    Risa Roth;

    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Risa Roth
    Gender: Female
    Species: Togruta
    Age: 15
    Height: 5' 0"
    Weight: 112 lbs
    Lekku/Montrail: White/Blue
    Eyes: Blue

Appearance: Risa is a young Togruta with Orange skin, blue eyes, and white facial markings on her forehead and under her eyes that run down her cheeks. Still young, her montrails have just started developing, only four-to-five inches long. Her attire consists of a blue midriff-bearing tanktop with a black open vest over it, blue boots, a blue skirt with black tights under it and a blue togruta sash over it, and blue elbow-length gloves. Her Lekku and Montrails bear a strange color variation from the norm, appearing to be blue with white stripes instead of the opposite.

She also wears an Akul-Tooth headdress, with a chain at the top of it going between her montrails and splitting into two chains decorated with pearls and gems between her three Lekku. Chains and brains between the montrails and lekku where a sign of a Padawan for Togruta which ahd to hair to form into a braid.

Personality: When not in battle, Risa is a cheerful and optimistic to a fault, and just a bit naive, believing in giving people the benefit of the doubt. She has the tendancy to get involved in other peoples problems just by asking 'What's the matter?', her happy and caring nature is a stark contrast to her aggressive lightsaber style and taunting nature in combat.

History: Her and her Master were part of the Revanists that left the Jedi Order to fight in the Mandalorian wars. Unfortunately, her Master, a Miraluka Jedi Knight, fell in the final battle at Malachor V. Rather then go off with Revan's fleet to 'hunt down the remaining Mandalorians', and unable to go back to the Jedi Order after deserting them to fight, she started traveling by herself republic space to help people in need.

Equipment: Aside from a small pack with various odds and ends and a credit stick, she had two shoto, or 'short lightsabers', made from the claws and bone of Desert Hulak Wraids that she hunted when traveling with her Master, the blades are blue in color. She also carries a more normal looking lightsaber constructed of metal with a yellow blade, which had belonged to her Master.

    Force Powers;

    Core Force Aspects;

    Control: Weak

    Sense: Decent

    Alter: Decent

    Individual Powers;

Move Object/Telekinesis: The maximum limit Risa is able to lift is 55kg, or 120 pounds, a side-effect of focusing more on lightsaber combat than her force abilities.

Force Sense: The ability to heighten onces senses with the Force. Risa mostly manifests this power as the common and natural ability of Force-Users to sense danger.

Force Hearing: When being taught the finer aspects of Force Sense by her Miraluka Jedi Master, she managed to focus the force through her hollow montrails, amplyfing her sense of hearing and her echolocation

Force Speed: A core force power, it allows for a Jedi to speed up, physically and mentally. Risa is able to go a little more then twice her normal running speed when using this power, though this force-power is a drain on the users force-energy and metabolism.

Force Jump: Using this ability, sometimes in tandem with force speed, Risa can acomplish daring acrobatic feats, able to leap four-to-five times her height at the most vertically and 50-60 feet horizontally, and over a hundred when using Force Speed.

Abilities: Risa is agile, fast, and flexible, focusing more on speed than strength during combat. Her species also have passive echolocation, their hollow montrails gathering information through sound. Another trait from her carniverous species are their fangs. There are rumors that by the way the animals spasm as they die when being bitten that Togruta are venomous, but noone has goaded a Togruta into biting them to verify this.

Dun Möch: A combat technique primarily used by the Sith, but has been used on occasion by Jedi. It is a form of combat that focuses on distraction and doubt, usually by taunting, most of the time during lightsaber battle.

Risa has a habit of taunting and mocking her opponents in battle, though is had a tendancy to backfire with a boomerang effect, invoking anger and aggression from the target instead of fear and doubt. On occasion she has deployed the more benign Jedi version which involved motivating opponents to cease fighting or surrender.

    Lighsaber form;

Form VI- Niman: Risa fights with the dual bladed style of Niman, using two short lightsabers. This style allows to attack multiple times with great speed and carries a mix of all five prior lightsaber forms in its teaching. Her style also has a bit of influence from Form V from watching her Master, who had been a Shien user.

The dual-wielding variant thought has several weaknesses; Risa is unable to strike with both hands, and with her petite frame, does not have the strength to block strikes with one hand effectively. Another weakness is that some user, like Risa, have become dependent on using two blades, and despite knowing other lightsaber forms, her fighting skills are poorer without a second blade to support her.

    Kazio
    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: KZ0, a.k.a. Kazio.
    Gender: Female
    Species: Zeltron/medical cyborg
Age: Human body is perhaps 19.
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 110 lbs
    Hair: Black
    Eyes: Gold

Appearance: Kazio appears to be a youngish Zeltron gal of average height and below-average weight; her shoulderblade-length hair is black, her skin is pale, and her shoulderblades and her eyes are gold. Well, her natural eye is. Her left eye has been replaced with a droid optical receptor, and is colorless and camera-like. There is visible metal endoskeleton in the are of this eye. She has a secondary, smaller pair of mechanical arms; these arms end in three-digited hands. She has other visible bits of cybernetics, notably on her left leg and ribs. Neither of those is usually visible, though.
She usually wears a grey jumpsuit, white overjacket, dark grey anti-biohazard chaps, and medical boots. When working, she wears a sterile apron.

Personality: Kazio is not quite like most pleasure-seeking Zeltrons. That's probably because she's half toaster, but hey. Kazio wants her associates to be healthy because that's what she does, she keeps people's bodies working nicely. Ideas like romance and sexuality are regarded somewhat like "Oh, yeah, I think I heard about that or something. Doesn't that involve cake?"
This is not to say that she is unfriendly; she is a bit of a chatterbox and is amiably predisposed to most people. Cheerfulness is fun!

History: Kazio was once a Zeltron medical student. Nothing notable happened to her until she tried to stop a friend from getting into a cantina fight. That's when she got some lovely---and likely fatal---wounds.
But... the cybernetics division was very tight on money, and cadavers were hard to get. So... they used her. That's ethical, right?
And thus Kazio became a medical cyborg.

Powers/Equipment: Kazio has a medical sterile apron with a toolkit of surgical implements, as well as smaller medpaks in the cargo pockets of her chaps. She carries a vibroshiv and a small blaster pistol for her own protection.

Abilities: Kazio is pretty fit, and a bit above average in strength. Her four arms are highly dexterous. She is a dang good medic. In a fight, she'd really prefer to be tending the wounded. But if forced, she's a quick dodger and knows which bits are best to stab to get somebody down fast. She's alright with a blaster.
She retains the Zeltron empath sense, which allows her to somewhat read emotions. However, her sense is somewhat vague and by no means foolproof.
She also retains the pheramone projection ability, which she normally uses to try to calm her patients.

    Zanatos Rollan
    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Zanatos Rollan
    Gender: Male
    Species: Arkanian
    Age: Indeterminate
    Height: 6'5"
    Weight: 220 lbs.
    Hair: White
    Eyes: White
    Appearance:
    Spoiler
    Show
In a word, "craggy". Zanatos's face has a half-dozen small scars on it, and seems to have been exposed to harsh conditions on dozens of planets. His hair is kept cropped short, the better to fit inside his armor. He is extremely fit, though his body bears even more scars than his face. His four fingers all end in carefully sharpened claws.

When not "on duty", Zanatos wears simple, comfortable utility clothing (pants, short or long sleeved shirts, and so on), often with a combination tool and weapons belt. He possesses one or two sets of more formal clothing, though even those are relatively simple. Everything tends to come in darker shades, but he at least has a variety (blues, browns, greens, greys, even some red).

However, when he's "working", Zanatos wears an imposing suit of full-body armor, including a fully-sealed helmet. The suit is primarily black, with maroon stripes on the arms, and a simple maroon pattern on the helmet. (OOC: No N7 logo on the armor, and what's white and red on the arms is dark red/maroon instead; helmet is about the same.) Often, his eyes are visible, glowing slightly through the helmet.

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Despite his rough appearance, Zanatos is a man of honor. While he may look like a hardened criminal, he is one of the most honorable and upstanding bounty hunters around. He only takes contacts on genuinely criminal targets, or at least those who are truly despicable, even if they haven't been convicted in a court. On particularly infamous targets, he's even taken a pay rate that his fellow hunters would consider absurdly low. Between other hunts that pay better, and careful investment over the long years, he's maintained a very comfortable standard of living, at least when he's not trudging along some horrible planet looking for a bounty.

Beyond his choice of targets, he also takes pains to only hit those targets. He's never caught a civilian in the crossfire, and has also never suffered the shame of a mistaken catch. As well, he tends to avoid petty cruelties that many of his fellows enjoy. That's not to say that he won't kill a target; merely that he won't draw it out, choosing instead to kill them quickly and painlessly.
His attitude towards those who may be guarding targets varies; if they're simply hired protection, he often tries to leave them stunned or wounded, but alive. If, however, they are the sort who engage in the sorts of crimes that their employer approves of, they likely will find themselves targeted more harshly.

While not a philanthropist, he has, on occasion, made small donations or gifts here and there, when the fancy strikes him. He can be surprisingly gentle with children, though he will jump back to the "gruff professional" if he's growing tired of dealing with them. He also has no compunctions against making the harsh reality of life as a bounty hunter clear to starry-eyed youths with delusions of grandeur.

    History:
    Spoiler
    Show
Zanatos Rollan was born on Arkania over a century ago. The exact date has been difficult to track down, and the man himself has no words forthcoming on the subject. All that is known for sure is that there are records of him being active as a "principled bounty hunter" for approximately a century now.

When he was a boy, Zanatos was much more typical for an Arkanian. Arrogant, brash, obsessed with self-improvement. It was his pride that led to him rejecting cybernetics ("Why should I taint my body with metals and plastics, when it has plenty of power on its own>"), but he fully embraced several then cutting-edge enhancements. For almost two decades, he worked on his goal of becoming a high-ranking officer in his planet's military.

Then, one day, he quit. There's no record as to why, and no one has ever gotten an answer from him, but he decided that he no longer wished to live on his home planet. He disappeared for another decade or so, before he reappeared elsewhere in the galaxy...as a bounty hunter. One with peculiar standards, no less.

Since then, he's gained a reputation for being both unusually ethical (for his profession), and very efficient. He almost always captures or eliminates his target, and since he works along most of the time, there's often little risk to others. So much success means that even as he constantly spends cash to keep his gear and ship in top shape, he still acts as if he's not worried about money. Then again, he's never seen gambling, "partying", or otherwise rapidly spending money.

    Powers/Equipment:
    Spoiler
    Show
Zanatos possesses no actual powers, relying solely on skill and equipment. And the odd genetic enhancement here or there.

    -Armor:
    Spoiler
    Show
Zanatos's armor (visually described above) is, in fact, a powersuit. Not only is the armor material itself top-notch protection, it possesses a top-of-the-line energy shield, allowing his armor to focus on protection from physical attacks (be they slugthrowers or melee attacks).
Beyond protection, his armor gives him approximately 2 times his already impressive strength, allowing him to easily lift about 500 pounds and still move around. He can lift more, but it causes a strain on both his armor and his body.
The helmet contains a multitude of sensors and communication gear (for both talking to people, an listening in on conversations). It is airtight, and the suit as a whole can support him in multiple hostile environments for up to 5 hours.
The suit's boots, belt, and back section contain very weak anti-grav units. These units are not enough to allow him to fly, float, or anything of that nature. However, they are enough that he can achieve incredible heights and distance with any jump.
The suit has sufficient power storage and generation capacity for 48 hours of continuous operation. As well, it has multiple points on the belt, legs, and back that allow for the attachment of various weapons and tools.

    -Weapons:
    Spoiler
    Show
Zanatos believes in having multiple weapons to suit any occasion. He typically carries the following items into the field (though on occasion, he has been observed to use other weaponry).

