Re: MtG - Conflux
NIGHT 2 END!
The chaos of the night was felt throughout the land. For some reason things were not progressing as anyone had planed something felt off. Nothing was right, it was as if something was slipping away slowly yet surely. The world was becoming mad... Yet still people fought on, they fought and slaughtered everyone they could get there hands on. It was a truly disturbing sight to witness.
Across the battlefield it seemed as if no one slept, for fear of being attacked, Both Lex-kat and Random_person were lucky to have been vigilante during the night for if they had not been so on guard they would have fallen this night.
Random_person was furious with the fact that he had been attacked this night, as he walked through the plane he contemplated everything that had happened. His anger slowly boiling up. Finally he snapped and decided that he would kill the next person he saw... Unfortunately for him that person happened to be Cd4, he realized his mistake when he attempted to attack the giant beast... He fought bravely and managed to fatally wound the rampaging beast but it was not enough he was ultimately crushed by one of Cd4's hooves. Cd4 knew the wound was fatal, but it would not kill him tonight... No he would still live on for another day.
Magosta71 was saddened his shard was diminishing fast and there was but two people left... They knew victory was impossible but they would not go down without a fight.... They had to it was there duty, off in the distance he saw a straggler, perhaps, he took a quick glance around. He could increase there chances, he did not bother with stealth for it was hard to be stealthy when one was a giant leviathan instead he relied on his massive body and strength to do the talking. He charged Murska, Ajani, without hesitation. Once he realized who his target was he smiled to himself. Roaring he charged. Ajani turned and out of instinct unleashed a mighty spell, only to watch in horror as the spell fizzled having no affect on the rampaging creature,
Shroud, Damn.. Knowing that his magical arsenal would be of no use he took his weapon and charged. He fought desperately but the sheer strength of Magosta was overwhelming. As ajani fought he struggled to make it an even fight, to his dismay he lost his footing and hit the ground. The giant leviathan hovered over him... he knew what was going to happen, He gathered mana as fast as he could as the leviathan came crashing down. Just before impact he walked from the plane leaving his weapon impaled in the ground. He walked away he could not win this battle.
Mangosta felt a flood of confidence flow through him as he landed on the ground... That was until the weapon found its way to his heart... gurgling his final breath he cursed the cruel planeswalkers that had decided to fight for the plane.
Day 3 begin!

Re: MtG - Conflux
Lex is Bant, 50% chance Lex is also Sarkan (scried as Bant villager). I'd think that makes Lex the most dangerous player I know at this point as Sarkan can protect the whole Bant team tonight so they won't lose any members tonight if Sarkan lives.
That said, Grixis is currently the biggest threat to us all with 2 night kills and 4 players so if someone can provide me with the identity of a Grixis killer, I'd be more than willing to switch.

I thought my vote would be useful on this day but with such a bandwagon on lex-kat there is no use to my vote.

Re: MtG - Conflux
Lex is Bant and dangerous, certainly. But I'd much rather go after the teams that still have killers. As far as I'm concerned, FC is right and Grixis is the biggest threat. Of course... I'm left wondering what team FC is on.
Anyways, I'd rather take wild swings at Grixis rather than go after someone who can slow the game down but can't actually win.

Re: MtG - Conflux
It's called bluffing. If I look like I want to get killed no one would bother trying to kill me
For the few of you who still havn't worked it out yet, I'm the Jund seer. You are free to scry me yourself to confirm it if you want.
We have 0 night kill protection so you can remove me whenever you feel threatened enough by my team with no chance of failure. As Reinholdt pointed out, the biggest threat atm is Grixis but like I said, since noone else wants to point me towards a Grixis member, I'll settle for reducing Bant down.

Re: MtG - Conflux
Fleeing Coward is most likely Grixsis, at least...that makes sense. So, till I have a claim or something to go on...um...yeah.

Re: MtG - Conflux
Fleeing Coward has made promises he isn't keeping and making convenient claims to avoid lynching. That's enough for me to target him.

Re: MtG - Conflux
I knew the Bant counterwagon would come eventually, let's see how many Grixis wants to stick their head out and join it
While I do not have a scry to go on, I will give a list of people who ain't Jund/Esper and are most likely not Naya:
Random Person got baned last night, he's either Bant or Nicol.
Reinholdt voted against Murska yesterday and he's not Jund so he's either Bant or Grixis.
What Lady Tialait said yesterday makes me believe she ain't Naya either meaning she's probably Bant or Grixis too.
Zanshin while he changed later from Murska meaning he could still be Naya although I doubt it, is most likely Bant or Grixis.
Bant, if you really want to try to save what is your Alpha/Villager and still have a fighting chance at this, now would be a good time to speak up through Lex.

The bit about protecting Murska or the bit about voting to lynch you?

Re: MtG - Conflux
Abit of both. I think you're with Lex but since the scry I got last night was useless, I can't be certain of anything.
The only thing that will persuade me to change my votes is if Lex offers up a Grixis for lynch since they're the only side that I believe is a greater threat than all 4 Bant surviving the lynch today.
This is my view of the current situation in order of threat to other teams:
Grixis: 1 kill, 1 scry, 1 villager, 1 wild card that can do whatever they want depending on the situation. The biggest offensive threat in game.
Bant: Lost their killer but 2 of their players can bane themselves day or night depending on what's needed and a third that has a 50% chance of doing so. If all night killers are dead, they win or tie by default so we need to eliminate them before the killers all kill each other.
Naya/Jund: Both have a killer/scrier/villager. Both down to 3 though so are not as big a threat at the moment as Grixis or Bant.
Esper: Only the scrier left. Would require a real miracle to win. Only power lies late game in been able to potentially play the Kingmaker.

Re: MtG - Conflux
and it looks like i'm doomed unless you die FC. Lex-Kat is also doomed unless you die off.
Really, it seems like you might be a Grixsis killer trying to brush off blame or a Naya/Jund killer. Either way works well. I don't see you surviving very long either way. There are too many killers. I'm a villager, but my shardies have asked that I don't role-reveal so I won't.
