Artist Request for 40k Inquisitor

Hello Playground my names Mike.

Ill cut to the chase and ask if there are any artists out there who would be interested in drawing the concept I have for an Inquisitor from the warhammer 40k setting.
Im running several campaigns and the character is planned to feature in all of them and it would be absolutly fantastic if i could have a drawn picture to solidify what is meant to be an "Epic Character" there never meant to forget.

Hes a Puritan Inquisitor whos generally a Puppet master, influencing everything behind the scenes using staggered levels of cell agents. The acolytes in the campaign have never seen him, only heard of the "sheer badassery" he has accomplished (as described by them).
There are a whole list of "Epic Characters" the acolytes have gotten to know over this long planned and played out campaign and soon a mighty conclusion is to occur where they delve into a climatic battle along side all these iconic characters.
This is all the more reason im trying to make the inquisitors big reveal especially "Epic" and i feel a picture would really help that.

Enough about why i want the picture though :P heres the specifications.
The inquisitor is wearing "light power armor" which for all intents and purposes is power armor built for Mortal men :P rather then space marines.
He has a jetpack, however its disguised as a pair of metallic wings.
His chosen weapon is a power Scyth. His helmet bears only the Inquisitional I on it hiding his face completly. Hes meant to be strong but not overly buff.

I would appreciate any comments on the idea ^_^ and really hope someone out there will have fun drawing the character that I can then use.

I may be mistaken but isnt that thread for avatar art?
I was looking for an actual drawn picture from a generous person in the community. If its the same place id be happy to put it there ^_^
