Also, @ Kerfuffle, not many characters can actually sense a bount. Only bounts and specialized modsouls can immediately sense them. In canon, Mayuri made a device to find them, but the mortal characters won't be sensing you.

Yeah, I kinda figured that. Since Yoko and Donovan are both bounts, there's at least two people who know that Silva is.

I'm moderately concerned by the potential of the leaf release: specifically, having multiple telekinetic blades that are each strong enough to block a zanpaktou seems like it could hose meleeists pretty badly. That said, if you're willing to allow for said specialists being faster with their blades than he is with his telekinetic ones, I suppose that might work. Just bear it in mind, and try to avoid letting it get absurd.

Also, shunko is a captain-level technique, given that it's only been shown being used by shinigami of that caliber. I would be more comfortable if you just referred to Nao's unique technique as imbuing the kunai with kido, since (a) shunko is a combination of the demon arts and hakuda, so it doesn't make much sense for thrown weapons to be the beneficiaries of it anyway, since using thrown weapons has nothing to do with hakuda, and (b) it avoids namedropping a captain-level tech.

Senbara no Chitoge's true name is Senbara no Chitoge no Chidaruma (Blood of a Thousand Rose's Thousand Thorns). When activated, a mass of rose petals engulfs Kyasarin. As they disappear, Kyasarin is garbed in a kimono (probably spelled that wrong) woven out of vines. In her hand is the end of a vine, that is extending into the ground. At her will, she can control it, so thorn covered vines shoot out of the ground attempting to damage and grab the enemy. Since she can control them, there is no pattern of where they will come out of the ground, making them very difficult to track.

Those are the extent of the issues as I see them, yes. Your proposed rewording would work fine for me, I believe.

She got all up in Val's business because she sensed the "potential power" or something. All "I will be your bestest friend, creepy that I might be".

But Rosa, who I think actually has a more active powerset, and should at least register "equally" with Val and Kaito, is a "mere mortal"?

Sorry, it's just that Yoko seems all over the board on this. If she's supposed to be a crazy (and I mean that more literally than figuratively) Bount, I guess that works, but...

She's also supposed to be quite attention impaired, paying attention to whatever gets her attention the most at any time.

Sorry if Yoko is causing problems, I'll think about how to make her more acceptable before I post with her again. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how she SHOULD act. So, sorry again.

Ok, I think I have a plan. Yoko is out of touch with humanity, caring little for anything besides her fellow bount beyond what fleeting entertainment they can provide to her. She focuses on spiritually potent mortals because they have the most opportunities of amusing her for a few minutes at a time. Living 97 years would tend to bore one, I bet. That seem like a good enough reason for her actions at this time? It's also what I wanted to do with her, but I couldn't think of it concretely until now.

Anyway, I'm serious about leaving this time... Honest(probably not)

It seems less an age thing, and more just that she doesn't cope/is crazy.

Nothing wrong with a little crazy I either need a reason to have her act that way, or get an IC reason to have her change how she behaves. I'm leaning more towards finding a reason to have her like this, bu if that's not possible, then I'll have to change her behavior.

Coney-chiwah folks. Looks like I'll be back in action within a couple of weeks. To celebrate, here's the current draft for my KC VC up for review:

Yama, Yuuta: Vice Commander of the Kido Corps
Reiatsu: Dark Red
Height: 9’ 1"
Weight: 800lb~
Age: 268 (apparently somewhere between his late twenties to mid-thirties)

Appearance:
Yuuta's looks often tend to leave one with the impression of an irate bodybuilder/bouncer that has subsisted solely by consuming spoonfuls of steroids in a manner not unlike breakfast cereal. However, the simple truth of the matter is that he was just born utterly massive, with a natural tendency to easily develop muscle. Given his family's strict martial history, his fated impressive build and stature was further pushed until it reached its current gargantuan state.

Yuuta wears the generic black hakama that most shinigami adorn themselves with, but only dons a matching haori when obligated to.

Backstory: Yuuta is the only child of a couple of low-ranking members within the Yama (minor noble) family. Given his distaste for violence, and his unusual mental aptitude, his extended family views him as an utter failure (despite his position with the “impotent eunuchs” of the Kido Corps) due to his adamant refusal to "properly utilize" his massive physique by upholding the family tradition of serving with the Gotei's 11th division. Yuuta is typically a gentle giant who quietly fulfills his administrative responsibilities. His off-duty time is usually reading and mutely debating theory in the Corps' library, or enduring the mandatory group physical training sessions of the Yama family.

Zanpakuto:
Yuuta's zanpaktou is still in the standard katana form wielded by all unseated Shinigami, looking for all the world like a wakazashi when held in Yuuta's massive hand. Given that the spirit of the weapon refuses to even acknowledge his wielder's existence, Yuuta obviously has yet to learn the arrogant spirit's name.

Inner World:
The mindscape where Yuuta's haughty zanpakutou spirit resides is a strangely serene palace that dominates the peak of an infinitely tall mountain that is otherwise a blazing inferno.

Zankensoki:

Hakuda: Unusual enough for a member of the Kido Corp, Yuuta is an expert in general unarmed combat and a seasoned practitioner in the art of Shunko. His approach to hand-to-hand combat defaults to a defensive bias, with a heavy emphasis on counters and grappling.

Hohō: Yuuta is not, by any means, light on his feet. He has even been said to not even have the mobility of a severely pregnant yak. Yuuta's use of Shunpo is typically limited to commuting long distances along straight paths. This deficiency in mobility cripples the effectiveness of his use of the Hanki technique against quick attacks, often just reducing their potency rather than negating the attacks altogether.

Kido: As a leading member of the Kido Corps, Yuuta has repeatedly proven himself to be a highly capable caster of the demon arts. Only the top levels of spells are currently beyond his ability.

Zanjutsu: Yuuta is a capable, but otherwise unremarkable, practitioner of this basic Shinigami martial art.
