Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
Ah, but that is where I have a response. For when your Synchro Summon takes place, I activate Torrential Tribute, destroying every monster on the field. That does mean that I lose my Ritua Erial, but that is a small price to pay.

Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
A foreseen eventuality, my dear. I activate the Starlight Road, for your Tribute would indeed slay two of my own cards. This summons Stardust Dragon, who during my battle phase gets to attack with the others. The end result, my dear, is that you take 2500 more damage than you would have. I think you can take your turn now. The Gardener giggles.

Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
Your skill is real. When Ritua Erial is destroyed, I add Eviritua Soul Ogre to my hand.
Mills from Iron Chain Dragon: (3d32)[12][22][24](58) (Ritua Erial, Mystical Space Typhoon, Cold Wave)
Rerolls if necessary: (3d32)[9][24][20](53)
Draw: (d29)[29]
I summon Ritua Abyss, who searches out the Shadow Ritua. I then cast the sacred rite of Ceremonial Water Mirror of Ritua, sacrificing the Shadow Ritua to summon Eviritua Soul Ogre! Eviritua Soul Ogre attacks and destroys Stardust Dragon. I then Set a card and end my turn.

Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
He giggles. Your Soul Ogre is interesting, but I have stronger dragons than that at my disposal he adds, while a plant hands him a card.
(1d32)[27]
The Gardener giggles. This ends here, Queen of Olympus! I start with the mystical space typhoon, destroying your lone backrow card. Then I summon the Twilight Rose Knight I sought earlier with Sangan. His effect drags a Lonefire Blossom from my hand. Lonefire Blossom tributes itself to create a Dandylion, in defense mode. Now, Twilight Rose Knight and Botannical Lion tune! Gardens of the Azath, let free your Dragon! Magic of the First Warren, release the Black Rose! A giant black dragon covered in vines and flowers appears on the field, and then consumes itself in an explosion that empties the field. My Black Rose Dragon shall use its effect to wipe the slate clean, so to speak. I shall then activate the Dragon's Mirror! The Ultimate Eleint, free at last! Judge, Jury and Executioner for the world entire! Release, Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste! The mirror consumes a Twilight Rose Knight and Stardust Dragon in the graveyard to set free Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste. My dragon knight empties your lifepoint pool to the last drop, milady. So ends this duel of cards and wit. He giggles.

Hera bows. Amazing! Your prowess is real indeed, Gardener. You have won the contest. Now, as promised, you may request from me a favor. What do you desire?

Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
I wish for added strength to the barriers of my Lord's Tomb. More wards are always needed - one day, we Exarchs may not be enough. That is all! He giggles, the retreats into the stone archway. All the plant matter is sucked through the portal as well, before the archway collapses.
((Good game! Have you considered Ascending Soul and Preparation of Rites for your deck? I think they could add something. Also, you might consider Ritual Cage, but that would not be as helpful as the other two cards I suggested, I think. And while I'm thinking about deckbuilding, any ideas for my Starvald Garden? It seemed to work pretty well this time, for which I was pleasantly surprised.))My Homebrew

Re: [Yu-Gi-Oh PbP]The Olympians Challenge: Queen Hera
Hera thinks for a moment. Very well. As you have asked, so it will be done. I shall send my servant Argus Panoptes of the Hundred Eyes to the defense of Exodia's tomb.
She vanishes, and the temple with her, back to the majesty of Mount Olympus.
((I've looked at all those options. I don't think Ritual Cage would be worth the space. Preparation of Rites is an interesting option, but with the aggressive recycling already going on with this deck, it won't do nearly as much good as it would in other Ritual decks. Maybe I'll try out Ascending Soul.
For your deck, maybe you can try adding some EARTH Tuners so you can go for the Naturia Synchros? They're really good, especially Beast and Barkion.))