    *1 Bryar pistol
    *1 Mandalorian Ripper
    *1 Verpine Sniper Rifle
    *3 Stun Grenades
    *3 Fragmentation Grenades
    *1 curved, one-handed Vibrosword

    -Weit Jager:
    Spoiler
    Show

The Weit Jager is a heavily modified YG-4210 light freighter. Zanatos has had it modified where he can operate it alone, due to the use of four custom-made droid brains; these droids take care of managing most of the sub-systems, and even allow for a degree of independence (though it still requires some input from Zanatos). However, he still needs to fly it most of the time, and at least input destinations for the navigation computer to calculate. Beyond the automation, the ship has had many other modifications.
*Internal Capacity: Of the original space for 12 passengers, there are now only 6 regular living spaces, one of which is claimed by Zanatos himself. 5 of the remaining spaces have been converted into hardened holding cells, and the final slot is instead his dedicated armory (with extensive security to prevent intrusion).
*Armor: The outer hull of the Jager has been fully replaced, with plating covering the previously-exposed engine struts (thus resulting in unbroken hull lines all the way back to the engines themselves), and even a bit of extra protection around the engines. It's no replacement for shields, but it's more than once kept him alive.
*Shields: The Jager has been fitted with top-of-the-line deflector shields (both ray and particle), giving it protection that approaches that of ships twice its size.
*Point Defense: The Jager carries 2 twin point defense laser cannons, mounted in streamlined turrets, 1 dorsal and 1 ventral. These cannons are fairly light, being useful only against star fighters, debris, and slower missile-type weaponry.
*Main Weapons: The Weit Jager's real offensive punch comes in the form of two light turbolaser cannons, placed in static mounts pointing forward, each cannon tip ending at one of the corners of the nose of the craft
As well, directly between them is a concussion missile launcher, with 8 shots.
*Sensors: As befits a vessel dedicated to hunting, the Weit Jager has a comprehensive suite of sensors that allow it to track most targets with relative ease.
*Sublight Drive: The sublight engines on the Jager allow it to exceed the speeds of most other freighters and shuttles, though it is still outpaced and outmaneuvered by fighters.
*Hyperdrive: Zanatos managed to secure a Class 1 hyperdrive for his ship, making it one of the swifter vessels out there, at least on the interstellar scale.
*Droid Brains: The Weit Jager makes use of four rather advanced droid brains to help automate the systems enough that Zanatos can fly the ship solo. These brains are, in fact, advanced enough that they have distinct personalities, and via the intercomm on the ship, are able to speak to Zanatos (and any passengers or prisoners). Zanatos has never decided whether this is a good thing. He blames them being all female on their programmers (four females: a Cathar, a Zeltron, a Togruta, and a Twi'lek), wherever they are now.
-Breanna: The no-nonsense personality/droid brain that controls the Jager's weapons and shields. Typically, she controls the two point-defense turrets, and make sure the shields have the best power flow possible. She occasionally gives advice to Zanatos on how to modify one of his weapons, or on a particular location to hit an enemy ship. Likely the calmest personality, and the one closest to Zanatos overall.
-Tatiana: The personality/droid brain that runs hyperspace navigation, as well as any remote piloting Zanatos has to accomplish. In a stroke of irony (or maybe planning on someone else's part), Tatiana is more than a bit of a daredevil, enjoying high speed pursuits with rather loud laughter and cheers. She often pushes Zanatos to try more daring plans, though she rarely succeeds. In true emergencies, she will calm down and get "down to business", as it were.
-Aleena: The The personality/droid brain in charge of engineering. She primarily handles things like power fluctuations, fuel ratios, and many of the other more "basic" functions of the ship. She is decidedly meek, though she often retreats behind a front of cold, emotionless analysis.
-Merci: The The personality/droid brain tasked with watching sensors and communications. Merci, for some reason fathomable to only herself and her programmers, is an enormous flirt. With basically anyone who isn't a criminal being brought live to a trial. Species and gender generally don't matter, though they may change the degree of her flirtation. However, like Tatiana, Merci is more than willing to drop her more outrageous personality aspects when the situation is dire.

    Abilities:
    Spoiler
    Show

-Physical/Genetic Abilities: Like many members of his species, Zanatos has undergone extensive genetic enhancement.

*Enhanced Strength: Though he weighs only 220 pounds, Zanatos is capable of lifting 250 pounds off the ground with comparative ease.
*Enhanced Stamina: Zanatos is able to stay active approximately 1.5 times longer than a human in his physical condition could. He is also able to go longer without sleeping, and get by with less sleep.
*Enhanced Senses: Zanatos's non-vision senses are all at the very peak of what humans would be capable of
*Enhanced Arkanian Vision: Zanatos's already powerful Arkanian eyes (capable of seeing infrared wavelengths) have been enhanced to not only allow the full range of vision humans enjoy (alongside his infrared vision), but they have been made more adaptable, so that he does not need to wear eye protection except on the brightest of worlds (such as Tatooine), or ones with closer, extreme sources of heat (such as volcanic areas on worlds like Mustafar).
*Enhanced Healing: Nowhere close to true regeneration, Zanatos merely possesses the ability to recover from a wide variety of wounds with little to no scarring, and can often recover from minor injuries (sprains, minor cuts, dislocations, and the like) in record time. As well, his aging process has been severely slowed, leading to him having a potential lifespan that will be at least 500 years (assuming no violent death). This genetic enhancement also greatly increases his immune system, and gives him marginally more resistance to poisons.

-Skills: In general, Zanatos is a very skilled combatant, with the experience of at least a century and a half of life making him a very deadly foe. Some of his particular skills are listed below.

-Marksman: Zanatos is an excellent shot, especially with his Verpine Sniper Rifle.
-Tracker: Even the smallest traces and clues can give Zanatos the edge he needs to find a bounty.
-Pilot: While not an ace of legend, Zanatos is a respectable pilot, aided greatly by his ship's design.
-Contacts: He seems to know just who to contact to get something done. If Zanatos himself does not possess a skill, it's an even chance or better that he knows someone who does, such as an expert slicer or mechanic.
-Tactician: He has a solid grasp of small-unit and one-man tactics, though he can't claim to be the greatest in the galaxy.
-Close Combat: While not a martial arts expert by any means, Zanatos is a solid, respectable combatant in close quarters. He uses his size and strength to full advantage, and displays solid skill with both his vibrosword and unarmed. Unarmed, he often favors non-lethal moves, though he shows willingness to employ lethal force even with his bare hands.

    Marcus Alucard
    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Marcus Alucard
    Gender: Male
    Species: Firrerreo
    Age: 300
    Height: 6'
    Weight: 185 lbs.
Hair: Dark Copper, with a few stripes of brighter Copper mixed in.
    Skin: Gold
    Eyes: Pale Blue
    Affiliation/Rank: Jedi Master
    Force User Focus: Balanced

    Appearance:
    Spoiler
    Show
Marcus keeps his distinctive two-tone hair in a simple ponytail that reaches to the bottom of his shoulders. His clean-shaven face often has a soft smile, though he doesn't seem to possess laugh lines. His overall build is very fit, with a body shape that was a happy medium between "skinny" and "large"

Marcus's Jedi outfit tends towards earth tones, with light brown pants, a light brown undershirt, dark brown boots, and a dark brown cloak (which he rarely wears). His vest is the one concession to his unique appearance, as it is a dark red that works well with his hair coloring. He wears a simple belt with a few small pouches for money and a couple of useful items, and of course his lightsaber.

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Marcus is a gentle, honorable, kind man. To his fellow Jedi, he always has a word of greeting, encouragement, or insight. His patience seems limitless, even with troublesome young Jedi students.

Even to his enemies, Marcus Alucard is a merciful man, seeking to dissuade them from their path, and going out of his way to avoid killing them. He is known as a fair, just man, often willing to hear people's explanation, though this doesn't mean he simply lets them go.

    Spoiler
    Show
While not a deception, his friendly demeanor hides a determined individual who will doggedly pursue those who engage in truly dark and evil acts. Darksiders earn, if not his wrath, his notable displeasure, and are often combated more fiercely, with less emphasis on negotiation. Marcus is a man with a firm grip on his emotions and feelings, as he does not wish to let them rule his life. Consequently, he's more expressive than many Jedi, due to needing a sort of "pressure valve" to prevent emotional explosions.

    History:
    Spoiler
    Show
Three hundred years ago, Marcus Alucard was born on Firrerre to one of the more prosperous clans of his people. It only took until he could speak for his parents to know he was at least somewhat different. Oddly perceptive, he also carried a greater sense of compassion than was typical for his clan-centric people. This sense of "uniqueness" only grew as he got older, until finally, he reached age 12.

It was at this point that a Jedi arrived on his planet, and before long, found young Marcus. It was explained the Marcus was Force-sensitive, and should be trained, for his sake as much as anyone else. Marcus almost immediately agreed. His family took two days of convincing, but finally they bowed to the wishes of their sun. A few tears were shed on the day Marcus left Firrerre. In the time since, he has returned perhaps a half-dozen times, and only one of those was past his first century off-planet.

In the years since, Marcus grew to be a skilled and powerful Jedi. He was promoted to Knight at age 28, and began his time of solo work for the Order. In that time, he traveled the galaxy, seeing more and more of the evils that all beings could do, not just those like the Sith (who at that point were hiding in the dark corners of the galaxy). Increasingly, he felt that he wasn't doing enough, and that more importantly, he ought to be trying to root out the worst of the galaxy, rather than simply reacting.

So it was that at age 40, Marcus Alucard of Firrerre was inducted into the Jedi Shadows. For the next 230 years, he alternated training himself to better combat the touch of the Dark Side, large and small, and seeking out both the Sith, and similar groups scattered across the galaxy. Many ancient Dark Side sites were cleansed, and more than a few Dark Side cults were utterly broken as Marcus brought the cleansing glow of the Light Side into their dark corners. Some of them turned from their ways, becoming quiet exiles and hermits, or on a few very rare occasions, actually bringing them into the fold of the Jedi Order.

Finally, approximately 30 years ago, Marcus had grown utterly tired of his constant, rather lonely battle against the Dark. He decided to hide some of his skills, and settle down to teach a new generation. Considering the relative lack of Dark Side threats (at the time), none of the other members of the Order objected. About 10 years ago, Marcus saw his first Padawan become a Knight. Now, he seeks once more to teach a fresh mind what it means to be a Jedi...

    Force Powers:
    Spoiler
    Show
    Core Force Abilities:

Marcus has sought to balance his skills in all aspects of the Force, leaving him with no particular strengths, but no particular weaknesses, either.

    Control: Decent

    Sense: Decent

    Alter:Decent

    Individual Force Powers:

Telekinesis: Marcus can lift and move about 250 pounds with his telekinesis, though he can't move it exceptionally fast. Heavier items (or beings) can be "shoved", but not lifted. Lighter items can be moved with more speed.

Force Sense: One of Marcus's best skills, he seems to be able to easily increase his senses to detect danger, or even simply root out hidden foes.

Telepathy: Marcus shows an almost unnerving ability to discern not just emotions from individuals, but also get a sense of their motivations, and even to a point their character. Those with lesser understanding of the Force might say he can "detect the Dark Side" or "detect evil", but it's not quite so clear-cut. A skilled enough mind can still block such intrusions, and he cannot pick up more than a few stray surface thoughts.
    Spoiler
    Show
He could pick up a fair amount more, were he given time and physical contact with the subject. However, this is not something he likes to advertise. At all.

Force Healing: While not a true Jedi Healer, Marcus is able to use the Force to treat injuries, fully healing more superficial damage, and easing the impact of greater damage, to allow time for more skilled healers to finish the job. He can apply this ability to himself, though due to his Firrerreon nature this is not often needed.

Force Flash: Marcus could produce quick, blinding flashes of light to distract and disorient his opponents, giving him an opening during combat.

Force Stun: Marcus is able to channel the Force and stun an opponent as if they had been struck by a blaster set to stun. However, he can only use this ability on one foe at a time.

(OOC: Final power spoilered for plot reasons; consider it restricted IC knowledge.)
    Spoiler
    Show
Force Light: It has been several years since Marcus last used this power, for various reasons. However, it is actually perhaps his strongest ability; more than one Dark Side spirit was utterly vanquished with this ability, and many Sith felt their darkest powers wilt somewhat in Master Alucard's shining light.

Equipment: Marcus's only equipment of real note is his dual-phase lightsaber. The regular-length blade is gold, but the 3-meter-length is silver.

    Abilities:
    Spoiler
    Show

Natural abilities: As a Firrerreon, Marcus possesses an extraordinary ability to heal himself, an incredible life span, and the ability to see into the ultraviolet.

    Lightsaber Style:
    Spoiler
    Show
Secondary Style: Form VI: Niman: Form VI, the "Way of the Rancor", is the form that Marcus seems to exclusively use, at least for those who have known him for 30 years or less. He shows very solid skill in this form, having a very balanced style that shows no particular...anything, really, other than being general ability with a lightsaber. Perhaps his one standout bit of skill is his ability to deflect blaster bolts, though even that pales next to true masters of Niman, let alone masters of Form III/Soresu.

Marcus's Primary Style is not widely know to those who have known him for less than 30 years.
    Primary Style:
    Spoiler
    Show
Form VII/Juyo: Definitely the rarest Form seen used in the Jedi Order, Form VII is perhaps the deadliest, to both the opponent, and the user. For everyone who fights with Form VII walks a tightrope of control, having to control the Force, their body, and their emotions in a compressed "ball" of personal energy. However, the risk gave great reward, in one of the deadliest styles every conceived.

Marcus himself tends to focus on short bursts of incredible speed, mostly from his sword. It seems to blur in the air, striking at multiple points at the same time, always pressing the attack in new ways. As well, opponents can find his attacks difficult to predict, as his style seems to constantly shift in barely noticeable ways. It stays within the same overall form, but still changes enough to throw off many opponents. He also incorporates his blade's variable length into this aspect of his style, meaning opponents sometimes cannot predict how far away a strike will come from.

Of course, he doesn't seem to sacrifice power for speed, as any one blow may well end up being the telling strike, if his opponent is not absolutely focused on the fight. Each blow is efficient and dynamic.

The trade-off is twofold. First, he risks a sort of "tunnel vision" born from his battle focus, and even the presence of small amounts of true, un-Jedi-like aggression. Second, while not defenseless, this form still has noticeable weakness in that area. Were Marcus to face an opponent who forced him back on the defensive, he may well have trouble, as his Niman training would not be sufficient here.

    Other Skills:
    Spoiler
    Show

*Marcus is excellent at "reading people" without ever using the force; body language, verbal tics, and similar hints help him pick up on whether someone is lying or not. However, this skill tends to work best on Humans and Near-Humans, with is accuracy fading the further away from Human he moves (so while he might have an even chance on reading a Bothan, and an okay shot at reading a Wookie, he'd be effectively "blind" against a Hutt).
*Connected to this skill, and his Telepathy, Marcus could, when called upon, be an excellent negotiator, at least in the initial stages. He often handed such matters off to more focused individuals once he'd helped calm things down in the initial stages.
*While not an expert, Marcus has some skill at tracking and "detective work". When asked about where and why he picked up such skills, he is evasive.
*Marcus is no protocol/translator droid, but he knows perhaps a dozen of the more common Galactic languages, including Huttese, Shyriiwook, Dosh, Bocce, Durese, and (strangely enough) Mando'a. When asked how he learned so many languages, he will shrug and simply point out he's been alive for a while.

