I would use it to secretly travel around the world, giving some extra time for loved ones to spend time with dying ones, and to prolonge the life of geniuses so that they can help to save the world for a while longer.

Energy Whip Construction: Eh. Il use it in a fight I guess.

Something about being able to construct stuff:

NEATO Il use it to construct stuff and fix my housing problems. And build stuff to later sell for money. And then travel to disaster areas and fix their homes.

I like the universe! I keep my stuff here after all. But used on a more local scale, it's frighteningly powerful.

Law Creation: The ability to physical laws (which, apparently, are at minimum rules that must be obeyed. Could extend to laws of physics).

Burying: I can...cause things to sink into the ground. Apparently the material is irrelevant, so that's something. And useful when I want to get rid of something without, you know, undoing all that exists.

Also, I can remove government in a large area.

So, my powers are that I can literally punch the concepts of government and order to death. With gauntlets.

I'm not entirely sure what applications these powers have. Maybe I could go punch the governmentness of tyrannical countries? That seems like it'd screw up things too much.

Honestly, Event Negation is so powerful that the other two are kind of middling by comparison. Still, you could pull off the whole fighting with one had metaphorically behind your back extremely effectively - Water Exoskeleton and Sonic Combustion would be pretty potent by themselves; and if someone DOES manage to be dangerous, you can just start using Event Negation and rofl-stomp them silly with it.
