Is that supposed to be a khorne theme list? Kharn just to be Kharn doesn't seem worth it. I see lists with 1 unit of berserkers in a rhino all the time and it always seems like there should be more.

Make the havocs chosen and they'd be cheaper due to not needing the rhinos, despite having a higher base cost.

BAM, 1500 points delivered, and I've only changed your units slightly.

Honestly, I would take either Melta/Melta or Melta/Plasma on the Plagues, but I tried to be as faithful to your original design as I could while still making changed I thought necessary. Also, Obliterators are pretty awesome, and the ability of the Chosen to Infiltrate/Outflank makes them generally better tank-hunters than a similarly equipped Havoc crew.

You are an Ork player, aren't you?

Any reason to not take any more than two units of three Deffkoptas though? Extra numbers gives the unit a bit more resilience and more dakka, so is it just a case of it being too much of a points sink? Deffkoptas are expensive, but not unduly so.

In a word: Leadership. Units of two mean you're going to have to kill all of them to kill the unit, barring exceptional circumstances.