    Attila the Hutt
    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Attila Besadii Borjigin
    Gender: Masculine
    Species: Hutt
    Age: 450
    Length: 3 m
    Weight: ???
    Hair: None
    Eyes: Yellow

Appearance: Brown skinned, and slender for a Hutt, maybe even skinny (not that any non-Hutts would be able to tell the difference), a trait that's simply another nail in the coffin for Attila's reputation among his own species. As a mechanic, Attila wears a bright red vest of stiff canvas, unbuttoned, with a multitude of tools and a Hutt-sized blaster hanging from a loop.

Personality: Shrewd and business minded, Attila has few vices for a Hutt, save for a fondness for drink, an eye for beauty, and an ear for flirtation. Somewhat of an oddity, Attila knows by now that he's never going to attain a position high up within the Hutt hierarchy, and instead revels in his differences, even going so far as to speak Basic instead of his native Huttese, except in times of great stress.

History: Attila's main business is a no-questions-asked repair dock on Nar Shaddaa, with Cantina attached. Due to his position outside of the regular Hutt hierarchy, his Cantina has become a sort of 'neutral ground' between warring Hutt crimelords, a place to meet without risk of double-cross or weapons being raised... or else.
On the side, Attila also runs a minor smuggling and black market arms dealing operation, selling weapons to various pirates, mercenaries and splinter groups.

    Powers/Equipment:

    Attila's Cantina and Repair Dock
    Spoiler
    Show

A small complex, of three parts. The first is the docks, four of them, equipped to serve ships up to medium freighter size, no larger than 50 meters long.
The second the Cantina. A typical hive of scum and villainy, those entering will immediately be beset by the seedy atmosphere, smoky air, and the sound of some voluptuous singer crooning seductively into a microphone at one end of the room, backed up by the sultry tunes of a down-on-their-luck Bith jazz band. The drinks are plentiful, the food, while not delectable, fills you up at least, and the Aqualish bouncer accepts bribes of 10 credits or more to fail to pat you down for weapons.
The third, attached to the Cantina, is Attila's own house, and the private rooms and warehouses that Attila conducts his private business in. Arms dealing, smuggling, of dead and live cargo, and even a few guest rooms for those who don't wish to be found. Here is also a pair of private (non-repair) docks. One is typically home to the Beltrunner, while the other is rented out to whoever.
Attila may be found frequenting any of these three parts of the complex at irregular intervals. A well kept secret is that, in various hiding spots, under the bar, in the workshop, almost any spot where he may be found are concealed compartments, each holding a large, Hutt-sized, high-powered, shotgun-like blaster cannon that have been the bane of many a would-be assassin. Attila's weight comes in handy here. Even if would could wrap their hands around the Hutt-sized grip, they would simply be blown off their feet by the massive recoil of the weapon, throwing their aim off even beyond the little needed to direct its wide spread.

    The Beltrunner
    Spoiler
    Show
    Spoiler
    Show

The Beltrunner is a lightly modified 578-R space transport owned by Attila the Hutt, and captained by Kallin Grey. Renowned for its shoddy manufacture and production problems that would eventually drive Amalgamated Hyperdyne bankrupt, many of the Beltrunner's parts have been replaced by substitutes from multiple different manufacturers, giving the ship a cobbled together, junky look that was not an altogether inaccurate representation of the ship's functionality. Despite the replacement parts, the Beltrunner is still plagued by frequent malfunctions, substandard hardware, faulty engines and a host of other shortcomings. However, as a smuggling ship it comes with a few clandestine additions, sure to provide a quick surprise to those underestimating its capabilities. In addition to the standard medium laser cannon mounted on the ventral surface, the ship has been rigged with a high-powered ion cannon array disguised as the (ostensibly malfunctioning) starboard floodlight, enough to disable most larger pursuers. In dire circumstances, the ship was rigged with a one-off pulse, which could outright fry most unshielded sensor arrays, and throw up a lot of noise otherwise, allowing the Beltrunner a speedy escape.
The Beltrunner is serviced by a dependable, if rather scatterbrained utility droid called T1-T3

Abilities: Primarily a non-combatant. A decent shot with his blaster, and with his high-powered shotgun thing. Hutt bulk comes in handy here: any other species (even if they could get their hands around the Hutt-sized grip) would be thrown completely off their feet by the recoil. A decent ship mechanic; enough to know what needs fixing and how to fix it, but most of the work is dealt with by his employees anyway.

    Kallin
    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Kallin Grey
    Gender: Male
    Species: Zeltron
    Age: 21
    Height: 1.8 meters
    Weight: ??? (I'm bad with weights. )
Hair: Blue (You gotta have blue hair)
    Eyes: Navy

Appearance: A handsome young(ish) Zeltron man, brown eyes, blue hair (shoulder length, usually tied in a ponytail), light red skin. Clothes? Usually shirtless, though with a vintage Corellian flight jacket likely older than he is, open to reveal an startling multitude of charms and amulets (over a dozen or so) from various different cultures on proud display across his chest. Pants, holster, rather nice boots, though the jacket is probably the star of the outfit. Several tattoos, as to be expected of a rogue, though their appearance and symbolism is yet to be defined. >.>

Personality: A typical scoundrel. Flirty, sultry, hot-headed, with little regard for consequences, which has backfired on him more than once.

History: Early in life, a refugee who had spent most of his life growing up in some starship or other - so space travel was never something exactly new to him. Sometime in Kal's teenage years, he became involved in an affair with an older Corellian spacer, becoming the spacer's co-pilot and partner in crime. After a few years however, they had a little bit of what some might call 'a falling out' and Kal left him knocked out in a gutter in a back alley of Nar Shaddaa, without his jacket, and without his ship.
Of course, being a spacer on your own is hard work, especially when you've had a less-than-stellar introduction to the business (mostly fueled by spice, alcohol and acts of debauchery while under the influence of both) and Kal quickly found himself owing a large sum of money to the not-so-notorious crimelord Attila the Hutt, being forced to occasionally run freight for him without pay to pay it off. At least he gets repairs done to his ship for 'free' (the costs involved being added to his debt... a hopeless situation, though he tries to remain optimistic about it), even if he has to take increasingly strange side-jobs in order to make ends meet.

Powers/Equipment: A light blaster, a modified hold-out blaster, and a number of vibroknives on his person.

He is the pilot and the captain of the Beltrunner, though it is currently under the ownership of Attila the Hutt, and will be for the foreseeable future, due to a debt Kal owes him.

Abilities: Decent shot with a blaster, and good brawler, but for the most part a non-combatant. Skilled mechanic - enough to make spot repairs in flight, though ill equipped to make heavier ones.

His main skills however, lie in piloting. He's not quite the ace, young as he is, but he's definitely well on his way. Being INSANE helps with that. Seriously. You've never seen a junk freighter skim an asteroid so closely. They don't call it the Beltrunner for nothing.

Also has the usual Zeltron empathetic + pheromone producing abilities. Look it up if you want.

Talo Konne, the Butcher of Barbaros V
    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Talo Konne
    Gender: Male
    Species: Ithorian
    Age: 65
    Height: 2.23 meters
    Weight: ???
    Hair: None
    Eyes: Bloodshot (black)

Appearance: Talo would be quite typical of his race (ie, indistinguishable from any other Ithorian to anyone but an Ithorian), with brown and glossy (albeit, scarred) skin, the distinctive curved neck and hammerhead, and twin mouths, were it not for the fact that he's missing an eye, and indeed, a large chunk of his face thanks to blaster damage. Due to smoke and gas damage to his four throats, Talo speaks in a husky half-whisper, his Basic is without the unusual stereo effect observed on most Ithorians, and he is almost completely unable to speak his own language at all. He wears heavy armor, slightly reminiscent of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, in a disheartening shade of blood red.

Personality: Cold. Heartless. Seemingly lacks any sort of moral code, though the few who know him speak otherwise, claiming that his own morality is simply... 'different'.

    History:
Typically an incredibly pacifistic race, it is only rarely that Ithorians resort to violence. When they do though, the results are usually mixed. Talo Konne was working as a simple technician on the Ithorian Forest Preserve Colony on the Outer Rim world of Acros III, until the Sith came along. When the Sith invaded the resource rich planet to fuel their army during the Great Sith War, Talo Konne was one of the few who resisted, and in doing so discovered his endless talent for violence. After the planet was eventually liberated, most of the Ithorians who had rebelled returned to their agrarian ways. Talo didn't, and was quickly exiled. He took scattered jobs, each more violent than the last: a common thug for the Hutts, an enforcer for the Exchange, a mercenary during the Mandalorian Wars... It was only after the wars had ended, and worlds like Nar Shaddaa were flooded for refugees, that Talo started to branch out into the lucrative business of bounty hunting.
Over the three odd decades Talo has served the cause of mindless violence, and especially during the few short years in the wake of the Mandalorian Wars, Talo has gained a reputation as being one of the deadliest sentients in the entire galaxy. Part assassin, part mercenary, and part wanton-slaughter-device, Talo's kill-count is in the hundreds, and he never accepts jobs if they don't involve murder of some kind. In fact, he's been pretty much banned from most civilized parts of the galaxy, and several organizations and planets have put a bounty on his head so high, you could probably buy a small moon in the Outer Rim (or a space the size of a walk-in-closet on Coruscant) with it. So far, few have been willing to collect.

    Powers/Equipment:

Talo carries a frightening display of weapons, his favored one being a Heavy Mandalorian Repeater, modified and souped up many times over for maximum slaughter potential. He also has a miniature armory in his ship, filled with carbines and rifles and what-not, as well as a garage containing his swoop bike, which is armed with twin laser cannons on the front. He regularly wears a bandoleer, which has multiple thermal detonators on it, as well as a vibro-sword of old Sith design.

    The Devastator
    Spoiler
    Show
An unimaginatively named KT-400 freighter, the heavily stripped down former military troopship serves as Talo Konne's base of operations. The 'wings' of the ship, once used to store hundreds of droids for combat operations during the Mandalorian Wars, have been refitted for his slightly more nefarious purposes. The port side of the ship has been heavily modified to carry a swoop garage and exit ramp, as well as cargo space, which is significantly less than what the base ship is designed for. The starboard side of the ship on the other hand, carries the extra computer space required for the ship to run on less than a crew of 8, as well as the complex sensor suite Talo uses to track his targets. Also on the starboard wing is a mount for a single heavy turbolaser cannon, looking more at home on a capital ship than a light freighter, which serves as the Devestator's primary armament. Two smaller laser mounts, affixed to the 'roots' of the two wings serve as point defense.

Abilities: Talo has an excellent mastery of the variety of weapons he calls his own, and much else besides. Tactically, he's not the brightest of the bunch, but he's no slouch either... he knows how to set an ambush, how to pursue a target and so on. He's not much of a sniper - he's always preferred to kill at closer ranges anyway. His previous life as a technician has left him with an incredible knowledge of computers and other electronic systems, and he's decent at hacking into protected systems as well. He's picked up piloting and starship repair, mostly as he's gone along, but isn't terribly skilled at either.

    Fritzi, the Mad-Whale
    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Fritz-Guugli
    Species: Herglic
    Gender: Male
Age: Young (19 in human years)
    Height: 3.3 meters
Weight: (Terrrible with weights. Let's say...big.)
    Skin Color: Pale Blue
    Eye Color: Black
    Hair: None

Appearance: Pale-blue, and large for a Herglic, Fritzi is an intimidating creature. Most Herglic frighten normal-sized aliens with their size, Fritzi frightens some of his own species with his height. He is often wearing a dark green vest, dark brown parachute pants, and a red beret.

Personality: He's not 'mad' as in angry, he's 'mad' as in crazy. Taking the Herglic obsession with gambling past a safe point, he's addicting to actions that would result in death, hoping to come out on top. He's rather friendly, though, and quick to defend newfound friends if they are ever in need of assistance. Like stated before, 'mad'.

History: Fritzi's father owned a casino, so, at a young age, Fritzi was introduced to gambling. A matter of years later, mere gambling had become jaded to him, and he began betting on fights. A little while after that, he started actually fighting. He used his prize money to purchase a small ship, which he used to travel across the galaxy, looking for more and more dangerous things to give him his rush.

Equipment: Two powerful Slugthrower pistols, one named Mercy, armed with non-lethal slugs, escalating up to lethal as the magazine ends, the other being Happy-Fun, armed with a combination of incendiary and explosive rounds.
Besides that, he has a Herglic-sized wrench, should he ever need it.

He also has a scout-class Star Explorer, named Flash Fire, with hree blaster cannons, and three astromech droids.

Abilities: He's best as a pilot, able to outmanuever many-an-amateur with his skills behind his Star Cab. Given his size, he's very strong, and also good at hitting things with his wrench. Not much skill behind that. He's an okay shot, but he's usually firing wildly and blindly.

Humanoid. A bit wiry, but decently muscled even in his age. Four digits on each hand, two of them opposable thumbs. Reddish-brown skin, angular, somewhat long face. There is a slight hole in his right ear where an ear ring used to be. The tusks from his chin are somewhat thin.

However, for the most part his face is covered by a traditional mask. White, made of bone, covers pretty much the entire front of his face, the area around the eyes being pretty much the only flesh showing from the front. Somewhat form-fitting, although it is a bit thick. Three thin red bands streak down each eye. However, around the right cheek, there's a hole, and a thin spidery crack extending up past the eye socket. Near the bottom are four triangular teeth shapes.

Nowadays, he wears a dark brown robe with a hood, tailored just enough to not appear like a Jedi. Underneath, he tends to wear practical clothing. Pockets, wrappings, comfortable clothing in all situations and environments, flexible. His Lig sword is kept in a scabbard at his left, and a bit behind him for stealth purposes. Generally, the rifle, slugthrower, and blaster are hidden both by clothes and the robe. For the most part, he keeps himself mostly covered.

