Wenomir is still here, both rather bored and kind of glad everything's quiet.

[Murkus]

Ergo undeadtimes, and begins scanning the crowd. He scans for powers, traces of magic, biological or technological enhancements, or really any other abnormalities beyond the human norm.

He's also standing almost stock-still in the middle of the bar, blocking traffic.

[Morty]

Wenomir, of course, is carrying a magic sword and his body is mutated after mixing his blood with that of a demon. Hey. You're kind of in the way, he says to Ergo.

[Murkus]

Ergo snaps out of his little statue-impression, looking down at Wenomir. "Oh. My apologies." By all rights, a robot shouldn't even be in a tavern. But it was a prime spot to find sentient specimens.

Wenomir's looking like one right now, actually. His voice grows low. "Excuse me, sir. Would you mind my taking of a sample of your blood? It's for a good cause."

[Morty]

Wenomir is silent for a while and then responds: And why would you want to do that?

[Murkus]

"Primarily for the advancement of knowledge regarding demon-human hybrids." Ergo leans in close, peering closely at Wenomir and scanning for just what sort of mutations have occurred. "You appear to be a surprisingly stable specimen."

[Morty]

Uh... I take it you've seen some other such hybrids, then?
Wenomir's blood itself is a mixture of regular blood of a mortal human and pure entropy that makes up the demons' bodies. Most of the time, the supernatural part of the mix lies dormant, but Wenomir can "awaken" it, as it were, to enchance the effects it has on his body.
As for the effects themselves, several parts of the demonhunters' body are mutated. Due to the changes made to the nervous system, his reaction time and reflexes were made quickier. He can also focus more easily in a short period of time, granting him superior precision and coordination. What's more, his muscles were slightly strenghtened. The more supernatural changes include heavily modifying his sense of smell so it can pick up demons easily, and mutating his eyes to see in the dark - the side effect is their solid red color. Finally, a rather serious mutation of a part of his brain gives him a sort of sixth sense when demons are present - it allows him to almost predict their moves in advance and strike at them with incredible strength and speed every once in a while.
How much of that Ergo's scan picks up is up to the robot's player.

[Murkus]

"Oh, yes. But no artificial ones. They were all the children of demons and humans." ERGO taps a panel on his arm, flicking through his visual scanners as he scrutinizes Wenomir. "You don't appear to be, if I'm scanning your genes correctly. Do you think you'd be willing to spare some brain tissue? For further tests, of course."

[Morty]

Wenomir folds his arms across his chest and glares. Mind you, a disapproving glare is his usual expression, but now he glares some more. I might consider giving you some of my blood, I draw a line at giving out bits of my brain.

[Murkus]

"I would only extract a few cells. Nothing required for proper brain function." Ergo doesn't seem to mind the glare at all.

[Morty]

Nonetheless, I'd rather you didn't mess with my brain. Now, if you tell me what exactly you're going to do with it, I might think about giving you a sample of my blood.

[The Bushranger]

Dorotha undeadtimes next to Crissy. Unless her friend and Kevin went off to Taverna Generica while she was deadtimed, in which case she went along.

Nope, Crissy is still here, and now doodling on the napkin in front of her, looking rather engrossed in her work.

Tobias doesn't exactly understand what is going on either.

He looks at Val for support, but sees in her eyes that she is JUST as confused as he is, so he looks back.

"...Can't say I understand what happened...one moment feels like the fastest theater of life I've ever seen, the second I'm sitting here next to Val. But...thank you, if this was your doing."

"It was. Now if you'll excuse me, I have customers to attend to. Do enjoy the rest of your evening"



(That is the crux of any problem behind Forum-based RPing. I'm online right now, but you are not. Either I wait for you to post, or I post for someone who is online. Either way, I miss the chance to play with someone unless you both join the plot thread at once.

Tobias begins to answer him, but notices that he is now asking Emily a question as well, so he allows her to answer first.

...While showing his appreciation to Val again with a kiss on the cheek.

