So I made a race for my 3.5 game. I assume its a CR +1. Atleast thats what I believe.
Draca
Medium Size
30ft movement
+2 Str, Con, Wis
+2 Natural Armor Bonus
Darkvision 60ft, plus lowlight vision
+1 attack/damage for monk weapons not on simple weapon list
Claw attack-like half-dragon
Immunity to sleep spells/effects
+2 bonus against Enchantment spells/effects
Favored Class Monk
Languages Common Draconic

This should be in Homebrew, but looking at it, they don't seem too powerful. +1 CR would probably be safe, but an orc could probably put up a similar fight, unless you give these guys decent equipment, then that Natural Armor really looks nice.
As for playing them, a +1 LA would probably be warranted, though maybe something like Necropolitan's pseudo LA would be better there.Game systems I play: DnD 3.5, Pathfinder, Star Wars Saga, Vampire: The Masquerade, Dungeons: The Dragoning, AFBME, Atomic Highway, Dark Heresy, Legend of the 5 Rings 4E, MAID and... EQRPG... Does anyone actually play that?