After what he's gone through, he's become a tad cynical. A bit sarcastic. He also has a rebellious streak, and isn't afraid to run over, both figuratively and literally, anyone who gets in his way. However, there is a good man beneath all the trash-talk and stubborn will, even if it is a bit hard to tell sometimes.

He values his culture's beliefs, despite the fact that he's faced more than his fair share of the bad ends of it. In fact, his experience of the Force had renewed his faith in his culture. As such, he does have honor and standards, and hopes to do right in this world to be rewarded in the next.

    History:
    Spoiler
    Show
*name* was born on Kalee. He was born to a Lig smith and a huntswoman. However, due to odd circumstances, his mother ended up betraying the Lig tribe. This caused *name* to be almost an outcast in his own tribe, often considered scum in worse cases. This most likely instilled a rebellious streak in him, as he had no respect for his tribe either.

His father raised him and taught him about Kaleesh and Lig traditions, while his love Kullan kept him sane. The rest of the time, *name* often went on trips into the wilderness alone, something that caused the rest of the tribe to wonder how he stayed alive. Then, a Jedi Knight named Alexandre Eriston crash-landed in Lig territory. The then-15-year-old *name* decided to drag the unconscious Near-Human back to camp, where Alexandre recieved the help of the healers. After he regained consciousness, he helped out their village in small ways while he fixed his shuttle. All the while, he payed particular attention to *name*, seeing something no one else did...

This was proven during a raid conducted by a neighboring tribe on the Lig, when *name* had shown potential in the Force. After healing the wounded, Alexandre offered *name* a chance to join the Jedi Academy. After a few days of thought and discussing it with his father and Kullan, he decided to leave with Alexandre.

During his stay, *name* had become a Padawan under Alexandre, eventually becoming a Jedi Knight. Through this, Alexandre became a father figure to *name*, while they became friends. This was until the Mandalorian Wars. *name* sided with The Revanchist, while Alexandre sided with the Jedi High Council.

Everything went as expected, until *name* noticed that his squad-mates, and indeed his fellow Revanchists, were starting to become more corrupt overtime. He finally had enough when they raided a newly formed Mandalorian colony under the guise of raiding a barracks. After they fled to a volcano, *name* got into an argument with the rest of his squad, devolving into a fight that almost got him killed. They left him for dead after they were forced to run from a backup unit.

With his Lig sword broken, and his lightsaber fallen into the lava below, *name* managed to escape from the planet. Ever since, he's been working his way to...somewhere.

Force abilities: Force speed, Force Concealment, Force Cloak.

    Pillar proficiency: Control-Decent, Sense-Weak, Alter-Decent.

Telekinesis: Pretty much what it says on the tin. He can move around 200 pounds maximum.

Forces Sense: A natural ability to all Jedi. Unfortunately, due to *name*'s somewhat lacking in this area of expertise, he can only detect danger and get vague impressions of people and things.

Force Speed: An ability to enhance physical and reactionary speed, as well as potentially slowing down perception of time. He can enhance speed up to 3 times normal, as well as slow down perception by the same rate.

Force Concealment: An ability to supress various aspects of the Force within a person; his Force alignment, his ability to use the Force, and even his presence. However, in *name*'s case, he can only hide his ability up to using the Force.

Force Cloak: The ability to photo-kinetically bend light and sound waves around a person to become invisible to both sight and Force. However, this requires great concentration and energy to maintain. As such, *name* can only maintain this for around 10 seconds max.

Equipment: A Lig sword, originally his father's, but had to be reforged; Cortosis woven alloy. A slugthrower rifle, heavily customised; collapsable stock and barrel, high-powered scope, silencer. A revolver slugthrower pistol. Blaster pistol, with alternating stun/kill settings. A few different kinds of slugs for ammo.

    Abilities:

Jedi Forms: Form IV: Ataru with hints of Form VII: Juyo. This creates an aggressive fighting style, mostly on the offensive. It is powerful, graceful, swift, and just a tad bit chaotic and unpredictable, to the point of being overwhelming at times. However, due to the fact that he doesn't possess a lightsaber, he's had to adapt it to his Lig sword, with a fair bit of success.

Kaleesh Abilities: Thermal pits under the eyes allow Kaleesh to see in the dark. They have keen olfactory senses. They possess two thumbs and two fingers on each hand.

Hunting abilities: Due to spending most of his adolescent and early teenage years as a hunter, he has a passable knowledge of tracking and survival skills.

Marksman: Despite the Jedi's proficiency with a Lightsaber, *name* has taken a liking to ranged weapons. He's learned to be quite proficient with those as well.

    Name: Rade Briikase
    Gender: Male. Most decidedly male
    Species: Human
    Age: 34
    Height: 6'1"
    Weight: 220 pounds
    Hair: brown
    Eyes: green

Appearance: Mostly, all anyone will see is a tall figure in indigo-blue dented armor, made in the traditional way of beskar'gam, and a black skirt kama, dented and broken and put together the only way a poor Mando knows how. Occasionally, the helmet will come off and display a boyish face, grinning, rife with mischievousness, along with one long burn scar running across his cheek in a nearly perfect straight line. Perhaps from a force weapon?
Hair shorn short and the color of mud.

Personality: Generally, Rade is a pretty curious guy, friendly and questioning, especially when it comes to different species or women...or women of different species. Most of the time, he's a bit obnoxious, in an oddly charming way, and fairly educated, enjoying good conversation (though he sprinkles expletives throughout these) and good food and win.
Most of the time, to clients and connections and random faces in the bar.
The rest of the time, he's a faceless hunter with a temper, using his size and his explosives and weapons as his intimidation factors to obtain what he wants and what he needs. Needlessly cruel and violent, he concerns himself only with outcomes in his favor.

For some strange reason, Jedi, Sith, and Force-users are the only things that can intimidated him as of yet, though this hasn't exactly been explained.

History: Stranger things have happened in the galaxy than a strange man entering the University of Coruscant, clearly a man with a rough past, and graduating with honors and a degree in sentientology, and then disappearing just as easily as he had come in the first place.
Needless to say, other than that scrap of flimsiplast stating his graduation from the University, there's no indication of his past.

    Powers/Equipment:
Full set of Mandalorian beskargam (Helmet with HUD, chest plates, shoulder bells, gauntlets, cod, thigh plates, shin guard, boots), data breaker, Dur-24 Wrist laser, stun gas blower, boot spikes, hidden gauntlet blades, twin Dual-Trigger blaster pistols, and a few grenades, all kept in a nice pack.
However, almost all of his equipment is faulty, and tends to malfunction at the worst of times

Abilities: AS of yet, nothing special or particular.

History: The Miraluka are on the whole a race of Light Side Force Adepts. So what would happen if one were taken from his home at a young age and his connection to the Force severed? This was one of many thought experiments that Darth Torquere decided to undertake. The fact that to sever a force connection required a wall of light-side energy was an irony that was not lost on Torquere. He was surprised to see the Miraluka survive the process, and even more surprised when Dakkar reached out with the Dark Side and tried to choke him. Subduing his captive using force techniques and cybernetic implants, Torquere created a Sith assassin out of the once peaceful being.

Of course, he didn't know that Dakkar's power was growing- until the day that Dakkar cleaved Torquere in twain with his lightsaber. Unfortunately, his revenge was short lived, as Torquere soon came back as a Force Ghost. Dakkar would never get away from his former master.

Now he roams the galaxy in his ship, The Shrike, seemingly at random- trying to escape the ghosts of his past.

    Equipment:
    Dakkar carries a black-bladed lightsaber.

    Powers:
    Core Force Abilities:

    Control: Average

    Sense: Strong

    Alter: Strong

Force Sight- Miralukas have this innately along with the usual Force Sense.

Telekinesis- Dakkar's TK is fairly weak, considering his power in other areas. He can lift only around 10 pounds of matter. When he is overcharged by energy, he can use it to amplify his TK, lifting upwards of 500 pounds.

Tutaminis (Force Absorb)- Dakkar can absorb energy from blasters, droids, even lightsabers, and use that energy to power his fledgling TK.

    Force Drain

Force_lightning- as a Sith Inquisitor, Dakkar is highly proficient in Force Lightning.

Force Immersion- since his connection to the Light Side was severed, other Force users can only sense him if he is using his powers. He can use this to avoid detection by other sources as well.

Force Slow- Dakkar's energy draining abilities create a field around him that clouds the minds of others, even Force Users.

Force travel- Dakkar literally tears rifts into the Force to open a wormhole that he can travel through. This power's range is limited, he can travel across the surface of a planet and to a ship in orbit, but not much beyond that.

Mechu-deru- He can use his powers to reprogram and control droids.

    Abilities:
Dakkar is a practioner of the http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Flowing_Water technique.

    Lightsaber Forms:
Dakkar focused his lightsaber training on Shien, using an unorthodox reverse grip which leaves his other hand free for Force Powers.

    Darth Ignis, Flaming Sith Warrior

    Spoiler
    Show

Name: Darth Ignis, A.K.A. Rath Csassos
    Gender: Male
    Species: Chiss
    Age: 34
    Height: 2 Meters
    Weight: 175 ibs.
    Hair: Gleaming Black
    Eyes: Red

Appearance: Darth Ignis is a very intimidating figure. He is tall, and quite clearly in excellent physical condition, possessing a healthy musculature while retaining a lean, speedy frame. He carries himself with the deadly grace of a predator, and his gaze is piercing and analytical. His expression is usually controlled and unreadable, but he puts no great effort into maintaining this facade and his emotions often break through. He dresses in black, complete with a long cloak, and he carries a ring of nine lightsabers around his belt.

Personality: To Darth Ignis, strength is everything. It is why he became a Sith, it is the ideal he has devoted his life to, and it is the only thing in the galaxy that he respects. In his view, the Sith promote strength above all else; in a galaxy ruled by them, the strong would thrive and the weak would become strong, or perish. This is his ultimate ideal, and it is the reason that he fights. Beyond this, Ignis is loyal, courageous, and utterly ruthless. He also loves fighting.

History: Very little is known of the Chiss named Rath. Why he left the Ascendancy, what his lineage is, and the events that shaped him into the person he is today are all unknown. He came to Korriban as a youth, arriving in an advanced Ascendancy starfighter, probably stolen, and immediately joined a Sith Academy. Rath soon proved to already have the mindset of a Sith, and picked up many of the lessons taught to him with ease, particularly the ones related to lightsaber training and combat. He struggled, however, in the force, as his ability to use it was highly erratic. Despite this difficulty, Rath was considered one of the top members of his class.

With some difficulty, Rath ultimately overcame all of the harsh challenges presented to Sith Apprentices, and took his place as a full member of the Sith, receiving the name Darth Ignis. He immediately went to the front lines of the war, and quickly established a reputation as a ferocious and powerful combatant. Over time, his reputation has only grown, and he has gained a measure of notoriety among the Jedi, of whom he has killed seven.

Powers: Darth Ignis is primarily a combat oriented Sith, and his skill in the Force is somewhat lacking. He is weak in Control and Sense, but, unusually, strong in Alter, possessing a natural affinity for it. Ignis connection to the Force is entirely based on his emotional state; while calm, he is incredibly weak, but as his emotions rise, so does his power. He possesses the following Force powers:

Telekinesis: While calm, Ignis has an extremely low telekinetic threshold, almost nonexistent by the standards of those of his level, even a combat focused one. While at an emotional peak, he can lift an enormous amount, rivaling even some Jedi Consulars or Sith Inquisitors.

Force Sense: Ignis is decently in sensing the Force, but doesn't stand out.

Force Ignition: A unique ability of Ignis, and the power that likely earned him his moniker. Ignis is capable of using the force to start fires and manipulate existing flames. At its highest power level, it can create large blazes, but most of the time Ignis uses it to wreath himself or his weapons in flames or launch small fireballs, as higher uses are both inconsistent and exhausting.

Force Crush: This technique uses the Force to compress a target from all sides, or target a specific limb for severe damage. The level of damage inflicted depends on how focused Ignis is and how emotional he is when using the technique.

Equipment: Ignis generally travels lightly, but keeps survival gear in his ship. He still uses the same ship that he possessed during his youth, a sleek Chiss starfighter named Fire-Bat. Although it was cutting edge years ago, it has become somewhat outdated. Despite this, it is by no means ready for the scrap heap, and its performance is still on par with most modern ships. Ignis also always carries his lightsabers with him. His two personal lightsabers are identical, made of a black metal and highly polished. He also carries with him seven other lightsabers of varying make, trophies taken from Jedi he has slain in battle. He will not use these lightsabers for any reason, even to save his life.

Abilities: Ignis is an extraordinarily deadly combatant, and his fighting skill is impressive by any measure. Ignis uses two lightsabers in combat, and has advanced knowledge of Jar Kai. He uses a particularly aggressive form of Jar Kai, keeping up a continuous assault on his enemies until their defenses buckle under repeated blows. While he is most skilled in Jar Kai, Ignis is also well practiced with Juyo and Djem So, which influence his Jar Kai combat and are directly used by him when fighting with a single blade. Finally, Ignis is also highly trained and experienced in unarmed combat. In battle, Ignis will usually fight unarmed, preferring to save his lightsabers for worthy opponents.

Ignis is able to take care of himself, and can remain self sufficient in most environments. He is also a decently skilled pilot.

    Tal Ceridian, Quiet Jedi Knight

    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Tal Ceridian
    Gender: Male
    Species: Human
    Age: 28
    Height: 5' 8"
    Weight: 148 ibs.
    Hair: Brown
    Eyes: Green

Appearance: Tal is a physically unimpressive, somewhat nondescript human. He has a wiry frame, with little muscle mass or bulk to speak of, despite his efforts to keep himself in good physical condition. He walks with an easy stride, but those with experience in the area are often disconcerted by the fact that he has very little useful body language. Tal's face is not very expressive, making it even more difficult to read him. Tal almost always dresses in traditional Jedi attire, and stores his lightsaber on the left side of his belt.

