Horrible emotional and mental torture for everyone seems to be a common thing in my head.

I know the feeling. Course, mine is usually a lot less refined and more brutal, but then, I'm not a particularly subtle person.

I think what's nice about it is that eventually they really don't notice each others' racial differences anymore. Like, they're there, and they all know that they're there, but nobody pays any attention to them. ("Yeah, my girlfriend's only got one pointy ear and our other friend has greenish skin and little tusks. You were saying?")

i dont think we will be seeing too many cameos. its a known fact that if too many are seen without first winning a contest or something, the thing gets wholey out of control, and eavryone and their dog is asking the creaitor for a cameo XD

if you love me you will show a red-fured bugbear at some point

Still, it's not quite Cacame Awemedinade, Elvish king of the dwarves!
For those of you who don't play dwarf fortress, allow me to elaborate. He was an elf born in a civilization at war with the dwarves. When he was one, his father died. When he was two, so did his mother. When he was twelve, he got married, and became a town guard. But then, disaster struck.
His wife was killed and eaten by another elf, for no particular reason. He swore revenge, but never got it. Five years later, the dwarves, still at war with the elves, were so impressed by his sheer badassitude and hatred of elves, that they made him their king, and built a giant statue of him. Yes, they made an elf, from a civilization they were at war with, king, and their most legendary hero.
He went on to kill a dragon with a hammer. And earn the title "The Immortal Onslaught."

Note: This is awesome, because it occurred completely by chance in a glitch in the game, and shouldn't be possible. This couldn't be made up.

Water-Smurf gets a cameo partially because she's my friend, but mostly because she helped me with this comic.

I do think its nice for you to make a cameo of Tia for Water-Smurf. That's just a good show of friendship. In fact, it may be better if she stays the only cameo/Easter Egg, just so it doesn't take away some of "specialness" of what you did.

Hammerspace.

"Proof" stems from the fact that gunpowder won't burn in alcohol of less than 57.15%. Thus, the gunpowder burning was "proof" that the rum on British ships hadn't been watered too much. And it really tells you something when you realize that the sailors considered anything under 57% alcohol by volume "too weak." Yikes!
