I have this gigantic urge to say "I told ya so" when I said I thought you were over-regulating this subforum (in my humble opinion), especially with the latest slam even on small 20 player games.

But, I guess I won't.

Three running, one recruiting, only four cancelled is my count. And of the cancelled, one is because I hadn't finished the rules, was busy with Classic and RL issues, two are because the narrators vanished, and the one remaining was due to lack of interest (And to be precise, it had 15 players signed up and was then cancelled two days before it was due to start).

Mafia XI is recruiting here. Recruiting is through Jan 14th or until we have 45 players.

Standard Mafia rules - two sides of wolves with Citizens in the middle. A bloody werewolf gladiatoral battle royale played to the amusement ofthe Narrator all.

Heavy narration, kill scenes are typically graphic.

There is no autolynch replacement list.

If you have to be away - life happens - try to post ahead that you will be gone in both WW Central (here) and in thread.

If you do not post that you are away, and you miss voting for two consecutive day phases - you will be autolynched.

Unless otherwise noted - Days will be at least 72 hours, and nights at least 48 hours. There will also be two co-narrators as well.

Roles:
Mafia Boss (Alpha Wolf - Scries as Citizen. Note: The Alpha doesn't actually pick the team.)
Consigliore (Devil - Scries as respective Devil)
Mobsters (Wolves)

Again, there are two teams of wolves. So that means two night kills, two night scries, etc.

With the daily lynch, and (usually) two night kills - the game can move fast. Add in the autolynches, and subtract the occasional baning... anyway the bodies can pile up.

The win conditions of each team of wolves will be to Survive, Eliminate the Enemy mob, and tie/outnumber the Citizens.

There is no alliance victory. If the two groups of wolves ally, my head will hit the desk (again), I will laugh, there will be a general shaking of fists, there won't actually be a winner - but more than likely there will be a beautiful betrayal at some point.

It does suck to play a regular Citizen without knowing what’s going on, who to lynch … or suffering the injustice of a lynch based on the machinations of the unseen powers that be.