Personality: Tal is largely unemotional, taking most things, good and bad, in stride without major reaction. He doesn't lack emotions, however, merely experiences them on a lesser level than most people. His temperament fits the light side of the Force naturally, a fact that has served him well over the years. Tal is kindhearted, loyal, and has a good sense of humor, and a lack of pride that borders on the unhealthy. He is also a bit shy.
    Spoiler
    Show

Tal also has a sweet tooth that is nothing short of extraordinary, but he does his best to hide this from other people.

History: Tal was born on Coruscant. He is an orphan, both of his parents having perished in his infancy. He was raised in an orphanage, but when he was eight, his Force potential was detected by a passing Jedi, and he was, with his permission, taken to the Jedi Temple to receive training. He took well to the mental conditioning, and quickly proved to have an impressive connection to the Force, picking up its basic applications with ease.

When he was fourteen, Tal was taken on as the apprentice of Jedi Master Gethora, an aging Neti. The two possessed very similar temperaments, and got along very well. Tal quietly learned from Gethora for just over a decade, both from his Master's direct teachings and from observing his actions. Four years ago, Gethora finally deemed that his Padawan was ready to advance, and Tal was promoted to Jedi Knight. He has applied himself to his duties since then, and is growing to be a respected member of the order.

Powers: Tal has taken a very balanced approach to learning the Jedi arts. As such, he is knowledgeable in all three areas of Force study, Control, Sense, and Alter, as well as having a number of well developed techniques.

Telekinesis: Tal is moderately strong in telekinesis, having exerted an equal amount of effort into developing it as he has every one of his other powers. Despite his relative lack of brute force, Tal has excellent control over objects he has lifted.

Force Sense: Tal's Force Sense is very well developed, both in power and finesse. He is capable of sensing far distant phenomena as well as detecting minute shifts in the force near to his own position. Part of this is due to natural affinity and part of it is due to his own hard practice.

Force Healing: Tal is well practiced in the talent of Force Healing, which speeds the body's natural healing rate. He can close superficial wounds with ease and even heal serious injuries, but this takes time, focus, and a significant investment of power. He can, while in a peaceful setting, also use a more passive form of the technique to speed the rate at which those around him physically and mentally recover from hardship.

Force Deflection: Using this technique, Tal can block attacks using the force. This defense is quite versatile, and can block almost any attack, although it is most effective against energy based offenses. Tal has practiced heavily with this technique, but still requires a moment to activate it, making it useless against surprise attacks. He is also capable of reflecting the attack back at its user, if the angle is right.

Farseeing: The Farsight technique allows Tal to see images or events in other places or times. The easiest use of the technique is clairvoyance; seeing the past is more difficult, and seeing more than a few seconds into the future requires great focus and use of energy. Tal's use of Farseeing has also opened him up to possible unconscious activations of the ability centered on events of great importance or personal significance. When used deliberately, Farseeing can also be used in battle to predict attacks from unexpected quarters.

Force Wave/Force Repulse: Two powerful and connected techniques, where the user releases an enormous blast of force in all directions, devastating the area around the point of impact or the user. These techniques are extremely powerful but also highly indiscriminate, and almost impossible to effectively control. Although it is totally against his usual combat style, Tal uses these powers when he is left with no other options, often to great effect.

Sever Force: Sever Force is Tal's absolute last ditch resort against Force using opponents. It is an ancient and powerful technique, and one that can devastate any with a strong connection to the Force. The target's connection to the Force is disrupted or severed, inhibiting their ability to use it in battle. If the user desires, they can make this effect permanent, although this is very difficult and viewed as a terrible action. Its effects can be resisted, but using the force through its blockage is extraordinarily taxing and will swiftly render a target unconscious.

Equipment: As a Jedi, Tal travels lightly. He usually carries with him only his clothing, a few tools or other potentially useful objects, and his lightsaber. Tal possesses a personal ship, the Daybreak, a Lethisk class freighter that he found abandoned some time ago. He has since had it returned to working order. Its concussion missile launcher was totally ruined when he found it, but he has since modified it to be more combat capable by adding an Ion Cannon turret in addition to the existing fixed laser cannons.
Tal's lightsaber is a curved hilt design, with the decorative addition of two curved prongs that extend next to the beginning of the blade when it is ignited. The hilt is made of a smooth, polished, pale gold-colored metal, with a spiral of black leather to assist grip. The blade of the lightsaber is white in coloration.

Abilities: Tal has a number of skills at his disposal. He possesses a decent level of skill at piloting, particularly with bulkier crafts like the Daybreak. He also has a basic knowledge of ship mechanics, and which he has used to repair and maintain his ship. His other skill of note is his culinary ability. Tal is a surprisingly skilled cook, and knows many different recipes from a variety of cultures.

Although he is technically ranked as a Jedi Consular, Tal has pursued a very balanced learning of Jedi techniques, learning the use of the Force and the use of a lightsaber in equal measure. Tal is a near master of the Makashi style of lightsaber combat, making up for his lack of physical strength or speed. He has also begun to branch out into the Shien and Soresu schools. As his choice of lightsaber styles indicates, Tal is a defensive fighter, weathering his enemy's attacks and wearing them down until they make a mistake, and then striking back with attacks tailored to his opponent.

    Commander Siv Diskohl
    Spoiler
    Show
Name: Commander Siv Diskohl. A note here, I am not familiar with Sith military ranks so I used one that sounded fairly vague.
    Gender: male
    Species: human
    Age: 38
    Height: 6’3”
    Weight: 248 lb
    Hair: brown
    Eyes: brown

Appearance: Siv is a tall stocky man, despite being physically fit he is almost remarkably ugly. His face is round and pockmarked. He wears his hair short at military regulation, though he allows himself a thin beard, which he jokes his superior officers allowed him because they couldn’t bare to look at him without it. This ugliness was only increased through the life of violence that he chose. His right ear was hacked off, along with a large part of his cheek during his first tour. He is also missing two of his fingers on his left hand, which he has never saved up enough credits to replace.

Personality: Siv thinks himself a very simple man. In reality he is a walking contradiction. On the battlefield he is cold hearted and ruthless, known among the Imperial army for utterly destroying his opponents beyond what was strictly necessary. A military pragmatist, he believes that when in combat the only appropriate way to act is the way that grants victory. There are no depths to which he will not sink to complete his mission, be it assassination, torture, or genocide. All of these he performs with a calm, cool gaze of imperial professionalism.
However, when off duty he is a family man, and enjoys a quick wit. He has a sweet wife and two children that he cares for deeply. He tries his hardest so that his two lives never interact with each other. He understands that if his family knew about his military activities it could be damaging to his children, which he will not allow. He also knows that the kindness he shows his family would be a weakness on the battlefield, though he sometimes allows himself some dry humor.
He is also filled with a deep sense of personal ambition. His goal is to become a Moff in the Imperial military, and so he strives to develop contacts for his rise in power and volunteers for the most dangerous and prestigious missions.

History: Siv was born on one of the original planets that sided with Malak. His parents made it known that the new regime was wrong, that it should not have left the Republic where there had been peace for years. Siv only saw the oncoming war as an opportunity. In defiance of his family, Siv signed up for officers training in the Sith Army, leaving behind his pregnant girlfriend, Bria.
Passing through his training, he received above average marks and was immediately sent into combat. He proved to be a talented officer, achieving great victories through dedication and careful application of overwhelming force. He rose quickly in rank, becoming a favored student of then prominent General Vand. The two became close friends, for Siv, Vand was a political ally and a means to enter the higher intrigue of Sith politics. For Vand, Siv was a competent loyal officer who could be trusted to gain victories and keep his own favor high in the eyes of Sith Empire. This ended when Vand was assassinated, severing off a majority of Siv’s contacts. For now, he is struggling to find a new patron.
Outside of the war, Siv eventually married Bria after his first tour, and became a doting father to his daughter Serra. The happy couple had another child, a son named Finn a few years later.

Equipment: Full Sith armor and shields, with some modifications to help increase his chances of survival. He carries one of two guns with him into battle; a blaster rifle or a sniper, depending on the mission objectives. Besides which he carries a heavy blaster pistol as a sidearm, along with a short Cortosis blade for emergencies. However, his trademark equipment will always be his grenades, and his “box,” which he uses to extract information from the unwilling.

Abilities: Siv is a highly trained marksman, and a passable swordsman. He never quite saw the advantage of trying to stand up against magical warriors with impossibly fast reflexes on even ground, and so prefers to snipe his opponents from a distance, or better yet, lob a few grenades at them despite the prominence of shields. He is intelligent, and highly knowledgeable in military ground tactics and strategy.

    S19-MD 'Sigmund'

    Spoiler

    Name: S19-MD 'Sigmund' or 'Siggy'
    Gender: Unisex Programming
    Species: Droid
    Age: ??
    Height: 1.5 Meters
    Weight: ??
Hair: Holographic projection- can mimic any color
Eyes: Holographic projection- can mimic any color

Appearance: Modified S19 droid- Sigmund is half a meter taller with multifunction arms on either side. The top of his chassis is a holoprojector that can create the illusion of a head and arms of around 60 different species. Also, his wheel has been extensively modified to provide gyroscopic balance- in case of any missteps, a small repulser system was installed to help him right himself

Personality: Strange for a droid, even strange for the Thakwaash who programmed him, Sigmund's minds aren't always in agreement. So he talks to argues with himself. A lot.

History: Sigmund was programmed by a very eccentric Thakwaash, who decided since everyone (at least everyone HE knew) had many minds, why didn't droids. He took a standard S19 and modified it, making room for several personality cores and a set of arms. The cores were linked so that whichever one was in charge the others knew what was going on, but they still had seperate memories and skill sets (the pilot couldn't speak Bocce for instance and the protocol droid could fly, but only in the sense of straight down). He was upgraded several times, and his cores have begun to work together in strange ways due to some interesting programming- both intentional and not. He has six personality cores:

The Pilot Droid- skilled in flying and driving a multitude of vehicles, astronavigation and even space combat.

The Protocol Droid- fluent in over 6 million languages, and an almost equal number of planetary and military protocols.

The Medical Droid- has extensive knowledge of the treatment of injuries and illnesses of various races.

The Battle Droid- skilled in combat on foot wheel, various types of blasters and grenades.

The Espionage Droid- installed after his creator died by a less than legal owner, this core utilizes a built in holoprojector to create the appearance of a head and shoulders. It has a voice modulator that can change as well (and can access the protocol droid's memory for languages). An expert slicer, this core can break into computer systems without a trace as well.

The 'Scrounger'- this core was self-programmed and self-installed. It is based on the interaction of all 5 other cores, and it's personality is his primary one. It is a shrewd negotiator, and generally more personable than the others.

Because of his uniqueness, he has been classified as a free being and has all the rights (and dangers) of anyone else in the galaxy.

    Powers: No powers

Equipment: Siggy has several, somewhat illegal, weapons built into his chassis for any situation- a Baragwin_flame_thrower, a Droid carbonite projector, and a Mandalorian disintegrator, Stun grenades and Ion grenades in a launcher. He also has

Abilities: Sigmund is a good mimic in his Espionage mode, he can scan and record a face and voice and reproduce it fairly well, especially over a communicator. He is easily detectable through the Force however.

All of his personalities are very good at what they do, but otherwise he doesn't have any real abilities.

Shots rang out, as shots are wont to do.

Gargul, because it was Jabba's famous last word?

    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Gargul

Gender: Male (currently, since they do change)

    Species: Hutt and proud!

Age: Mid two hundreds (still pretty young, for a Hutt)

Height Slash Weight: Let's just type that he's about one third to one half of Jabba's size, from Return Of The Jedi

    Eyes: Yellow (sharp and mischievous)

Appearance: Besides the bits already specified, he's got a leafy green hide with yellow along his back. He looks young, eager, and intelligent. He slithers around while on his own ship or someplace with decently clean floors where he won't have to be moving for an extended period of time. Otherwise, he'd prefer to use a lift for the convenience, since not every place was designed with Hutts in brain.

Personality: Idealistic, ambitious, full of self-confidence, except when it comes to dealing with more left-brained type subjects, which is a large bit of embarrassment for him, since most Hutts are fairly interested in such things. He is a bit of an art snob and comes equipped with the ability to appreciate many of its forms. He has tried to make some of his own every now and then but isn't very good, except when it comes to writing. His verbal talents are useful for his job when he has to learn new languages and make effective speeches. He revels in being different, sometimes annoying his elders, but always challenging and attempting to show off how useful he can be to them. Also, he thinks that Hutts are the greatest race and is quietly amused by people who wouldn't agree with that, but he doesn't really hate any other races.

History: Born on Nal Hutta to a modestly wealthy clan of Hutts who actually had more legal businesses than most and were famous for their talents when it came to numbers. But when his parent turned female to have him, plenty thought that she had gone crazy when she started having trouble with math and found enjoyment in all kinds of art. Once the female phase passed, though, his parent went back to his usual self and had any pieces that he had made destroyed. When Gargul got a bit older and heard about it, he was able to find some recordings of them and have them privately recreated. He keeps a few around different Huttese headquarters but several on his ship. Most (even his parent, who wouldn't remember them too well) think that he made them. His superiors were quite disappointed in him but found that he was very useful and enthusiastic when it came to marketing and public relations and things, so they found better things for him to do, while still acting as if he isn't that great, which he certainly isn't convinced of, especially since he's been able to enjoy all kinds of freedom by getting his own ship and flying all over the galaxy.

