Jamie sighs, looks around, and...
realises she has no idea where she is or how she got there.

She debates, then sits down, deciding to wait for a bit.

[FireFox]

A giggle echoes from both of the tunnels, revealing that Kevin is screwing with her on purpose.

"Oooh, so that's how it is," Jamie declares, rolling her eyes, but grinning as she picks up a pebble in each hand - and chucks one down each of the tunnels!

[FireFox]

No further sounds occur... But the darkness... and the silence... It's a bit creepy down here, all alone...

[The Bushranger]

It's dangerous to go alone!

Jamie huffs again, and stands.
"Hey, you can hide or I can come and find you and you won't like it when I do!" she calls.

Bluffing of course.

[FireFox]

Come and get me! and get me! get me!

[The Bushranger]

Jamie stamps her foot!
"Alright, you asked for it!"

She stomps forwards to the very fork in the tunnel, pauses, then turns to take twenty steps down one direction!

Jamie hears nothing... Until... Was that someone creeping up from behind?

Jamie freezes, then tries to spin around!
Possibly having frozen just a second too long.

[FireFox]

BOO! Kevin tries to grab Jamie before she can finish turning around, hopefully scaring her.
...
Yeah, I think he's in trouble now.

"Eeeeek!"
Jamie jumps!
Slips, bounces off the wall!
Then scowls at Kevin!
"I'm gonna tell dad on you!"

Kevin doubles over, laughing his head off.
Fly, you fool!

Jamie huffs again.
Pulls a glove from her belt.
And goes to slap Kevin across the hair with it!

I don't think she's challenging him to a duel...

Kevin tries to back away, but is still laughing at Jamie's reaction and his own cleverness.

Jamie crosses her arms. Trying to look very cross.
The Tobias Scowl: is it genetic? Something for Tony to look into perhaps.
...it isn't long though before she can't help but start giggling as well...

The Goswell Scowl is a family trait. Use it well, Jamie.
Kevin has to sit down before he falls over, but eventually calms down.

Jamie, still giggling, catches her breath and sticks her tongue out at Kevin.
"I'm still telling, you know!"

Kevin sticks his tongue out back. So what? He's laugh too! ... He really would.

Jamie throws up her hands in mock frustration and rolls her eyes to the ceiling.
"Is there no-one here on my side?" she asks the caverns, clearly having inherited some of Tobias' dramatic flair as well.

Kevin just chuckles some more. Jamie should just punch him.

She isn't going to punch him.
She does, however, throw her bandanna at him.
After pouring some water from her canteen into it.

Lost in the Tunnels

Oddball wakes up. He'd been in Jamie's bag, where he was lulled to sleep by the rocking as Jamie walked. He peeks out, probably needing to stand on something to do so. "Oddish!"

After pouring some water from her canteen into it.

The wet bandanna hits Kevin in the face, causing him to cease laughing and glare at the girl.

Jamie, who was probably turned away at that moment retrieving Oddball from her bag and setting the Oddish down so he can stretch, turns back and smirks.
Smirkily.

Now the kid looks confused. What is that thing?

[The Bushranger]

In the Tunnels

No blushing?

Jamie's smirk quickly turns into a happy expression.
"He's an Oddish. He's from another dimension and he's really cool. Say hi to Kevin, Oddball!"
Which he probably does.

[FireFox]

No blushing. Or maybe it's just too dark in the tunnel to see.

Oh... Kevin gets to his feet. So... What now? Look for gems?

"Sure!" Jamie says with a nod. "You should come meet Brinika and her family sometime too, they have singing crystals where they live..."

She, however, sits next to Oddball, producing an energy bar from her belt pouch to snack on.

Tunnels

Oddball doesn't say hi. Oddball says "Oddish." instead. He does bow, however, to make it clear that it's a greeting. He also looks around quite a lot to ensure nothing sneaks up on them.

Jamie giggles quietly and offers Oddball a sample of the energy bar while waiting on the deadtime ooze to let go of Kevin.
