Generally:

1) There was an Esper fight which involved one of the Air mastery Esper to sort of wreck an arcade on Saturday.
2) There was an unexplained earthquake on Sunday at a different part of town.

Both events happened around the same group of people and they at this point have most of the details (Which isn't that much at this point), so really, the two points above is all you really need to know to be caught up on what happened over the weekend.

Thirdy... one thing I'm confused about. A couple of posts seem to assume that only kids are Espers right now, while in canon, I'm pretty sure there are a couple of adult Espers. Heaven Canceler, for instance.

Aye, agreed... maybe updating the wiki about previous plots here would help. That's where I first looked when I wanted to know about RailITP's backstory and all - not that the site isn't helpful, really did work well for character creation and setting info, but no so much on current plots, right?

There have only been two major plots happening, so I presume that's why.
The first involved rampant robots and has either resolved or abandoned while the current one is about missing Espers and an earthquake preceeded by a horribly loud sound.

There are characters who know more, but they were either present at the eartquake's ground zero or was told by those so don't worry that your character doesn't know it. Most of Academy City doesn't.

Hmmm... are there any Judgement characters apart from Tsubasa still active? Because I'm thinking she might be assigned to their branch or something...

So here's what I have for a character concept for now:

Shou Haru is a student at Azabu Academy. He is a very nervous type, who is smart enough to get along at Azabu but does not stand out especially. He's very shy and has been common target for bullying. He is an ESPer, but is rated as a level 0 (I don't know exactly how rating works; he may actually be a level one who was too terrified to do much of anything at the testing?). Exactly how his power works/what it does is still under construction, but I'm thinking he can project commands into other people's minds by creating tiny electrical impulses to simulate brain waves...however, since he's pretty weak, mostly all he uses this for is 'hide' by telling people "you don't see me." He's very inconsistent in his ability to use this, and thus isn't generally known to have any powers at all.

Thoughts/changes? I'm still getting a feel for the setting, make recommendations as you will

Yeah, definitely level 0 then. He wouldn't have showed it in testing, or not consistently at least.

I don't know. But maybe Kazumi will become recruited if there are some Judgement characters. Or if Tsubasa wants to make her a new member.

Where? It should be a medium speed I think. Because to have more workers but also to have more people to patrol because of weekend holiday.

Katsu and Jirou are at neither of those, you could introduce Kazumi by having her walk by them? They're pretty much just talking in some street.

They'd need supervision, but I'm deliberately playing it that Judgement is a bit short on manpower right now, so if they have a good impression of the candidate, they'd be in pretty quickly.

Especially if they had helped Judgement out in the past.

I have the name of the berserker but I haven't revealed it yet.

Theres someone already there handling the berserker for now. I just think it could be more interesting with more people. Or it may just come to a screeching halt.

No. Random berserker is the label (stand in name) of the esper that I am roleplaying as currently.

A berserker was a warrior who went crazy on the battlefield, considered incredibly strong, and did not feel pain.

The second person is Akiyama, and he has his hands full, though we(meaning I) did manage to demolish a tree.

I've been debating about tossing the Xavier twins in to that conflict, but I'm not quite comfortable yet with just having them pop out of nowhere and having them (attempt to) save the day Seems like something one should at least have done a bit of character introduction before heading into.