Equipment: A many-pocketed vest with a small blaster and a datapad. Also, he possibly has a ship, which should be named. It is a smallish yacht with two large rooms made for Hutts with one bath to share, two two bunk rooms, and a large kitchen with a small common area outside. All of the surfaces are kept clean and smooth by several simple little cleaning droids, for easy slithering. The only weapons it has are a lot of ion cannons, one light turret in the front, and some hidden cutting device for hijacking ships, just in case he ever gets the chance.

Abilities: He's decently corpulent for his age, but he still has plenty of strength, flexibility, and endurance. Plenty resistant to evil brain powers (or even seemingly well-intentioned ones). The ability to be a snootbag about art, politics, and the economy?

    Name: Kye Nai (Twi'lek: Ky'enai)
    Gender: Female
    Species: Twi'lek
    Age: 30
    Height: 1.7 meters
    Weight: ...I dunno.
Skin: Red. Highly unusual coloration for a Twi'lek
    Eyes: Blue

Appearance: In terms of purely physical appearance, Kye is a typical Lethan (that is to say, red-skinned) Twi'lek- lithe, beautiful, and exotic-looking, especially due to the rarity of red skin among her race. It is in her clothing that she can be differentiated from most Twi'lek. Firstly, unlike the revealing garments most Twi'lek females wear, Kye wears the typical robes of the Jedi order, modest while still allowing freedom of movement. She carries her lightsaber at her belt- a plain weapon, easily disguisable for any kind of small object if the need arises. The blade, however, is a brilliant silver.

Personality: Kye is a complex individual, who not many people truly have the depths of figured out. Perhaps not even her husband. Perhaps not even herself. She is dedicated to the order, but sees no conflict between that and her love for her husband- partially because they are both Jedi and often go on missions together, and are therefore able to support one another. She is quite aware of her beauty, and if necessary is willing to use it as a distraction on a mission, but she views it as only skin-deep. Beauty fades, but wisdom lasts.

She is quite loyal to that which she has chosen to dedicate herself, willing to give her life. She doesn't often make idle comments, except when she's truly and fully comfortable, a situation that only really occurs in one place- the arms of her husband.

    History:

Kye was found in the underworld of Coruscant by a Jedi Master when she was young, about 10. How, exactly, she got there, is a story only known to a few. She doesn't really talk about it much, except to state that she picked up some valuable skills among the way.

Her training at the Jedi temple passed quickly- while when she first came, she seemed shy, it didn't take long for her to open up. Some of the masters at the Temple thought that the seeming burying of any traumatic memories would be unhealthy, but she didn't seem to be adversely affected as she grew in the Jedi Order. She was made a Padawan learner at 12, to [Kid Kris' now Sith character].

    Lightsaber (Blade Color: Silver)
    Some credits
    not much else
    Force Powers:
Telekenisis (Maximum 1 ton, with focusing on nothing else)
    Force Sense
Mind Trick (this isn't the Force Power you're looking for. )
Alter Damage (change the damage inflicted by a lightsaber so she can cause non-lethal wounds)
    Force Empathy
    Force Stun
Crucitorn (enhanced pain threshold. Kye was found to have developed this power on her own before coming to the Jedi Temple)

    Abilities:
Kye is decent in all aspects of the Force, but doesn't excel in any one of them.
In addition, she utilizes Form V, slightly more focused on the Djem So variant, which focuses more on melee duels than deflecting blaster bolts. She has Form II, Makashi, as a secondary form, picked up from her teacher, although her lightsaber doesn't have the curved hilt used by specialised practitioners of the form.
Her additional skills vary extremely widely. She is well-known for her disguises, being one of the best in the temple at selecting a disguise and making it work under difficult circumstances. She also has some mechanical and electronic skill, but she is not an expert in either area. One odd skill she has is a high level of ability in escapeology.

    Malius the Gray

    Spoiler
    Show
Name: Malius Semtin, or Malius the Gray

    Gender: Male

    Species: Rodian

    Age: 43

    Height: 5'6"

    Weight: Meh

    Eyes: Red

Appearance: Though Rodians come in all sorts of shades and colors, from pale green to dark green, blue-green to yellow-green, it's generally accepted that for the most part, their species is fairly consistent about this range. Nobody ever sees a red Rodian, a brown Rodian, a bright yellow or even fuschia individual among the people of Rodia, after all.

So naturally, Malius the Gray comes as a bit of a shock to most people. His skin tends to make a statement, and on the rare occasion that this statement is missed, the large, red Ghest tattoo over his right cheek and forehead tends to clarify things. Malius is vile, violent-looking individual, and you'd best walk away now, while your legs or wings or tail or what-have-you are still connected to the rest of your body.

Personality: Ambitious, self-serving, and extremely cruel, Malius the Gray isn't the sort of Rodian you want to meet in a dark alley. Though initially quite warm, friendly, and chatty, anyone who remains in contact with the gray-skinned Rodian for long is bound to notice his selfishness, greed, and complete disregard for the well-being of others.

History: It could be said that Malius the Gray had a rough childhood. Born on the planet Rodia to a war-torn clan on the verge of destruction, marked from birth as a freak by his unusual skin pigmentation, and forced to participate in various war games and hunts just to survive, it'd be a fairly easy statement to make. Malius himself, however, would disagree with you.

Having known from the very beginning just how precarious his existence was, even more so for having such bizarre skin that stood out against the world's foliage, Malius decided early on that, doomed as he was, he might as well make his short years an absolute nightmare for his people's enemies. Bloodthirsty, ambitious, and utterly immoral, Malius carved a swath through his clan's foes. His ruthlessness became legendary, and through his leadership and determination, it seemed as if the clan was poised to usurp even the Grand Protector someday.

Rodia's dictator, being the crafty and clever fellow he was, saw fit to hold the yearly gladiatorial contests early one year, as a means of disposing of this troublesome silver-skinned pest. When Malius's head failed to end up on the Grand Protector's platter, he quickly devised an alternative solution that would allow him to save face. Though the gray Rodian only participated in a regional competition, the Grand Protector saw fit to reward the 'Year's Greatest Champion' with permission to leave the planet, a ship by which to do so, and a subtly worded death threat in order to motivate him to take up the generous offer.

Naturally, Malius thought this offer was a load of nerf droppings, but felt obliged to accept the terms, given the blast at his throat. Now forced to engage in various forms of mercenary work and bounty hunting jobs, Malius yearns for the day when he'll have developed sufficient influence and power to strike back at that Grand Protector, and take Rodia for himself and his clan.

Equipment: A black vest with a small blaster, ceremonial vibro-knife and a datapad. He has a dingy little civilian vessel, outfitted with an ion cannon and a few turrets, most grafted on after Malius acquired the vessel, having decided it was far too pathetic in its original form.

Abilities: A mild, tentative sensitivity to the Force has kept Malius alive far longer than he should've lasted on Rodia. Of course, he's yet to notice such a gift, and is likely to disregard anyone to suggest anything so utterly preposterous. Beyond that, years of hunting in the vast jungles and warring against his enemies have given him a considerable knack for vibro-weapon combat.

    Name: Chral Orlan

    Species: Human
    Age: 29
    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 170 lbs
    Eyes: Brown
    Skin: Fairly white
Appearance: Chral is nondescript; that's the only word that can really be used. Not quite handsome, hardly ugly; not really muscular, but not flabby; the kind of face that slips out of your mind a few minutes after you part ways. The clothes are compensation, to a point; Chral's been making some serious cash, and his clothes reflect that. They tend to reside a few notches shy of the line between lively and tasteless.
Personality: In a word, weasely. Chral is not a bad person, or at least, he doesn't think of himself as one. He's just, to use his phrase, "opertunistic." ((I'm not going to elaborate, for now, because I prefer to play characters a bit before I solidify their personality.))
History: There's no life-changing angst or hardship in Chral's past, no moment when he became a crook. One day, he just found himself in a stolen freighter hauling out of some backwater space port with the local rent-a-cops on his tail, and loving every moment of it.
Equipment: An ever revolving line of freighters; at the moment, Chral is flying a (stolen) XS Series Frieghter. He tends to have a small pistol on him, but he hates having to use it...
Abilities: Well, that just remains to be seen. For the sake of having him not be completely useless, he's a helluva good pilot.

    Soleil, Zeltron Sith
    Spoiler
    Show

    Gender: Male
    Age: 26
    Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 158 lb, give or take
    Hair: Deep purple
    Skin: Dark red
    Affiliation: Sith

    Appearance:
    Spoiler
    Show
Being a Zeltron, Soleil is stunningly beautiful, with perfect features and a lean, toned body. He wears his long purple hair pulled back in a ponytail that reaches his mid-back. He favors wearing tight black leather pants, and occasionally little else. When necessary, he wears the classic black Sith cloak, though he prefers not to.

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Zeltron are known for their empathy and ability to feel for others, and Soleil has taken this in an odd direction: absolute sadism. He takes actual physical pleasure from the pain of others, and finds it almost an addiction. He's never as happy as when he is hurting someone, though he can appear happy. His actual emotions are always a mystery, hidden behind a mask of false cheer. But make no mistake, Soleil is one of the most evil beings you'll ever meet. It is always a mistake to trust him.

    Background:
    Spoiler
    Show
Captured as an infant, Soleil was raised since birth to be a killing machine. He was immediately indoctrinated into Sith beliefs, but his captors were surprised to find him take so well to the training. He threw himself into the pursuit of Dark Side power, and was all too glad to do whatever it took to gain power. He now aims to rise in the ranks of the Sith, if only to get the chance to cause more pain.

    Powers:
    Spoiler
    Show
Soleil is more of a martial Sith than a Force master, though he has some powers with the Force.

    Force Aspects:
Control: Strong. Soleil's real, and only, area of Force expertise, he has trained extensively in this aspect of the Force.
Sense: Lousy. Soleil can affect some manner of telepathy, but he mainly only knows one trick from this area.
Control: Lousy. Soleil saw no need to master this area, or even work on it. Why make the Force do what he can do himself?

Force Speed/Surge: Soleil can speed up his own body, and can use this power to run at speeds equaling or exceeding approximately one hundred miles per hour. However, maintaining such speed is exhausting and hard to control, but using it in bursts is a good way to surprise opponents. This speed boost also increases his acrobatic capabilities.

Force Stealth: One of Soleil's trademark tricks, this power can mask his Force presence completely, making appear to be non-Force sensitive. He finds this particularly useful when working undercover, and has used it in the past to appear to be a mercenary or smuggler working independently.

Tutaminis: An entire area of the Control aspect into itself, Soleil has trained extensively in this power. With it, he can diffuse and negate the energy from blasters and even lightsabers, though the necessary focus tends to distract him from battle. He cannot yet channel this energy for other uses, but he is working on it.

Force Sense: His only trained application of the Sense aspect, Soleil uses this power to sense other Force-sensitives reasonably accurately within a range of about 5 meters.

Telekinesis: Technically he can do this. Soleil can lift about twenty pounds with this, and that only if he's trying very hard.

    Martial combat:

Lightsaber combat: Soleil uses a lightsaber from time to time, utilizing a dueling saber of his own creation. He is an practiced user of the Ataru Form, though he can also utilize Shien and Djem So in a pinch. he is also especially fond of the Trakata techniques, using them along with his natural speed and skill to catch foes off-guard.

Unarmed Combat: Soleil is also a practiced master of martial arts, and uses them in conjunction with his lightsaber forms and Control powers to fight in his own unified (if somewhat eclectic) style.

Skills: Soleil is a master of stealth, and it is very hard to keep out of places where he wants to go. He is also very athletic, even without the Force. He has an intermediate understanding of computer systems and mechanics, enough to hack into most systems and fix most things, as well as plant and remotely detonate explosives. He is fairly knowledgeable about the Galaxy as a whole, and matters of biology and anatomy in particular.

Equipment: Sith Talisman (unused, but it could grant him greater use of the Force if he were to give in to it), red-bladed dueling lightsaber, several cases of thermite and other explosives, a highly advanced datapad, and not much else. He prefers to travel light.

    Eyes: Brown/Yellow

    Appearance:

    Pre-fall (picture by me... kinda):
    Spoiler

Post-fall (picture not by me ):
    Spoiler
    Show

A human woman, with dark skin, darker hair and the yellow eyes of a Sith. Though old, and showing it pre-fall, recently she's seeming to be getting younger, for reasons unknown.
Confident in her femininity, she tends to wear conservatively cut, though perhaps excessively flattering, dresses and tunics, even while still a part of the Jedi Order, though she's since traded in her greens and earth tones for a slightly more sultry black.

Personality: In a word, crazy. She still hears the ghosts of Malachor V in her head, whispering to her, and that's more than enough to drive practically anyone off their rocker. However, she still shows traces of her old personality - caring and empathetic, though now twisted with a healthy dose of condescension and disdain for the hormone-driven children around her.

History: Previously a Jedi Consular, counselor at the Jedi Temple (a Consular counselor?), Master to the now Jedi Knight Ky'enai, counselor again, Jedi Council member (Consular counselor Councilor!?) and finally one of the hundreds of Jedi drawn to fight in the Mandalorian Wars. Unlike many however, who went for the thrill of battle, swayed by Revan's charisma or Malak's brutal forthrightness, she went purely to protect, and so was in essence, in-corruptible. Which is probably why she ended up in the final battle of Malachor V. Revan's final solution, not only to the war, but also to those Revan knew would not follow him in the campaign to follow... the campaign against the Republic. At Malachor you either died... or fell. As far as the Jedi were concerned, it was the former. Considering you're even reading this in the first place, you'll know it's the latter. Fear her Sithy roar.

    TBF

    Equipment:
Aisa keeps with her a curved-hilted lightsaber, of the type common to practitioners of Form II. A keepsake of her Jedi days, it ignites with a vibrant purple blade. She also has a more recent construction, a Sith-inspired saber-staff with an s-shaped hilt (similar to the Clone Wars era dark Jedi Asajj Ventress). This one has red blades.

