hey guys. I have just gotten back from my first leg in my summer adventure. During this past week, I have had alot of time to think and mature. I would like to offer a sincere apology to all of the server for my past actions. I realize that I have annoyed some of you, and have made a code to live by on your server.

I will talk about TF2 related things only unless the topic has been started already

I will not sing

I will not argue with anybody

I will only use engineer buildings in the most efficient way possible

I will play all classes in a way that is beneficial to the team

I will stop when somebody says stop

I will only ask for gimmick rounds once per hour

I will wait 5 minutes before repeating something

I will do my best to be a positive contributing member of the community

Thing is that I heard all this already. Several times. I also gave you a flat-out edict to stop with the glitched teleporters, and then was told (and had verified) that you simply ignored that ruling.

Sorry, Nightclaw, but the teleporter thing was the last straw (and not even arguable: it was a flat out violation of my rules for allowing you to stay on the server, less than a day after I gave them to you), and you've had about four second chances now. I was extremely clear on the matter, and you disregarded it. I told you that I wouldn't accept any further violations of that rule. There's nothing I can do.

Then it's all a matter of waiting.

You can try going for the milestone achievements which gives you a class weapon once, but other than that there is no way to directly influence the drop system. And now that idling is effectively dead, the only way now is to just wait and be patient.

That does not appear to be the case.

Im sorry. That night i was really a wreck. Home issues galore, off my meds, I really was just not in control. Plus the fact that my only friend (charlie) asked me to, I just did it to let off some steam.

However, this will not happen again, I have a plan for that situation in the future.

I've played for several hours and have not encountered a hat.

Hats are rare. When hats first came out, I got 2 hats from idling(Soldier's Stash and Trophy Belt), which luckily, didn't get taken away.

3 months later I got a batter's helmet.

Since then all my hats have been crafts.

Basically, you'd probably get a hat quicker through crafting than as a random drop.

Speaking of crafting, are there any must have weapons for Soldier, Pyro, and Heavy? (Engie doesn't have stuff yet) I've got a lot of items, but haven't done anything with them.

The average is that you will find 1 hat for every 200 hrs of play time. Results may vary.

How does the following idea sit with people?

• One last chance. Anything I perceive as an infraction gets him booted permanently.
• Until further notice, he is only allowed on the server when I am also on the server, so I can effectively police the situation. Violating this rule results in a permanent ban.
• A wider range of Admins may be added at a later date.
• Nightclaw must be on his medication in order to play on the server, as he has attributed a bunch of past problems to not having taken it.

Thoughts? If it's not this, he's gone. I'm fine with either, but figured I'd suggest the compromise.

Masato, you're not in my shoes right now. That's lucky for you. This isn't as cut and dry a situation as I wish it was, because everyone involved has a point here. If he had accepted the ban, well and good. The problem is that we've never before had anyone asking about how they can go about reversing a ban, and I'm having to make a precedent where none exists, alright?

This is NOT an easy situation.

i have severe ADHD. I dont drink coffee, it makes me fall asleep (caffeine has the opposite affect on me) only time i had it i was asleep in 3 mins

I like, especially the last point. I'd be inclined to reduce the second point to a kick rather than a ban, though, since it's cumbersome to tell who's on the server before joining.
