Aren't Predators the hunter ones who are human sized? as far as I can gather the closest in the Alien/Predator continuity to a brain parasite is the Chest-busters and they eat you from the ribcage out, not the brain.

Just to clear it Maxios I think Andy is the most sane person in LATERN. And I don't think it is the perspective to know that he isn't sane just check the meaning of the word.

It is entirely possible that Andy is the sanest member of LANTERN.

About the videogames:

Well, there is the whole thing about taking our characters and permissions and such. I'm thinking there is some copyright law in there somewhere.

That said, what sort of medium are we talking about here?

What's the projected plot? Will I be able to play my character 'X' here and have them be able to do whatever it is they are able to do without issue?

Who is going to do the art? Will they contact us with drafts and such to get our envisioning of the characters right?

What about places owned by other characters?

And on the chance that large numbers of people do not want their stuff in the game, can it be called the Nexus when so many ideas are off limits?

Like the Boy Scout who, when he heard the tale of Alexander the Great and the Gordian knot, said "I bet I could have untied it!", you have missed the point.

The Nexus, here in the FFRP, isn't a setting. It's the people. Even if you inserted all of the organizations and all of the characters and somehow managed to recreate all of the interpersonal relationships and political dynamics... without the players, the Nexus is nothing.

Sorry, that's not what this thread is for. Last time this came up with your comic, we had pages of people saying 'please don't use my characters'. Rather than repeat that, maybe you and the people involved should just come up with your own characters to use.

Well, insanity is a legal definition. Sane people are just expected to fully comprehend their actions and the full consequences thereof. Butler blew up half of the old GLoG base when he unsafed a loaded firearm and played ring toss next to a pile of ammunition in an armory full of more ammunition and explosives. He may not be insane in the conventionally understood sense, but it's pretty clear he's too stupid naive to be held accountable for his actions.
