Not quite.

Some memories, yes. But not all, the exact amount a mixture of how thoroughly Lytek cleaned that particular Exaltation and how strong the memories were. And Charms, Sorcerous Initiations, etc. are all forgotten. The Exaltation goes to a new host, who may be completely different in terms of personality to the previous bearer.

In the case of Dragon-Blooded, the memories are from the Po soul, due to the fact that they don't have an Exaltation (Terrestrials Exalt by blood, not heroism). Alchemicals are made as adults, physically and mentally, and have memories and personality drawn from previous lives.

Zamira and Shrike are special cases both in how similar they are to their First Age incantations, and in how much they remember.

That's what I meant by better in rp potential than standard resurrection. You get all that nice character tension from having people remembering you as someone different than how you remember yourself. See also: Dax from DS9.

Pretty low I'd say. Most people who want him dead, want to do it personally themselves for revenge based satisfaction. They'd probably want to torture him if he wouldn't like it.

I guess I'm fine with hits being put on my characters too. Of course, aside for Anatolij and Michalson, they can't be ressurected either. In case of Mark it's because he's a D&D Outsider and in case of the rest of the characters it's because it's debatable if they have souls at all and whatever they do have completely dissolves after death. A ressurection attempt could be made I suppose, but it'd be hard.
