Coming to the aid of his brothers, Azirel looks upon the treacherous forces of Chaos and the blood pumps faster in his veins. He manages to retain his calmness though, exercising his force of will over his desire to cut down the filthy wretches and instead takes the time to aim his bolt pistol towards them and let loose its fiery wrath.

Onissius fires a round off from his Bolter at the approaching Militia. His shot lands in between the legs of them, felling none of them.

Azirel opens fire on the vile servants of Chaos and one of his Hellfire shells rips into a line of Heretics. Their bodies quickly disintergrate on contact with the shell, as the payload of deadly mutagenic acid is unleashed upon them. A line of horribly burnt out corpses lie ahead of Azirel.

(Due to the Errata, explosive damage hits get applied after all other hits. 1 Hit * 2 (Hellfire) + 1 X Damage = 3 hits. Horde is at 7 Mag and is now Broken)

(Initiative Order is now: RM, H, Kaeste, Alyxander, Svari, Onissius, Azirel)

The Renegade Militia, having seen quite enough death and destruction at the hands of the Adeptus Astartes and noticing that they are, in fact, charging 4 of them (for the moment, Tristan is still there), decide that it is better to live and fight another day. They break off their charge and scatter in all directions.

(Militia have Broken and are fleeing)

The Heretics, on the other hand, think today is a good day to die and are pleased to be the last remaining worshippers of Chaos on the battlefield. They scream glories to the Ruinous Powers and storm the Basilisks, waving their weapons above their heads as they close in on you.

(Heretics have Broken and have become Fearless and Frenzied. Full Action Run 18m to surround you. The Heretics have stormed the Basilisks and are surrounding you, this includes Kaeste, Svari, Onissius and Azirel.)

    It is Kaeste's Turn.

Kaeste grimaced behind his helmet as the ragged enemy mobbed the basilisk, scrambled on handholds to get to grips with Astartes, super-human power-armored incarnations of the Omnissiah's wrath. Here was the true threat of the Great Enemy, the suicidal and misguided fervor it inspired. He swept his bolter in an arc, bolter shells fired indiscriminately. The enemy was so close, so eager to engage, that it was impossible to miss.

Alyxander grins at the devastation of the foul heretics caused by his Earthshaker round. Upon seeing the rebels attempt to flee his face becomes stern, "No quarter for the traitorous." he mutters to himself, revving the Basilisk engine once more he moves to intercept the largest group of traitors he can find, drawing his bolter as he maneuvers around to face them.

What he plans to do is move to intercept a large group, stop in front of them, or move alongside them, pop the hatch and open fire full auto onto the group with standard ammunition.

Kaeste's pumps shells mercilessly into the bodies beginning to surround him. Indeed, the Heretics are so close that it is impossible to miss and each shell sends another group of foul Heretics tumbling from the Basilisk.

    (4 hits + 1 X Damage = 5 Mag Damage. 2 Mag Left)

Alyxander locates a suitably large group of fleeing Militia and begins to massacre them at will. To their credit, those that are engaged do try to fire back and seek cover, but it is not nearly enough to even pause the zealous Black Templar.

(For the time being you'll just be assumed to be driving around shooting what Militia you find. Since you're in a position to be resupplied, ammo expenditure for what you're doing does not apply.)

    It is Svari's Turn.

Tristan pulled himself out of the drivers compartment and onto the top of the cabin. He pointed at the few remaining heretics and activated his external vox. "A quick death is to good for them, yet the chrono is running." With his free hand he drew his Sacris Claymore. "Let us be done with them brothers."

(Since the only possible damage the Heretics can do is to Svari's head, that's all I shall roll for. WS = 35 + 10 (Frenzy) = 45 vs (1d100)[71]. Damage is (1d10+4)[8] R)

The Heretics blades glance off of each of you or cut shallowly into your armour, but none digs deep enough to cause any damage.

    It is Kaeste's Turn.