    Powers:
    Control: Decent
    Sense: Strong
    Alter: Strong
Surprisingly for a Consular with a strong aptitude for Alter-based force powers, Aisa's telekinesis is lacking, in that she's only capable of lifting around 200 kilograms around one time - far from lifting pillars or vehicles. However, she has a very fine degree of telekinetic control, able to manipulate fine mechanical components, or even individually control every single particle of sand in a telekinetically lifted dust cloud.
    She specializes in:
    Force Persuasion/Force Domination
    Force Illusion
    Force Insanity
    Force Lightning
    Force Drain
    Force Life Drain
    Force Stealth

    Abilities:
Aisa is a practitioner of Form II, also known as Makashi, the way of the Ysalamir. Recently, her fighting style has adapted to make use of the saber-staff, an odd application of Form II that may provide an unpleasant surprise to those who encounter her. Her Makashi has some elements of Shien, adapted from her apprentice, though she is by no means familiar with the form on its own. She of course, retains the basic training in Shii-cho, from her own days as an apprentice.

She's actually a pretty good counselor as well.
She's decent with computers and first aid, but does not have very many other skills.

    Darth Sarak, Old Sith Scholar

    Spoiler
    Show
Name: Darth Sarak (aka Vellis Houlan)
    Gender: Male
    Species: Firrerreo
    Age: 38 (?)
    Height: 6' 4''
    Weight: 112lb
    Hair: Two-tonal black
    Eyes: Yellow

Appearance: One of Sarak's most notable distinctions are the black tatoos around his eyes and on his forehead. His colony originally used them to identify those with hightened force sensitivity, although the tatoos were normally silver. When Sarak joined the Sith, he recoloured his tatoos black and made several additions based on the Sith markings and writing of old. Besides that, his face is quite chiseled and stern looking, providing an intimidating look further enhanced by a general aura of the Dark Side. He wears a black robe fundamentally identical to that of the Jedi, while underneath is a tight-fitting suit of black-silver armour plates, believed to have been created from a cruder version of Sith Alchemy.

Personality: Sarak is dedicated to the ideal of the Sith, believing the Sith order's praise of strength and freedom and destruction of weakness to be similar to the natural order. Besides that, he also wishes for the downfall of the Republic, for a civilization ruled by the strong and the wise, not by the rich and charismatic. He displays sadistic traits, especially noticeable in his unique Dark Side technique, and an interest in the ways of the Sith of old.

History: Sarak was born on a remote Firrerreo colony world somewhere on the edges of the Mid Rim, difficult to reach and nigh-undiscovered due to its proximity to the gas giant it orbited. Due to the difficulty of reaching the planet, it was just under a year before Sarak was taken to the temple. He was trained normally, although some special attention was payed due to the longer duration he spent with his family, and became padawan under a near-Human Consular. (Not much is known about his identity or species) At some point, they were assigned to the exploration of an ancient Sith temple on Korriban, under the fear that the structure was being used as a fortress by the Sith due to its natural connection to the Dark Side. While inside, a section of the temple collapsed on the pair, presumably killing his master and trapping Sarak. He spent weeks, months in that temple studying the scriptures and contents of the temple as the only thing that would keep him sane. He found that the Sith Order's principles were similar to the very underlying laws of evolution, and began searching the temple for them instead of trying to escape. He eventually found a side exit leading into the real Sith outpost, and quickly proved himself. He now spends his time crippling the Republic and Jedi Order, besides the orders given to him by the Empire.

    Equipment:
    Red Lightsaber
Alchemical Sith armour, capable of at least resisting a Lightsaber for several seconds.
The Praetor, a heavily modified Herald-class shuttle, featuring heavier armour, more powerful Turbolasers and the addition of an extra pair, twin Concussion missile tubes, a small mass-driver, improved atmospheric/sublight engines and replacing most of the cargo hold with a shield generator. Rumoured to feature communication and sensor-jamming equipment, and ion weapons.

    Powers:
    Control: Average

    Sense: Above Average

    Alter: Strong

Force Sense: Combined with his ultra-vision, Sarak can easliy detect most enemies from afar.

Telekinesis: He can, on average, lift up to about 1.5-2 tons, although he has been known to strain himself to the point of lifting up to as much as five tons.

Force Choke: Sarak is proficient with both Force Choke and the more destructive Force Crush, though he takes a sadistic preference to the latter, although it is more draining on his power.

Force lightning: One of Sarak's best trained abilites, he can paralyze most non-Force sensitives within seconds, and most of his surviving victims (Which are few in number) suffer from extensive second or third degree burns. He also frequently imbunes his lightsaber with Force lightning.

Force neuro-control: A unique power developed by, and supposedly known only to, Sarak, this power allows him to manipulate midi-chlorians in a living target's nervous system, allowing him to send basic signals. He often uses this in combat to simulate varying degrees of pain, or temporarily lock an opponent's muscles, although given time and focus, the full extent of this ability is unknown.

Shatterpoint: Sarak can utterly destroy most normal objects, and inflict serious damage on more complex, durable or Force-imbuned objects. However, this can drain him physically for some time afterwards, leading to the belief that he practises some Dark side-augmented version.

Mind Trick: Sarak displays aptitude for this ability, being able to persuade most non-Force sensitives of almost anything and even straining the focus of some Jedi, though he more often utilises the Dark Side mind control and Force fear variants.

    Abilities:

Lightsaber training: Although effectively an Inquisitor, Sarak is quite skilled with a lightsaber, trained primarily in Shien and Juyo, although he practises Force-augmented Dun Möch alongside these.

Sith alchemy: Sarak practices a cruder, bastardised version of Sith alchemy, developed from his studies in the temple on Korriban. Although much less effective than the original, he can create somewhat lightsaber-resistant materials-including his armour plating- and tinkers with genetics in his spare time, often experimenting with Ysalamiri and samples of the Rakghoul plague.

    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Tmisho Bomdish
    Species: near-humman Bimm
    Age: 35
    Height: 1.3 metres
Weight: Very average, maybe a tad on the chubby side for a Bimm
    Hair: Chestnut Brown
    Eyes: Also Brown

Appearance: Tmisho, like all near-human Bimm, looks very much like a standard human if very small, his beard and hair is longer than standard, reaching the middle of his torso, and his youngish face a bit uexpected for a human, though.

He is usually seen in a short green and grey jacket over a set of baggy grey and yellow clothing with a traditional Bimm belt and buckle keeping it all together.

Personality: A friendly if worrysome personality and always ready to meet new people and have a toast, particularly happy to hear stories and chat over a homely dinner.

Tmisho enjoys both music and arts of many kinds, his biggest difference from a stereotypical Bimm being his skills at haggling and a smaller distrust of those with weapons. After all, it's a dangerous galaxy.

He is not very happy about using one himself, though. So he will shy away from doing so.

    History:

As some Bimm do, Tmisho went out to see teh galaxy and hear adventures from all around it, unfortunately his young self , only age 21, was very naive to the dangers that are not as obvious as he expected them to be.

The result being that buying a spare part for his ship stranded him in a depth he is still trying to earn up while avoided the depth collecters.

He joined into small time smuggling for the right cause, smuggling a young poor Miraluka to Coruscant was his first job, and spends most of his free time around Attila's Cantina chatting up other smuglers and interesting people to find a decent job to earn some credits off.

Equipment: a Nella 342 Light Freighter modified with a hyperdrive, secret compartments and improved shielding, a blaster that Tmisho hopes never to use, the neccesary equipment for smugling, clothes and trinkets and a very nice hologram projector.

Abilities: Fast for his size and an able pilot, Tmisho posses some skills in the arts and coooking as well as haggling and appraising.
A bit of an amateur food expert as well.

    Hair: Light Brown
    Eyes: Non-existant.

Appearance: Jiquii is small for a Miraluka and her hair only reaches down to her shoulders, which could also be seen as short.

Her head is oftentimes covered by the hood of a large jedi coat with her eyes behind a blindfold in a pale greenish colour and the rest of her by a padawan uniform and fingerless gloves with mysterious symbols on them.

    MYSTERIOUS!

Personality: Very, very nervous about talking to a lot of people at once or really impotrtant ones, easy to easy to startle, would be your usual stereotypical teenage shrinking violet if she wouldn't kick your butt for calling her a stereotypical teenager.

She's not! She loves being a a Jedi-in-training and loves exploring too! And can walk on tall ledges! She'd like to see a stereotypical damsel do that! She also keeps breaking stuff accidentaly when exploring but that's not important and she'll be much more carefu-*Crash*...

She's easy to startle because she doesn't pay attention to her surroundings when spying on peo-when daydreaming, yes, daydreaming >.>

Her nervousity just means she's more of a fighter than a diplomat!

History: Jiguii was born on the Miraluka homeworld Alpheridies to a family of not so high status and was believed to have to spend the rest of her life there working to make the family rise to fame.

Which explains why she disappeared after an argument with her father about their conflicting worldviews and somehow found her way to Coruscant where she ended up accidentally falling into a Jedi's Airspeeder.

Initially the Jedi wanted to make sure she was OK and get her out of the Speeder but after an incident ony described as 'Thank the Force we weren't higer up!' the Jedi saw Jedi-potential in her which explains how she ended up at the academy.

    Now she's a padawan!

    Hooray!

Equipment: Padawan lightsaber! (If rarely used) clothes, various pairs of fingerless gloves and blindfolds, blind-stick for being incoqnito and a clean-up/surveilance droid.

    ...

    What? It's very useful.

    Powers:

    Control: Weak
    Sense: Strong
    Alter: Weak
As a Padawan Jiquii isn't as powerful or well-trained as most Jedi Knights but because of her Miralukan genes her Force Sensing is quite good, better than some Knights even!
She specialises in Force Listening, Force Seeing and the Art of Movement.
The later is only at normal Padawan level, though.
Abilities: Climbing and balancing, butt-kicking, snooping and getting around in difficult areas of Urban life.
Mainly trained in form I but has taken up Form IV in the recent time of her padawan period.

    Species: Ithorian
    Age: 18
    Height: 6' 7"
Weight: Unknown for sure, but about 200 lbs.
    Hair: None
    Skin: Brown
    Eyes: Green
    Affiliation/Rank: Jedi Padawan
    Force User Focus: Force-Focused

    Appearance:
    Spoiler
    Show
Llim appears like most Ithorians. His large neck cranes forward at almost a right angle. He appears to be slightly heavy compared to the average Ithorian, but Llim is quite capable of carrying his weight with grace. His skin is a slightly darker color than most.

Llim's robes, shirt, and pants are a slightly brown color, close to that of coffee. Though he has a brown cloak, Llim, like his master, almost never wears it. His belt holds almost nothing besides his lightsaber and the bare essentials. Many times its pouches contain some small amount of food, but more often than not the belt remains relatively empty. Llim's "braid" consists of a string of black beads worn from his neck.

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Llim is naturally inquisitive, often asking questions and delving into deeper understanding of the world around him. Rather than declare a single position, Llim prefers to accept several points of view equally in order to better understand them. He is very understanding and empathetic towards others, often offering to assist them should they ever appear in need. His kind and gentle spirit extends constantly, even when Llim is under duress himself.

Llim is inherently pacifist, like other Ithorians, and prefers to avoid conflict. Even against those who he knows are evil, Llim will not do battle if he perceives an alternative. When forced to fight, his preference is towards settling combat without loss of life whenever possible, even if it is at slightly greater risk to himself.

    History:
    Spoiler
    Show
Llim was born the son of a herd leader, Uunell Abon. Uunell was among the greatest leaders in his herd's history, so great things were expected of his son. He groomed Llim to take his place from a young age, something that Llim silently disliked but nonetheless accepted. Though Llim did live a happy life, he felt lonely, unable to engage those around him in more meaningful conversations. Though he had many teachers, Llim never felt enough connection with them to have discussions rather than lessons.

One teacher in particular, a Human Jedi Knight, was brought in to assist Llim in cultivating and understanding his expected Force-sensitivity. Llim was quickly enamored by this alien creature. He found himself spending a large amount of time discussing the Jedi and the Force in great detail. As Llim grew older, his latent force powers began to show themselves. He found that not only could he sense others through the force, but he could hear them as well. When he spoke to his Jedi teacher through this manner one lesson, the Jedi was shocked. Immediately, the Jedi requested to take Llim to the Jedi Council to be truly trained in the art of the force. Though Uunell was hesitant at first, he quickly accepted when Llim suggested his own interest in expanding his abilities and joining the Jedi order. Thus Llim left the herd ship.

Llim arrived at the Council at the mere age of 6, slightly late but nonetheless quite adept. He advanced through the initial training relatively quickly, becoming accepted as a Padawan by age 10. Master Marcus Alucard offered to accept Llim, and Llim accepted without hesitation. For 8 years, the two barely ever parted ways, Llim learning as much as he could from his master. Slowly, Llim began to advance, coming closer and closer to the Jedi Trials, where he will be tested for his Knighthood…

    Force Powers:
    Spoiler
    Show
    Core Force Abilities:

As a Padawan, Llim lacks the same kind of skill and experience many of his peers have. However, his studies and his time with Master Alucard have given him a greater over his Sense abilities. His own focus has given him some decent capability with Control as well, though it is not complete yet. Llim generally excels at using mentally-based Force powers but struggles with the more physical aspects of the Force.

    Control: Decent

    Sense: Strong

    Alter: Weak

    Individual Force Powers:

Telekinesis: Llim can exert about 150 lbs. of force with his Telekinesis. While it is a weak ability, Llim is training on it to increase its power.

