It's supposed to be, but not as bad as you think. First, the person needs a good solid knowledge of Nexus. Next, they need actual military experience(or something similar), and most importantly, they can't be supernatural(werewolves, vamps, Exalted, ghosts, things like that). Half-breeds are accepted, but are tested in other ways.

There are several other things, such as they allow mages in. But they can't allow other clerics because they already have a deal with two gods.

Besides, did you think it'd be easy getting into an elite unit?

My newest (in the registry, as she haven't been introduced yet) character is both a robot,a tea-server and likely British as well!

And if that doesn't work I also have a British Pixie-to-Cat character who is a tea-server as well...

I think it's beginning to become a theme... Which is weird as I usually go for a kobold theme. Mayhap the Nexus is more powerful than we think?
