despite my horrible time zone and scheduling issues; speedy, rushed, on-the-spot posts; and terrible dialogue and role-playing abilities..... Lost track of things there. Despite all that, I could toss Fullbladder right back in, using really some old Classic-AMEN explanation of an interdimensional nature to strip absolutely everything about him away and make up some new moronic stuff?

This would be relevant to my interests.

Of course as I typed that I had a vision of good ol' interdimensional Fullbladder's appearance flickering between different versions of himself as people watched him. Or at least flickering through a bunch of different versions of himself before settling on a standardized form the first time someone saw him. Y'know, a glimmer of a finned helmet, a faint glimpse of talons, the momentary aroma of hyperspace reactor fuel, the crackle of dark energies.... and then a tall, well-dressed fellow with green skin and pointy teeth reaches out to shake your hand.

Actually that sounds pretty cool.

I might re-join FFRP.

I've said it before.... I'll miss you. I'm glad to have been able to play with you. You were fun.

I think with your departure, GLoG/Acro/Nexus..... whatever will be left wiith a large wound that will only heal with your return, which by then most of the people here will likely be gone, and only a few will even remember who you are, or that you had really great characters.

Now I'm depressed.