Force Sense: Through his learning with Master Alucard and Llim's own natural talent, Llim has gained quite a skill with his Force Sense, despite being only a Padawan. In fact, Llim's abilities in this regard rival even some Jedi Knights. Llim can become almost completely in sync with another being's emotions, given enough time spent in their vicinity.

Telepathy: Llim's natural ability of Telepathy has given him an upper hand in his knowledge of this ability as well. Surprisingly, Llim is skilled enough with his telepathy that he can communicate short sentences in addition to mind-reading. The more familiar with the subject he is, the more success Llim will have in reading them. However, Llim does have to focus quite a bit to tap into the full potential of this ability. He is incredibly skilled for a Padawan, and even for a Jedi Knight.

Force Healing: Llim has received some training from Master Alucard in the area of Force Healing, but much of his further training has come from various other Jedi Masters. Llim can currently only heal minor cuts and bruises, but given enough time Llim could possibly fully repair a larger gash. Anything beyond that should be left to more skilled healers.

Force Stun: Though Llim opposes direct combat, even with the Force, sometimes it is necessary. Llim uses the Force Stun ability so that he can stall his foes for a short period of time, allowing either escape or defense more easily. While quite capable against non-Force-using foes, Llim's Force Stun is almost useless against those who are skilled in the Force, such as other Jedi.

Force Bellow: As a young Ithorian, Llim was given some short lessons in how to use his lungs as a weapon. He later found on his own that by amplifying that voice with the Force, he could harness powerful bursts of sound. Though these bursts cannot quite shred metal yet, Llim's bellow is incredibly powerful, much more so than normal Ithorians'.

Equipment: Llim bears a normal lightsaber, colored green to reflect his intentions to become a Consular.
    Abilities:
    Spoiler

Natural abilities: As an Ithorian, Llim possesses the power of the Ithorian voice, though he uses it sparingly.
    Lightsaber Style:
    Spoiler
    Show

    Primary Style:
Form III: Soresu: Though Llim's master practices Form VI, Llim felt drawn to the Soresu form when discussing the theory of Lightsaber combat during his trainee years. The Resilience Form, Soresu provides Llim with a strong ability to defend himself from damage, allowing him to endure and battle for long periods of time. This form of combat also provides the best form of defense against blaster-wielding opponents, a benefit not lost on Llim. While Llim has focused on the use of Soresu, his skill is purely proficiency. He is capable of taking the stance and initiating some of the maneuvers, but in general Form III is more of a philosophy to Llim than a form of combat. However, he does sometimes engage in sparring matches with his own master and with his Form III teacher in order to advance his abilities.

    Other Skills:
    Spoiler
    Show

    • Like his master, Llim has learned how to read people even without the Force, understanding subtleties in facial expression or voice tone that indicate distress. Llim has nowhere near the skill of Master Alucard, but he is proficient enough to recognize some tell-tale signs. Similarly to his master, Llim has more success with this skill the more human the target is; however, his own people are an exception to the rule.
    • Llim is a natural negotiator, very capable of diffusing situations. Though he has no official training as a diplomat, Llim can use a combination of his Force abilities and general nature to help reduce the tension between two opposed parties.
    • As an avid student and learner, Llim is blessed with the ability to learn incredibly quickly. Llim can memorize a book by reading it only once and can usually perform basic actions only after having read about them once. He is also skilled at self-teaching, able to learn what might take others weeks in a few days.
    • Llim can speak Ithorese, Basic, Durese, and Bocce, most taught to him at a young age. He also taught himself how to understand Binary.

    "Marcus Tobian" (Darrick Orion)
    Spoiler
    Show
    Name: Darrick Orion
    Pseudonym: Marcus Tobian
    Gender: Male
    Species: Human
    Age: 27
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 160 lb.
    Hair: Curly, Black
    Eyes: Green
    Skin: Swarthy
    Appearance:
    Spoiler
    Show
Marcus is a lithe, whipcord-muscular young man, generally seen with a genial smile upon his face. His clothes are almost invariably of rather low quality, but functional nonetheless. He carries a pair of well-maintained, somewhat old slugthrowers, a semiautomatic pistol and a pump-action shotgun. The shotgun is generally left in a safe place when he isn't out on business.

He has no particular armor, forced by funding issues to rely on his own wits (and, unknowingly, his Force powers)

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Chipper and relentless, Marcus is not precisely the sort of personality one expects to see in the list of guns for hire. However, he possesses a keen mind, and will calmly explain (often without ceasing to smile) his terms for employment: half up front for anything but bounty hunting, he gets full details about the mission, no exceptions. He enjoys bodyguard work the most, but will carry out smuggling or bounty hunting if necessary to pay the bills.

However, he does have some moral compass, and will not bring in most noncombatants. He also will not smuggle weapons, but he claims that to be more a matter of what either side will do to him if he's caught gun-running.

Sadly, while his cunning and talents make it fairly easy for him to make a reasonable wage, much of it is lost due to his lack of thrift. He'll often lavish gifts upon people when he pulls in a good haul, feast merrily, and only too quickly finds himself destitute once more. Were it not for the cheapness of slugthrower ammo, he'd likely find himself out of work.

    History
    Spoiler
    Show
Darrick was born on the trading hub of Kailion, the son of a shopkeeper and an interior decorator. He, however, felt compelled toward a different path after serving his mandatory 2 years in the Kailion militia. He wished to be a battlefield medic, and prevent at least a few deaths as the galaxy tore itself apart.

Unfortunately for him, such an opportunity was not to be: he was contacted by the Exchange, and informed of a substantial loan that his father had taken out to keep his shop in business. Knowing that the somewhat lackluster sales would make repayment impossible, they offered Darrick an out: a hit man had agreed to sing on one of the regional leaders in exchange for a reduced sentence, and the Exchange wanted to see to it that this did not come to pass, to the point that they were willing to forgive the debt.

Thus, using his militia training, Darrick carried out the hit, escaping undetected. However, when he was contacted with another 'opportunity,' Darrick feared that he would be hounded by the Exchange for the rest of his days. Thus, he left his family a vague note about going to see the world, and stowed away in the nearest outgoing ship. Since then, Marcus has been on the lam, slowly developing a reputation in the underworld as a hood that gets things done.

    Powers/Equipment
    Spoiler
    Show
Darrick's slugthrowers are well-maintained, and highly accurate within 80 meters (pistol) and 10 meters (shotgun). The shotgun makes up for its short range with exceptional stopping power, and a spread that makes dodging it a very difficult proposition.

Beyond this weaponry, much of Darrick's equipment is improvised, from beating people about the heads and shoulders with table legs to making use of molotov cocktails.

In addition, unbeknownst to Darrick, he is also an untrained Force Sensitive, which grants him two major benefits.
    Spoiler
    Show

Force Intuition (stealth and dodging)- Darrick possesses a subliminal sense of precisely where to step to avoid things ranging from a creaky floorboard to an incoming vibroaxe. Since it's precognition, this power can sometimes even let him dodge blaster bolts.
Somebody Else's Problem Field- When wishing to be unseen, Darrick unknowingly emits a subtle suggestion using the Force which grants most individuals a tendency to ignore him, making many of his jobs easier.
    (Spoilered for future development)
    Spoiler

Eventually, it's possible that Darrick will develop the Force Push ability at a point of high stress, and slowly gain control of it.

    Kerran Narr, Jedi Knight

    Spoiler
    Show

    Name: Kerran Narr
    Gender: Male
    Age: 27
    Species: Cathar
    Height: 1.89 meters
    Weight: 65 kg
Allegiance: His wife Kye and the Jedi.
    Eye color: Gold
Hair color: Light brown, cut short

    Background:
    Spoiler
    Show
Kerran and his parents were amongst the few descendants of the survivors of the Mandalorian Wars. His village was small, but prosper. From an early age, Kerran demonstrated to be more quick-witted and faster than his fellows, owing it to an instinctive understanding of the Force, which he referred to as 'the Voice of the Forest'. One of the shamans of his tribe recognized the gift within the boy, but refused to train him - afraid that he would quickly outgrow his master and become more important than himself. Thus, when Jedi Master Shiros Hallu visited the village, the shaman was eager to suggest to his parents that Kerran be taken under the master's wing. As he came from a long trip, he spent the night in the village, which was assaulted, that very same night, by a pair of Sith - a master and his apprentice. Master Hallu was unable to keep them from killing Kerran's parents despite his best efforts, and worse still, to keep the young Cathar from witnessing it. He still managed to fend off the assault of the two Sith, however, and seeing as the boy no longer had a family, Shiros Hallu adopted him as his child and Padawan.

The years rushed them by. Kerran was a quick and studious learner. His father was a stern, but fair teacher. As the boy matured and neared adulthood, he began to be troubled by nightmares of the day he lost his parents. To Master Hallu, it was a sign that he needed to confront the ones who'd scarred his heart.

They sought the long cold trail of the Sith attackers. When they finally came face to face, each faced their counterpart. During their fateful duels, the Sith apprentice mocked and taunted Kerran. He said the Catharese village they'd assault had been mere target practice, its inhabitants mere training dummies. At which point Kerran cut off his head.

Kerran kept his opponent's lightsaber as a trophy and a reminder of the duty laid out before him, the path he'd been pushed into. And as a painful way to keep in mind not to let his anger and hatred overtake him, so he would not become like the ones who nearly destroyed his life.

Some time passed. Along the years, Master Hallu introduced Kerran to Aisa Vellia and her Padawan Kye. For both educational purposes (in that it was good practice) and entertainment purposes (because of their rivalry), they'd have their Padawan spar against each other. What started as friendly rivalry ended up blossoming into unabashed love. Master Hallu, for his turn at least, entirely supported what ended up becoming a married couple sometime later - as he sensed that Kye helped balance what could easily become the dangerous combination of personal grief and training in the ways of the Force.

    Personality:
    Spoiler
    Show
Kerran is an odd duck. Or better yet, cat. While a true Cathar in every sense of the word - proud, passionate, and with high moral standards -, he is not above being playful at times, or even wily. He seems otherwise fairly carefree and unconcerned, even with what others think of him. His temper, however, is quickly ignited by two subjects: the slavery of his people by the Mandalorians, and the Sith. Threats to his beloved do not go unheeded either, but he tends to be even quicker to ironize the poor, blundering fool who thinks it wise to threaten a woman as wise in the ways of the Force as Kye. At such times, he clearly seems to struggle with his 'inner lion', so to speak, and instead turns the passion characteristic of his people into a slow-burning, detached, seething tranquil fury.

    Powers: Hoboy.
    Spoiler
    Show

Kerran is a Balanced type of Jedi... of sorts. He focuses significantly in combat powers.

Aspects of the Force: Strong in Alter, decent in Control, and weak in Sense. Strangely enough, this seems to stem more from a focus in his training than actual aptitude - in that despite his use of Control-related powers displaying more capability than his powers related to Sense, his natural abilities seem to either complement or partially compensate each.

Force Telekinesis: Kerran's Force-based area of expertise. Kerran's control of objects with the use of the Force is little less than formidable. His absolute weight limit when lifting things with the Force is an astonishing 5 tons, assuming he doesn't focus on anything else, though anything weighing half a ton or above typically gives him pause. (As a reference, a relatively small real-life car weights between 3.5 and 5 tons.)

Telekinetic Combat: Kerran is able to use both his lightsabers in telekinetic combat. In theory, he might be able to handle more; however, he does not carry extra lightsabers for this purpose, nor does he want to.

Force Speed: Kerran is... fast. VERY fast. Of the few Control powers he possesses, this is one of the most impressive, adding to his feline agility quite handsomely. Kerran brags that at one time, he met the man who used to claim he had the fastest speeder in the galaxy. And now it belongs to him.* (*The veracity of either side of the tale is often disputed. Not because Kerran couldn't have done it, but because the owner of the speeder was well-known in Nar Shaddaa.) This does not refer to his 'combat' speed, however. Kerran is a fast runner, specially considering the Force (he can actually run practically as fast as a speeder, but it takes quite a bit out of him), but he's not the "cut you seventeen times before you drop dead" kind of fast.

Mind Trick: These aren't the pants you're looking for.

Battle Precognition: Usable only in his state of tranquil fury, Kerran has this as more of an instinctive ability than an actual known power. Usually, when his mind reaches such a state, his frantic fighting style becomes almost eerily still, shifting only to reflect aggression inflicted upon him in equal strength. Thus, the more desperate his opponent is to kill him, the less likely he is to succeed.

    Lightsaber combat abilities

Kerran employs not one, but two dual-phase, black-bladed lightsabers in battle. At first glance they appear to be normal lightsabers, but Kerran has developed an unique form of Tràkata that consists in shifting the size of the lightsaber itself to unbalance his opponent's movements. Their maximum length is two meters' worth of blade, and he never uses both in this setting at once. Kerran's preferred form is a dual saber form of Ataru. As a dual saber user, Kerran is well-informed in Jar'Kai, but it's not his specialty.

Skills: Kerran is a competent pilot and mechanic. His knowledge on both matters is more practical and instinctive than theoretical: he may not know the names of some parts of his ship, but he can tell which ones tend to give the most trouble, and when they need replacing. It has been observed at times that when at work, he pays particular attention to the noises the ship makes, if any; though the ship is not a living thing per se and there is definitely no Force power involved, Kerran claims that such is the way the machine has of communicating with him and telling him what's wrong. For such a relatively uninformed fellow, he keeps the ship in good shape, however. Likewise, his piloting relies a lot more in observing the path most beneficial to the vessel rather than using knowledge of what the ship can do to pull off certain maneuvers.

Equipment: Two black-bladed, triple-setting dual-phase lightsabers, one red lightsaber (carried as a trophy; it was disassembled so as to remove its ignition switch and put back together), a small set of mechanic's tools, some credits (typically about 2000), ID, brown Jedi robes, black leather flightsuit.
