Zamira giggles, and starts thrashing in the water!

She starts steering towards dry land, having A Plan.

...seems she might want to avoid possible drowning.

Susan turns her head as she swims, and notices Quinn. She alters her direction and starts swimming towards the shore.

She gets there pretty quickly, and smiles to Quinn.

"Hi Quinn. How are you?" She asks, as she grabs her towel and starts drying herself off.

Shrike blows bubbles at Zamira under the water and keeps tickling as she follows!

Elsewhen...

"I'm wonderful. It's been too long. How have you been?" Quinn smiles happily. "I also wanted to ask if you could come to my wedding."

[Cabin 7, Room A], which is where Helen is. Since she figures that she's all alone, she shifts back to demon form, in order to stretch her wings. They start to tingle if she doesn't do that every once in a while.

Zamira waits until they get to the shore... then morphs her arms into tentacles and tries to grapple Shrike with them!

Shrike is grappled, and squirms in an attempt to escape!

"I'm wonderful. It's been too long. How have you been?" Quinn smiles happily. "I also wanted to ask if you could come to my wedding."

"Congratulations!" Susan says, finishing drying herself and hanging up the towel. "I'd be happy to come! When is it?" She asks, smiling broadly.

Zamira continues for a while, before pausing. "So, do you surrender?"

Cabin 7

Helen lies down on the dusty bed which hasn't been used in a while. Long enough that it's dusty, and that a ghost or two have taken to haunting it, thinking it was deserted. She stares upwards at the wooden boards, and sighs.

[About Villainous Intents]
However, in the forest, there is now a large fire. It's within running distance of the GLoG campground, and the pillar of smoke rises far above the canopy cover.

If anyone wants to know, it's a teenage elf with boodred skin who's doing it. She also has black hair, and is igniting the plants and animals who are unfortunate enough to be in her sight. However, the fire is not quite a wildfire, because she still has complete control over it.

"Thanks! Toby and I haven't set an exact date yet, but it'll be pretty soon." Quinn beams happily. "I was hoping you'd be able to come. It means a lot to me. Would you....could you be my maid of honor?"

A junco, flying over, spots the smoke, and flies in that direction to investigate...

Zamira smirks. "So, what should I do with my prisoner?"

She pulls Shrike over to her.

Forest

As the junco gets closer, he will feel a massive (and unnatural) jump in the ambient heat of the air. He just hit the heat wave, which extends further past the outer rim of the flames and burnt trees. In fact, it's so hot that it looks like the air is bending and it gets a little hard to see.

Should he decide to continue on, the flames will appear to be moving steadily forward, in a V formation, with the aforementioned girl in the center of the V. The flames are coming directly from her arms, and not from any sort of machine or flamethrower.

The girl's face is completely devoid of emotion as she burninates the forest.

"Whatever you desire.." Shrike drawls in a sultry voice as she's dragged closer to her captor...

Tom the Junco is not amused.
He likes the cold!

And so he takes a deep birdie breath, and fires his breath weapon at the girl!

It's essentially a maximised, empowered, twined-and-twirling-around-each-other Cone of Cold spell. Except with Far bits in.


...basically it's a really cold ray.

Zamira grins, and tries to lift Shrike and carry her back towards their cabin! "Hmmm... well, I suppose we'd better go somewhere more private, then..."

"Might be a good idea..."
Shrike keeps "trying to escape" as Zamira carries her off.

Zamira opens the door, and carries Shrike in, locking it behind her. "Hmmm..."

She sets Shrike on the bed, and tries to handcuff her! "I should make sure you don't get away, I think..."

And cuff her legs together, as well.

Burned Forest

Most of the fire is put out (I think. Wouldn't be the first time I guessed completely wrong what a D&D spell is supposed to do.) However, the sheer heat prevents the ice from actually hitting the girl. It dampens the heat, though, so it's roughly midday temperature now. Of course, the sudden heat decrease obviously doesn't escape her attention.

She looks up, for the source of the chill.
Dawn doesn't suspect the bird, even though it's the only bird who hasn't escaped by now.

Now that the air's cooler, Tom will be able to see that the girl's arms aren't on fire, they are fire. As with her eyes, as well, (much like when it happens in Anime shows).

Oh, and one other thing:
There's a tall, dark, ruggedly handsome man standing behind her. He appears calm.

Samuel walks up to the forest fire and observes it from a suitable distance.

That... is not good. Samuel says, after a brief moment of deliberation.

He considers what course of action he should take regarding it.

Then most of it is extinguished! That's handy.

He walks closer towards the fire, to try and find the source.

Susan looks surprised for a moment.

"Of course I would!" Susan says, trying to hug Quinn. She seems pretty happy about it.

Tom takes in the scene below, and decides that the man is probably the bigger threat. So he takes another breath.

And tries to put the man on ice!

Shrike soon finds herself quite restrained. And grins. "I'm at your mercy...Mistress Zamira..." she drawls.

Quinn smiles broadly and hugs Susan back tightly!
"Thank you! I was so hoping you'd say yes..."

Zamira grins, before reaching for the curtain!

Forest

((Oh, that's good.))

The adult man, who also happens to be a dragon, is not as protected by the heat shield as the young woman is, so he gets a little frosted. (Most of it had melted, though, by the time it hit him. So he's more wet than he is frosty).

As he is much older than the girl is, he can spot the bird for the threat it really is. He stares at the bird. If glares could kill (other than basilisks), then the bird would be dead about six times, then brought back to life just so he could die again. However, they can't. So Tom's very much still alive.
Meanwhile, the heat starts rising again, at about...1 degree per second, because of the elf girl.


Samuel, if he follows the heat and smoke, will hit the same heat wave as the bird did, except it's quite a bit cooler for now.
And, eventually, he'll pass a flaming moose, and then arrive in a burnt-out area of the forest, which is where the other two and the bird are at.

"SEEEEP!!!"

Tom the Junco, is Not Amused.
He is also, however, having to recharge. And so he starts gaining altitude.
Not wanting to be the next on the crispy-critter menu.

"Thank you! I was so hoping you'd say yes..."

"How could I say otherwise, Quinn?" Susan asks, releasing from the hug.
"Damn, I need to get a dress, don't I?"

This is unpleasant. He says, as he hits the heat wave. He'll continue through the forest, noting the burnt moose with some amusement, before arriving at the burnt area.

Ah, hello there! Terribly hot, isn't it? How do you do, my name is Samuel. He says, introducing himself to them, not seeming fazed by the woman's flaming arms.

The man who is actually a dragon watches the bird fly away.
He doesn't wave.
Nor does he pay any attention to Samuel.

Of course, the closer he gets to Dawn, the hotter it is. But the rising heat has slowed, since there's another person here - after all, burning people isn't really nice.

"Hello," she says coolly. To correct you, her arms aren't on fire - the rest of her body is on fire, though. Except her hair, and her eyes. Her arms, from the elbow down, are fire, as if she were an elemental fire or something.
She blinks once.
