We have 52 players. This means all 6 pantheons (1 "good", 5 "evil") and 1 Cupid will be used. Why 1 more then previous games? Because the last 3 were all won by the villagers, so I'm upping the ante.

The Pantheons will be

The Greek (Good) - Returning from their saving of the villagers last time.
The Egyptian* (Evil) - Still trying to take over the place as the true gods.
The Celtics* (Evil) - With all these Male Gods, the Women must represent.
The Norse* (Evil) - The Bitterness will never end from losing their throne.
The Romans* (Evil) - They swear the Greek gods are nothing but copy cats.
The LOLCats* (Evil) - The days of their guest appearances are now over. They will get their cheezburger when they take the throne.

*Pantheons Cupid will get a player name from. Which role t.b.d. by dice.

A new day shone down upon Athens. The philsophers were gathered upon the grassy lawn in the park. The Greek army had many a successful victory in conquering nearby lands, as the Greek Gods blessed them with those victories as thanks for keeping their prayers true during the last Titan uprising. The land was at peace.

In the center of the Parthenon was a monument. It had been there since anyone could remember. The monument was a large black marble slab. On top of it were two hands sculpted out of gold, both holding onto sceptor that glowed. The sceptor was seen as the protector of Athens. Legend tells of stories long ago were gods battled for the land. In the end, the villagers used the sceptor to banish the false gods to realms unknown - never to return.

Or so they thought....

King Goofinidas was visiting the Parthenon and it's contents. His kingdom was kept in top form, and he often visited the structures to ensure it stayed that way. During his nightly walk this day, he found strange markings on the stones leading into the building. Various languages and scripture that he was unfamaliar with. Probably some vagrant kids who thought that defacing the temple of the gods was a fun time. Goofinidas removed his sword from it's sheath. If this was the case, then the penalty would be swift. Defacing property of the gods in Greece was subjact to having your hands cut off. Following the markings, they lead to the room where the Sceptor was stored. Upon looking in the room, he discovered a group of...well he wasn't quite sure what to make to them. They weren't like anything he had encountered before. One thing was certain though - they had the monument in their hands.

Put that down, by order of King Goofinidas!

Hey look here. The human king is trying to stop us.

We are back to take this land, and remove your false gods.

We're in yer temple - steelin yer loot.

And with this, they will no longer have the ability to stop us from overthrowing their rule.

But now that your here, we have a new plan.

Yes, to let the people know we are back!

Nothing to let them know we're back more then finding their king dead.

And oh will they try to pray to their gods then.

But without the sceptor, they'll have no power!

I can haz teh power?

No - the power is mine!

And as Goofinidas steps in to grab the sceptor from the squabbling gods, they attack both him and each other. As the five evil pantheons fight for the power of the sceptor, each manages to grab a piece of it. Goofinidas proves to be tough, and is able to fend any one of them from grabbing the whole thing.

The next morning the villagers find the body of Goofinidas bruised and beaten, as if he was dragged violently around the Parthenon. Gasping for breath, he tells the first villager on the scene.

The false gods have returned. Only your prayers can prevent the demonic gods from ruining the peace and glory of our land. Find the missing pieces of this sceptor, restore the power of the....

but he doesn't finish his last sentence.
