I'm not sure. There's little indication in the canon material that ESPer students who graduate from Academy City leave it to find work elsewhere. I'd ask Kasanip, but she seems to be AWOL for the moment...

It appears that we're all waiting on somebody. I'm waiting for 13 myself. Although, I think I may be able to move Jason around town for a bit.
