Panic had begun to spread throughout the city; there was rioting in the streets and the police could barely keep order. A huge crowd had gathered at the top of the steps of City Hall to listen to Hero Hammerton, paragon of justice, relay events of the past two days and explain the coming threat. Unfortunately, an argument broke out among the crowd and an unsuspecting young newcomer slipped - or was he pushed? - down the stairs and did not survive the landing.

She looked up at the officer. Who... who would do such a horrible thing? Why!? she asked between floods of tears.

The detective just shook his head sadly. We're not sure yet, miss. But I promise you, we'll get this madman. But in the meantime, I'll have Officer Byers here watching your house.

She looked over to see an officer with a shiney new badge stand straighter before her. Some reason she read his badge number; 2142. It didn't mean anything to her, for now.

This wagon reeks with IF defending it. With only two masons (half the wolves) the probability of IF+LL being the masons is very low, the probability of IF being seer/fool having scried ST or LL is lower, and the probability of IF+LL being Hero Hammerton+Sly Sidekick doesn't matter because, well, Hero Hammerton. Just because my name is Shyftir and I've nothing better to do than point randomly to avoid auto-lynch is truly a foolish reason to kill a regular citizen.

Plus if I was really trying to play the overly pointy "wolf" would I go at such an obvious target as Murska? Of course seeing that you all don't know me from my college "Mafia" club, you don't know me well enough to understand why I'd point randomly at someone.

I'd like to point out that when I die and am revealed as a Joe Schmo a lot of people bandwagon'd on me very quickly.

Therefore I change my point at Murska and instead point out billtodamax because he started a bandwagon on someone who recently pointed at him, classic wolfish defense reflex.

That's right Bill. When I die and am vindicated, you're sure to go next. At least one of the enemy will go down because of my death.

Another victim. The mob raged on the steps of city hall and accusations began to grow among the crowd.
Soon, the crowd would grow to become a lynch mob as one member in particular was singled out among the swarm.

"He looks funny!"
"I saw him talking to himself"
"He was eye-balling my wife!"
"Catch him!"
"His name is 'Shifter', right?"

Shyftir was helpless as the mob descended on him. In the ensuing chaos he was unwittingly trampled by the crowd and killed.

Shyftir has died. He was a Joe Schmo
Leta was auto-lynched after 2 days and was replaced by Orzel.

Meanwhile, the autopsy of the head researcher Prof. Durathror was canceled unexpectedly as his body had turned into a puddle of fleshy goo. His business partner's body remained firmly intact.

Duneyrr was revealed as a Shape-shifter! He was The Mastermind
