My bet is that it depends on the presence/absence of the moon. I've noted already that this is the first shot of Eve at night.

I personally expect that it would be both. It isn't so much that one personality is fake, but how she reacts around different people and in different situations. One possibility is that when she's with Ben it's like being on vacation for her, and as such she is more relaxed and outgoing than normal. Even if she helped fight an Abyssal while doing it.

That makes sense. Ben is someone who has never met her before, so she can act however she wants and it wont seem odd. Around the rest of the gang they might see the attitude as a sign she is going soft

I think it is good. Maybe a suggestion is on last panel to remake the speech bubbles/ to use half and not, it is a confusion of who is speaking a little I think.
