I went Pro. Pretty inexpensive, and I have a little cash lying around in my PayPal.

As for the fanfiction contest, it looks like it's going to happen. I'm still coming up with criteria, though, as well as the length of time that it'll span, as well as what prizes should be offered. Does anybody have any suggestions for each of these things?

I know for sure that I want at least one canon character to appear in the fics in a moderate role at least. Everything else is still up in the air, though.

I imagine it means either wen need one main char that goes through the story or one of the existing chars should appear. I can't say many about fanfiction criterias maybe Lix can help.

On the price thing: Aren't you going to print Bibliography? I think a good price would be first edition of the books.
Another one could be, that one char that appeared in the fanfic and isn't created by you becomes a frequently appearing person in the main book.

Canon in this sense is used as a combination of all the parts of the third definition.

In short a canon character is a character sanctioned, accepted, or created by the original author.

Another idea for a prize is that the story, with small edits to make things actually fit with canon (if details are incorrect, like a Codex Name or something), get made canon. As in, the story DID happen in the Biblio-verse.

Another thought would be to put the short story into one of Bibliography's publications.

Didn't the Design a Character contest do that? Not saying it's a bad idea, it's great, but it's no fun getting the same prize for every contest!

I don't think it would be feasible but a fun prize would be a short version of the story drawn in comic-form by Elagune.

I think you should make some limit of how many words. Because you must read all the fanfiction for the contest, it may be a lot of reading I think.

Maybe of time, to do an idea of 3 week for submit, and 1 week to read, maybe it is good for "1 month time".

For prize, I suggest to make a sketch of favorite scene from the winning story and give to the winner.

We wouldn't mind offering a book or two of the collector's edition for contest prizes. We should have a contest coming up as well, and this will most likely be the prize.

We plan to start selling the books online on Monday, the 25th of April.

Personal note/critique: I think this page might've flowed better if you had put the Sigils up above the whitebox weapons.

Personally, i like the one month thing suggested earlier, but i'd say two months, in case something unexpected occurs. In addition, something longer than a one-shot might take longer than a few weeks, depending on the length of the story and the time constraints IRL.
