Len walks into the tavern, looking quite beaten up, and probably with quite a few broken ribs. He is also missing his scarf.

Will someone buy me a Dragon's fire breath, that damn ermine took the last of my money.

The AMEN minion passes Len a drink, as well as a note.

Ermine, who is a "busty" blond human with weasel ears and a tail at the moment, coughs slightly at Len's request, hiding a laugh. Her floofy hat is recognizable.

Tobias will clasp the glass cup over the creature quite quickly. Attempting to trap it before it can scurry away.

Len takes the noet, but "Accidentally" knocks over the drink. He looks across the tavern and spots captain Tobias, as well as the rat that started this whole thing. He walks over to them.

Captain Tobias, today I almost caused both you and Lady Valeriya to die, and then I allowed the man who did it to live. I need you to know that, and to know that I regret getting you involved.

Tobias looked up at him, rather surprised at Len's sudden appearance and apology.

He responded, though he didn't appear to actually hear what was being said based on his response.

"Yeah, don't mention it. Now could you help me keep this thing contained? It bit my tail and the lady here" He gestures to the Erimine, because frankly all he knows for sure is that it is female, "Says it has pointed ears now. I'd like to know why."

Ermine is not an ermine at the moment. Just a hooman with ears an a tail.

"Well, it's eye color changed earlier when it bit some'un."

The woman tries hard to keep her pirate accent in check.

He turns his head to look, and sees a familiar hat.

So, Ferret, you can turn human, can you? And you know that I was the one who was bit. That's what started the whole big thing that went on.

Ermine grins and swings her hips in a certain way. She giggles when Len informs Tobias he has been rigged to explode.

Ermine glares at Len, and just for the sack of it, takes another swig of her booze.

I know what you are, Ferret, or were, as the case may be. Or would you prefer I start calling you Bunny again?

Len smiles a broad smile and almost starts to laugh, but then grabs his side.

Ouch. Laughing does not go well with broken ribs.

Ermine leans back and takes another quaff of grog, not even bothering to follow up with the threat.

You saw me in the arena, you know that probably wouldn't work. Now, I'll make a deal with you. Give me back one of my platinums, and I won't cut off your clothes.

He isn't smiling, so he probably isn't joking.

"Eh? Cut off me clothes?

What are ye, perverted? I'm naked most o' da time anyway, dis gettup is only ta please ye hooman's crazy sensibilities. Even though most of ye'd rather me not wear it, daft fools."

Ermine reaches into her hat and takes out a platinum piece. Which she flips up and down in her hand.

Oh, I don't care whether you're clothed or not, but if you aren't, you probably wouldn't be able to come back in here again. Think about it. No more booze from this fine establishment. Now you wouldn't want that, would you?

Len ignores the platinum piece.

Except I can, ye know, turn into a small and furry mammal. Don't know what ye're threatenin' me wit, really."

Ermine takes another swig of booze.

A man wearing BDU's reenters the bar. His name is Alexander. He is armed and in a jolly mood. His boots are polished and he looks rather talkative. He walks to the barkeep and orders an ale then walks up to the most rowdy looking bunch in the bar. He finds them arguing over a platinum piece. He stands nearby watching them, slightly amused by their banter and threats.

Oh, did I forget to mention, when I said clothes, I meant the hat too.

Ermine shoots Len a large grin, with small canine fangs showing. She lifts her bottle and drinks some more! Yay. Yar.

"I don't? When did dish 'appen, cause I'm shure I'mma arrogant and bloody pirate. Not a shelf-doubtin' fool."

Ermine is beginning to get drunk again. Joy.

Kevin undeadtimes and looks around, trying to figure out what he missed.

The newcomer casts Ermine a grin.

"So ye be a celebratin ramble like a pirate day I take it. Its high time I look o'er a calendar. Yar har har." The man laughs himself in a false voice, "Why don't I buy you and your friend here a pitcher of ale so we can be properly introduced?"

He waves to the barkeep and holds up three fingers to indicate how much ale he wants.

Ermine glances at Alexander and tips a floofy hat.

"Yar? Me'finksh Talk Like O' Pirate Day wash a month ago, you'know, da nine-teenth o' Sheptember. I'm talkin' like dish caushe I am a pirate."

She'll accept any booze thankfully.

"Tha name'sh Ermine."