Val smiles, blushing more, and gives Captain Tobias a cheek-kiss in return.
Before waving Paige over - to order a pair of White Russians.
"It was Uncle Orion's favourite drink," she explains.

[Morty]

Nope, Crissy is still here, and now doodling on the napkin in front of her, looking rather engrossed in her work.

Dorotha divides her attention between listening to Wenomir and Ergo's conversation, finding it rather curious someone is interested in the demon/human hybrids, and looking at what Crissy is drawing.

[Zefir]

After his ask for aid failed Andy limp back to the bar.

Crissy, as it happens, is making a drawing of herself, Erin, Dorotha, Kevin, and Connor.

It's just a sketch though.

...and she's not really very good, to be honest. It's recognisable, but not much else.

[Morty]

Nice sketch, says Dorotha... and then she notices a wounded person by the bar. Oh, my. Do you need help, sir?

Andrew undeadtimes giving a starving dog some hambacon.

[The Bushranger]

"Thanks," Crissy says - then looks up, sees the injured man, and gasps. Bringing her hand to her mouth in shock.

[Zefir]

"Yes I need some help. First Aid will be a nice start."

His walker hit a wet point on the floor. Andy fell forward against the bar.

[Morty]

Dorotha tries to catch Andy as she bites her lip. Before I start looking for something I could use, I have a healing potion handy that you might use to at least slow the bleeding.

[ApeofLight]

Andrew sees the hurt man and rushes over to him. " You don't have any bad reactions to magic do you? " He says trying to get a look at the wound.

[Zefir]

Andy is passed out. His walker alias his left arm lay a bit away.
After a few secounds the arm is drawing himself into Andy's direction.

[The Bushranger]

Crissy wrings her hands, wishing she could do someting to help, and watches worriedly. "Can I do anything?" she asks Dorotha.

[The Alexandrian]

A boy dressed in a suit wearing a white mask enters the tavern. His black suit is of velvet. He wears diamond cuff links and dress pants that match the quality of his suit. His tie is also black. His well polished shoes glimmer in the dim light of the bar. He possesses a MPK5 which is strapped to his side. His belt is even foreboding, a golden skull serves as its buckle. Speckled on his dress shirt are smatterings of blood. He ambles to the bar and confidently orders a pitcher of mead. The only parts of his face that are visible are his lips and eyes. The words he speaks when ordering are inaudible to all but the bartender, assuming that someone in the tavern does not have keen hearing capabilities (even if someone did, they would only hear the words, "Mead barkeep." being uttered).

[Morty]

I'll tell you if I need help, says Dorotha, as she kneels and tries to carefully pour the healing potion down Andy's throat.

[Murkus]

Nonetheless, I'd rather you didn't mess with my brain. Now, if you tell me what exactly you're going to do with it, I might think about giving you a sample of my blood.

"I would use it in tests. Experiments, development of sensory arrays and synthesizing more blood." ERGO ponders a moment. "Perhaps some clones, too."

[The Bushranger]

Crissy nods...

...before getting deadtime-oozed as her player has to scurry off.

[Zefir]

The potion seem to help him cause he awake.

"Oh man what happend? Last I remember is a hail of bullets heading through me"

Andy looks up. "Oh!" Andy seems fist confused than he tries to smile.

[Morty]

"I would use it in tests. Experiments, development of sensory arrays and synthesizing more blood." ERGO ponders a moment. "Perhaps some clones, too."

Wenomir shakes his head. Clones are a big no, I'm afraid.

The potion seem to help him cause he awake.

"Oh man what happend? Last I remember is a hail of bullets heading through me"

Andy looks up. "Oh!" Andy seems fist confused than he tries to smile.

Dorotha breathes with relief when she sees Andy wake up and then both of Morty's characters deadtime.

[Earl of Purple]

If Andy dropped any blood, there is now a rodent-like creature licking away, growing slightly with every drop it eats/drinks. It has ice-blue eyes and grey fur, and is slightly larger than the average rat.

If Andy did not bleed all over the place, this odd creature will instead be sitting under a table nearby; not hiding, but not obvious either.
